Master queen bedroom with ensuite and tv. 2nd bedroom with queen and tv, 3rd bedroom with twin beds. Downstairs 2 bedroom (both queen) apartment with 2 futons and home gym. Also, 1 queen inflatable bed. Open concept living, dining, kitchen area. Private dock with marina 10 minutes away for boat rental. Toronto 1 hour with all a city has to offer. Port Perry 10 minutes with quaint shops, casino 5 minutes, Mosport Race track 1/2 hour.

Another year and another trip with the family to this amazing cottage. We know that the place will be clean and have ice cold air conditioning. The pool is fantastic and in good conidition. It is also close enough to town to get anything you require. Nancy is also very quick to reply if you have any questions.

Life on the Lake
We were a group of 12; 11 adults and a toddler. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was spacious, very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need to enjoy your time on the lake.

Amazing Property
Easy drive to a great location. Nancy was quick to reply to any questions. Cottage was clean and well kept. Pool was nice and warm when we arrived. I wish I was a part of the Byberg family, so I could come and go as I pleased. Will be booking all future cottage trips here if it is still available for rentals. Thanks for the great weekend, Nancy!

Nancy’s property is exactly what you picture when you think of a weekend getaway for multiple people. Perfect for multiple families, multiple bedrooms, large kitchen space and of course the beautiful backyard. Nancy was super accommodating as well, this place has everything you need.

The Perfect Cottage Vacation
Nancy thank you again for hosting us at your beautiful property! My family and I had the pleasure of staying here in August and it truly was the perfect getaway! The cottage is beautiful and has spacious layout which makes it feel very homey. It truly felt like you were at your home away from home when staying here. The backyard was breathtaking from the pool to the gorgeous view of the lake. We did not swim in the lake however we brought our Jet Skis up which was a lot of fun and allowed us to explore Lake Scugog a little more. The pool was the cherry on top of it all, having the pool overlooking the lake was breathtaking. Our family looks forward to making this a yearly tradition at the Byberg Residence. Nancy thank you so much again for your hospitality! :)

The property was amazing, contains all the amenities anyone looks for during a staycation! The view is beautiful and the neighbours are so friendly, helpful and welcoming! Fantastic place for vacation
This is a great place to stay for families or friends. Large open concept kitchen dining room and living room and lots of extra amenities and the beds were very comfortable as well. A large yard with a Beautiful pool..!! and hot tub. The Lake is not good for swimming because it's weedy but we had paddle boards.. kayaks and a boat for lots of fun and there is a canoe there. . We had a fabulous time. Thank-you
