“Retreat” from it all in illustrious Seagrove Beach. This newly remodeled home will be the perfect place to stay during your vacation. With access right across the street to the beach, and in an amazing location along Scenic 30A, you and your guests will be sure to build memories in this wonderful vacation home. The Retreat is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home that can accommodate up to sixteen happy guests. Lush palm trees and native plant life surrounding the home give it that coastal Florida feel while the grand home itself has covered patios that span the entire width of the house.

The first floor is the place to be at The Retreat. Here, there is a large open game room on the first floor with a kitchenette wet bar, and a full-size side by side refrigerator to store all your drinks and snacks. One side of this expansive room is a full-size ping pong table, while the other side serves as a media area with two sofas and lounge chairs surrounding the wall mounted TV. Outside grants you access to the brand new tiki bar and refreshing pool, so you can take a freshwater dip, and enjoy the sunny day. On this floor, there is also a nicely appointed guest bedroom with two queen size beds and access to a full hall bathroom.

Upstairs, on the second floor, is the great room, with tasteful sea life art and plenty of bright windows to let in the sunny day. You also get access to one of the covered patios here. The living area houses two sofas and two lounge chairs to take in the game on the flat screen TV. A gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry and a country feel is tastefully done here with granite counter tops and raised bar area with six stylized wood bar stools. High-end stainless-steel appliances complete the look to inspire tasty creations with the fresh catch of the day. The elegant dining area has seating for eight with high back chairs and a country inspired solid wood table, while close by there, is a bistro set up, with seating for four more. On the same floor there is a lovely guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and access to a full bathroom for added convenience.

The third floor houses an additional three bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and walk in shower. Here, you also you get access to your own private balcony to take in the beautiful day. Close by is a bunk room, with two full/twin bunks, which makes for a great slumber party location with a bathroom nearby. There is also another guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and its own en suite bathroom as well to accommodate. All these bedrooms are tastefully decorated, with a coastal design inspiration throughout.

This picturesque destination is minutes away from all the wonderful beachside communities along Scenic 30A, with an emphasis on localized restaurants, art, clothing and events.


POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.
