Awesome property around the corner from UW
Our location was excellent for the plans that we had: to see areas east and north of Seattle as well as the Tacoma and Gig Harbor area. About 30 minutes to the airport on a Friday morning at 8 AM (not bad). The property owner was very quick answering questions we had. There’s a small park across the street as well as a bus stop for those that don’t have a rental car or are not fond of Uber or Lyft.

I had a month shift at seattle childrens and the location of this place was perfect, literally a 5 minute walk away. This place is a good location for exploring seattle. Has a full kitchen stocked with the basics and the three floors of the house made it nice for my friend and I to work opposite shifts without worring about waking up the other.

Very clean great hosts lots of stairs
Our stay was good but the location is on an extremely busy road and we used the fan to mitigate the noise. The place is in 3 levels lots of stairs. Not a big problem for us but good to know. We paid $422 a night and it’s now $158 a night. I think at $158 a great value not as good for us with all the other fees, taxes etc.The hosts are excellent and the kitchen is well stocked

The location of the property was amazing. We loved the proximity to walking trails, a park/playground, Seattle, and shops. The property was well maintained and very comfortable. We felt very safe on the property and in the surrounding neighborhood. We spent most days out and about visiting Seattle sights and other family in the area - the properties location and access to highways and main roads made it easy to get to a variety of places in a decent amount of time. The owners were available to contact for any concerns or questions - even if we didn't need it, we were glad that they reached out to us. If we're all back in Seattle again, we would want to stay at the same location again.

Great visit with UW student
We were in Seattle to visit our daughter who is at UW. The house was lovely, well stocked, CLEAN, and wonderful proximity to campus, shops, and restaurants. Parking directly in front of the house was no problem. It was very hot in Seattle that week so we were incredibly thankful for the AC. However, it should be noted that there was no AC in the 2nd bedroom so people drew straws for the "hot" bedroom. There were multiple fans that could be used in the room though. Other than that, everything was perfect and we certainly hope to stay there the next time we visit!

We were staying in the U District for a July summer wedding and needed a good home base for 3 days of family activities. The property was clean and well organized for both the people staying there as well as the rotation of occasional visitors. The place worked perfectly.

We had a lovely stay near to the UW campus for our daughters graduation. Very close to fun restaurants, campus the stadium and shopping. The host was very kind to accommodate our unique requests and offer assistance during our stay. Great for a small family visiting the University or a student.

Excellent location to UW, Medical Cebters, Grocery/etc- across from Burke-Gillian Trail was perfect for a morning bike ride and evening stroll. Walked to UW campus for graduation. Roof top deck was great for yoga and hanging out. Plenty of room inside for a family gathering to celebrate graduation! Thank you!

Amazing Location With 5 Star Accommodations
My two best friends and I stayed here for a week long trip to Seattle/ Tacoma. We traveled all over the area, including Olympic National Park and Mt Rainier National Park. This location was perfect for visiting both the cities and the parks! The home is clean, warmly lit, and perfect for 2 or 3 friends, but you could have probably up to 5. The standout part of the property is the above and beyond amenities present. Some things of the top of my head that are present: air fresheners, many different kitchen appliances, changes of sheets, extra blankets, flushable wet wipes, hair drier (and hair straightener), sleep noise machines, plug in fans, streaming services on the TV, and the list could be longer. There is close access to highways and this home is almost on top of the beautiful UW campus, which I highly recommend checking out. The owner is super friendly and responds quickly if you need anything! They also checked in once just to make sure everything was going great! In summery: if you are like me and visiting from somewhere far away, you will not be disappointed if you stay here for your trip to the PNW/ Sea-Tac area. 10/10, would stay here again!

Excellent experience
We stayed at this property for freshman move in at UW. Being from out of state, it was challenging to know/ understand the area near the university. Nick was amazingly responsive and very, very helpful- not only in recommending places to eat/ see but also helped us manage some difficult logistics- I am honestly not sure how we would have done the trip without his help. The property was super clean, had everything that we needed and was very safe. Thank you for such a wonderful experience- I cannot thank you enough.
