Cette maison a un intérieur lumineux et suffisamment d'espace pour accueillir tout le monde dans votre groupe. À proximité:
La plage est à quelques pas à l'ouest où convergent S Edgewood Street et Ocean Vista Drive. La nourriture et l'essentiel sont également accessibles à pied. Promenez-vous dans le centre-ville de Seaside jusqu'à l'aquarium en descendant la promenade qui se trouve à quelques pâtés de maisons au nord-ouest à la fin de l'avenue U. Ou prenez un court trajet en voiture vers le nord jusqu'au centre commercial Seaside Outlet pour faire un peu de shopping.

Relaxing
All in all it was amazing! We love Seaside and were there for an AAU basketball tournament. The bedrooms were nice size, beds were comfortable, and bathroom were clean. There are threethings I would recommend:# 1 is for your cleaning staff, they need to move the storage ottoman after every visit and vacuum, there were toys, puzzle pieces, and garbage under it when we moved it. (The ottoman is extremely heavy, it may take 2 people)# 2 leave the heart above 50 degrees when you’re expecting people # 3 add a meat thermometer to the kitchen utensilsNothing was terrible, and our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Just my own recommendations. I would stay there again!!

Perfect for a girls trip
3 if us stayed for the weekend and this rental was absolutely perfect. It wasnt too far from downtown. It was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. The beds are super comfy. The downstairs living room was perfect to hang out it. We all had a great time. I would absolutely rent again!

We stay outside of this place more than in it the carpets are nasty and they have the nerves to have a sign posted to take your shoes off the furniture was so nasty we check out a day early we could not handle it any longer Sinc The Dickerson family

Great location
Walk to the beach, stroll the Promenade, drive to scenic places nearby. This place is quiet, clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped - except for spoons! Beds were a little soft, but overall, a very comfortable place

Great location, clean and well kept
We stayed with our daughter and her three children. Everything was as described, modern, and spacious. A short walk to a nice part of the Seaside beaches. Being a short walk to a nearby grocery was also handy. We would come back again.

The house was not newly renovated. The house smelled like dog when we got there. Even if someone brought their dog, cleaning it should do the trick to get the smell out. The house was not cleaned well. There was dog hair on the couch. There was dog poop in the backyard too. The couch is disgusting. There is one tv in the whole house. The carpets are taped down which is so tacky. The tub upstairs wouldn’t drain. The beach was beautiful. The walk to the beach was fine.

We had a happy 4th of July
We stayed with our two adult daughters, fiancée, husband and 3 and 1 year old grandchildren. The proximity to the beach was perfect and so happy we bought our beach wagon. The house was comfortable but we missed having a dining table and chairs for our group of 8. Also there were not enough dishes for our group (only 7 plates and 4 wineglasses) and we missed having a working bbq grill. The stairs to the backyard should have a railing for the young and old to navigate. We would come back to the area but not to this house due to the lack of dining table, grill and basic kitchen supplies you would expect to find in a beach area rental.

Lovely, affordable family rental!
Stayed for a basketball tournament weekend, so much more relaxing than a hotel room! Comfy beds, we had our own rooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean. Relaxing living area and kitchen had everything we needed. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Host was proactive and very quick to respond to any communication. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Over all good we had issues with the front door sticking and not working. Very thin sheets that need to be replace more towel rack for wet towels a seat to take off and on of shoes when you ask for no shoes in the house. Answer text messages. Quaint home by the coast
A very nice smaller home with very easy beach access 2 blocks away. Close to shopping and the downtown promenade. Only thing I had to say is about cleanliness. There was some stains on the floor and counters weren't cleaned very well. The showers had some hairs in them but overall they were pretty clean. I would definitely stay at this listing again in the future.

Such a disappointment!
Though we love this location, the house was a major disappointment. Sheets, towels, dishes, finishes were cheapest possible quality and quantity. Beds are lumpy, sagging, with ill-fitting sheets and sleep defying discomfort. No real place to eat except to perch on rickety, falling-apart bar chairs in an awkward configuration. Backyard comprised of dead grass corralled by cheap fence. No useable outdoor space. Renter beware.

A wonderful respite

Needs improvements
Great location and basic dwelling accommodated our family. Enjoyed ourselves in spite of the lodging’s shortcomings. Weather was mid-70s and indoors remained comfortable with open windows. But if any hotter outside, the inside would be unpleasant. Giving low rating as this unit needs lots of basic improvements by owners. The lack of any kitchen area table should be noted. The counter top seating as seen in photos is visually appealing but disappointing when having to deal with flimsy barstools that cannot be height adjusted. Combined with lack of space due to crowded nature of oversized couch, the bar seating is rendered useless for six adults. Kitchen is minimal in basics. Bring your own sharp knife! (The customary set is dull). Also would need your own spices, measuring cups, cone shaped coffee filters (they do stock lots of the wrong shape…that you can adapt), and pots and pans (unless you don’t mind loose handled, rust covered old ones). Cutting boards are so used with deep grooves as to be bio-hazard. The couch area becomes your dining seating. Though no hardtop flat surface to sets drink down. That lump in the chair? It’s the first aid kit mysteriously hidden under the cushion!? TV, yes. But no local channels as the areas local news and weather tv broadcasts are apparently no longer valued by owners. Limited to finding movies via Netflix. No ‘dvd library’ in existence. Called the MGMT to inform of this discrepancy when voicing my frustration of no TV channel access. The response: “there’s a PS4…” I’m no gamer but know PS4 does not get me to a dvd library nor to local tv stations. As other reviews noted, beds are soft [read: low quality mattresses]. Bathrooms have plenty of towels. Bring your own Kleenex/tissues (also a staple item for rental units the world over, but not valued by ownership). Garage wall near water heater is filled with pile of broken boogie boards, a snow sled (?!) and young child related bikes and beach(?)gear parts. (Does such present a fore hazard so close to heater?!). Overall, this place is an example of what a rental can be when ownership never steps foot into their ‘investment’. Regardless, the location is ideal and worth navigating the drawbacks of this dwelling. I don’t normally post reviews but future visitors deserve to know.

What a great stay!
We had such a great time at this property. It comfortably fit 4 adults, a teen and a 2 year old. It was super clean and had all of the things we needed to make our stay comfortable. (Extra blankets, towels, and the kitchen was well stocked) There were bikes and scooters for the kids in the garage, and the backyard backs to a golf course and we enjoyed seeing a doe and 2 fawn one morning. We would definitely stay again!

Great Place in Seaside
Beautiful home a short walk from the beach. Home was clean and just as described. The outside trash can was full when we arrived, which was a little problematic, but didn’t effect our overall stay.

Lovely home, great location
The home is beautiful, fresh and clean, and very well provisioned. The location is also great. Be advised that while it has a large bar that seats six, there is no dinner table, and all dining happens over carpeted areas.

A super choice!
We give this home 2 thumbs up 👍👍 The home is beautifully and comfortably decorated. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a beachy theme that is not overdone. Beds were cozy. Downstairs, the couch easily seats 4 or 5 adults, and the TV has all the channels you need. There are also a Play Station, and lots of DVDs to choose from when you need a break from the beach. The large kitchen had most everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. The only thing missing that would have made it perfect was a table for family sit -down meals (though there is seating at the large breakfast bar) to facilitate playing board games 😁 It’s just a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to downtown. Beach toys were provided, as well as other items (bikes, razor scooters, in-line skates) for kids to enjoy. We would certainly be happy to stay in this home away from home again!
