Our guests have access to the entire home with the exception of our locked storage closet.

Our home is on the fifth floor, but don't worry - we've got an elevator! Inside, you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful balcony overlooking the city, a comfy living room, a dining room fit for a feast, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer for your convenience.

And that's not all! As a guest of ours, you'll have access to some seriously cool common areas, including a full outdoor kitchen/BBQ area, a massive gazebo that can hold over 100 people, an indoor air-conditioned gym, a basketball court, and a play area for the kiddos. Oh, and did we mention the pool with comfy lounge chairs where you can soak up some rays and chillax?

But wait, there's more! We're just 3 minutes away from the monument, national theater, and casino, surrounded by a ton of awesome bars, restaurants, and food courts. Need to stock up on supplies? No problem - the El Bravo supermarket is just a 10-minute drive away.

And for all you golfers out there, Las Aromas golf club is a quick 15-minute drive away. Plus, the Cibao International Airport (STI) and several hospitals and clinics are just a hop, skip, and a jump away - around 15 minutes or so. So, what are you waiting for? Book your stay with us now!

Guest Capacity:
The listing price accommodates two guests. Should you wish to invite additional friends or family, there's a nominal fee of $10 per person per night. We appreciate your understanding!

Electricity charge:
Here's the thing, electricity doesn't come cheap in the Dominican Republic. We're all for living the good life and cranking that A/C, but if you go overboard, you'll be hit with an extra fee. The average energy usage is 12Kwht per day, so please be mindful and avoid breaking the bank. Otherwise, we'll be charging you an arm and a leg - or rather, 30 cents per Kwht after your 18Kwh per day. Yikes!

Nature Encounter:
Our property is beautifully nestled in the Caribbean and surrounded by nature. While this provides a serene environment, you may encounter some local wildlife such as ants, mosquitoes, or wasps. If you’re not comfortable with occasional nature visitors, please consider this when making your booking.

Maintenance Concerns:
We strive for your stay to be as pleasant as possible, but sometimes appliances can be unpredictable. If you experience any issues, please inform us right away, and we will address them promptly. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve any concerns.
