Our company manages 140+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:

Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

The entire condo space and terrace are private for you. Other PACIFICO guests will be enjoying the common amenities.

PACIFICO L403 features two King bedrooms, an updated kitchen and living space, walkout pool access, and tons of extra amenities like beach gear, board games, and an electric grill.

The floorplan gives space and privacy for couples or families with separation between sleeping areas and loads of living and dining space - both inside and out! Updated kitchen, high-speed internet, and access to the resort-style amenities of PACIFICO including multiple pools, poolside bar & grill, PACIFICO Beach Club, Tennis & Pickleball courts, and walking trails. The condo sits very close to the pedestrian gate for easy exit/entry on foot to the main street of Playas del Coco.

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost.

The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.

The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

We had an amazing stay at Pacifico and loved this unit. It was very clean and modern. The location next to the pool was so nice. Check in was a breeze and the property manager was very responsive and professional. The property manager helped us arrange a golf cart and it was a wonderful way to get around town. We love the amenities onsite as well as the beach club and proximity to restaurants and groceries. I loved the decor especially the fun wallpaper!

Awesome unit in a beautiful complex.
A very relaxing week in beautiful surroundings. This newly remodeled unit had everything we needed to make it home away from home for the week. Nothing like making breakfast and sitting on the patio watching the hummingbirds, the beautiful landscaping, and the pool while you eat. Secure gated community that was walking distance to everything you need.

This is our 2nd year coming to CR and staying at Pacifico. We loved the location of this condo with its patio access to the pool, great garden surrounding and quick and easy access to the property pedestrian gates to allow for all the fun of Coco. Bed was comfortable as were the rest of the furniture with plenty of towels and amenities. Highly recommend

First time in Costa Rica
Had a wonderful relaxing time in this condo. Pacifico is in an excellent location and this unit was perfect! Would absolutely return and stay right here. Close to grocery, restaurants, beach and not far from the airport. Unfortunately the beach club was closed for updating and I know we would have used it a lot; however, the pools and landscaping were also very enjoyable to be at as well. Beautiful landscaping and the pools and hot tub are right out the door from this condo. Highly recommend staying here and thank you to the owners and management who were extremely helpful and so very nice! We would love to return. Laurie C

Great condo for exploring Coco
The condo was perfect size for us (me, wife, 11 year old daughter) to spread out and relax at the end of our vacation. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Pool is steps from the back patio. Management seamlessly arranged for a golf cart rental and airport shuttle.

It’s a good location to coco beach, the beach club, Hermosa beach where there is great local restaurants and easy access to the airport. You can go out on a lot of excursions from coco beach. The beds we’re comfortable, it was clean and the grounds are beautifully decorated.

Great location in the heart of Playa Cocoa
The condo was a little messy when we checked in, trash had not been emptied from the previous tenants, and it appears it had been a while since the last occupant was in the property based on the smell Emi sting from the garbage and the mold building up. The property manager was super responsive, got it cleaned up immediately, and even left us a bottle of wine. Couldn’t have asked for more. The conso itself was great, had everything we could have needed, and was perfectly positioned in town. Great stay overall!

Cute condo with a nice beach club. Pretty clean with comfortable bed. Beach club is very nice for an extra fee! Beach club is not close ( 15 min walk) on the main roads that don’t have sidewalks.

Amazing pool and location of unit
Condo had a great location on the ground level (great if you don't enjoy doing stairs), with a gate off the private patio that takes you directly to the pool deck and chaise lounges (10 feet from the patio). There are waiters that walk around the pool area and you can order food, drinks, or smoothies. The layout of the condo was perfect for 4 people. The only suggestion would be to have a small dresser in the 2nd bedroom or luggage racks in each bedroom. The location of Pacifico and the security (24 hr manned gate) made our vacation very enjoyable.

Best lodging in Coco area
Beautiful property and great location in Coco. This ground floor unit is a few step from the pool, but with a very private feel. We stayed for a week and took advantage of the well equipped kitchen and nearby market for some home cooked meals. The unit is very clean and secure, and checking in was a breeze. Thanks Dave!

Great Location and Very Family Friendly!
David was a wonderful host. He provided great recommendations for dinning and helped us navigate the area for our last three days in Costa Rica. His Condo is located walking distance from the beach and is in a very safe area. Condo has all the amenities of a hotel without the noise and crowds. The patio leads right out to the amazing set of pools and the unit is well stocked and easy to be comfortable in. The owner is very helpful and easy to work with. It couldn't have been better
The property IS luxurious inside and out. There were just two of us in a 2-bedroom on the ground level. Once you opened the window coverings you were viewing palm trees, the very nice pool lounges and the wonderful winding pool which goes throughout the property. The beds were great & the furnishings very nice. Dave (owner) was "on the spot" to greet us & to respond to our questions albeit the resort, tours or car rental. The entire trip was amazing. We would be blessed to "do it again" and stay here.
