Great, until
The “kimono” unit is as advertised, much like a typical hotel suite but nicer. It was very quiet. We asked about any washer/dryer amenities thinking that we may need to wash our towels depending on how many were provided. We were given 4 towels total, 2 each for my wife and I, which was adequate. We were told that if we needed more to reach out and they could provide more. That seemed like a decent compromise until we had to reach out for another reason.On our last night, the hvac unit, which is wall mounted in the bedroom, began to pour out nonstop water. We actually had to use one of our towels to cover the television because the water was dripping onto it. We shut off the hvac unit which stemmed the flow a bit, but it was still dripping intermittently. The room had an information booklet that gave a number for 24 hour emergencies. We called the number and there was no answer. I left a message advising them of the situation and awaited a response. I have never received a response. There was also a different number to text about issues, which I did, and have never received a response. I also sent a message through the Vrbo app, but only received a response from the management company 15 hours after sending the initial message about the issue. This was also 2 hours after our checkout time. They apologized and offered to send someone over but it was too late for that. Luckily the weather was cooler and the hvac was not needed. Communication could be better.
