Location, Location, Location! Retreat to this modern, freshly renovated studio in the charming Sunset Hill neighborhood. Walk to the best restaurants, shopping and coffee shops Ballard has to offer! Visit Golden Gardens park (1 mile), Ballard Locks (.5 mile), or Downtown Seattle (2 miles). This lower level MIL apartment features VIEWs of the Space Needle and Mount Rainier from the property. No detail has been overlooked to ensure your stay is seamless and unforgettable!

Minimalist, mid-century modern decor in a spacious, bright, airy space. Fully stocked kitchenette with quartz countertops, complementary Nespresso pods, convection oven, air fryer, and microwave. Guests enjoy high-quality soaps, linens, King size bed, extra towels, and bathrobes. Large dining table also functions as a great workstation. Plenty of storage for longer stays!

No dedicated parking spot will be provided, however street parking is always available.

I live on property and am readily available to help you with any of your needs during your stay. I am happy to offer you advice for sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. I can't wait to host you in my home!

My toddler and I just needed a place to sleep for our night in Seattle, and this place was comfortable and easy to access. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Seattle
The property was in the basement of a house centrally located in Ballard. It was very clean and well-appointed. The only thing is you can hear the owner walking around upstairs in the house very early in the morning. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it if you are staying in that area of Seattle.

This is in a great location in Ballard and quite walkable from the center of downtown Ballard. Beautiful neighborhood. Easy walk to the Locks. The studio is exactly as described, and very comfortable. Bathroom and shower excellent. Some overhead noise from homeowners, but that is to be expected in a basement. Only real concern was that the outside light on the staircase was not working and very dangerous arriving in the dark my first night. When I alerted owners, they turned on an indoor basement light at night which lit the stairs as well. I was not familiar with Apple TV, so had difficulty using the remotes to watch it. I highly recommend this place very much. You won't be disappointed.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable bed, great location!
The check-in process was easy, Payton the host was a wonderful communicator, and the apartment was very nicely equipped and very comfortable. The neighborhood is wonderful and great for walking around in, close to lots of excellent restaurants and parks and a fifteen minute drive from being downtown at all the big attractions! We slept extremely well in the very very comfortable bed, and because the apartment is in the basement, it stayed nice and cool despite the 94°F weather! We will definitely be back!
