Centrally located in the quiet Chapel area of Sedona, Sedona Villa 35 is a wonderful choice for your next Sedona vacation. Located in a new, small residential neighborhood, you will be situated between the Uptown area and the Village of Oak Creek. And of course, you will be very close to the iconic Chapel of the Holy Cross, which gives this area its name, and many hiking trails.

This newly built, single-level home, plus a casita, offers a spacious 2,100 square feet, three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and can accommodate up to six guests in pure luxury. This home features high-speed internet.

From the front door entryway, you'll step into an open and bright great room with high ceilings and plenty of windows bringing in the natural light and exquisite views from floor to ceiling. This room encompasses the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: This gorgeous space offers contemporary furnishings, a 70” Smart TV with DISH service, and a cozy electric fireplace. You will love the many windows and soaring ceilings, and the adjacent backyard is a serene space to settle back and enjoy the desert air and stunning views.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed for creating your favorite masterpieces. You'll find a 6-burner gas range, stone counters and a waterfall kitchen island with seating for four. And of course, kitchen windows bring in the red rock views.

Dining Area: The dining area has seating for six guests and easy access to the back yard. You'll find a lovely outdoor dining area as well.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedrooms 1 — King size bed, 55” Smart TV with DISH programming, and a private bath with double sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower.

Master Bedrooms 2 - King size bed, 55” Smart TV with DISH programming, and a private bath with double sinks, and a large tile shower.

Casita/Master bedroom 3 — Queen bed, 40” Smart TV with DISH programming, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a tile shower. Enjoy access to the patio.

Amazing!
The location is fabulous and the views gorgeous. Right on Chapel Hill, which i didn't even realize, was a wonderful surprise. The house was lovely, modern and had everything you need. The pool was perfect for cooling off in that powerful AZ sun. I would highly recommend both this property and the management company. I actually missed a message that my final payment had not processed due to the original card having been compromised and a new one issued. I learned this when I called because we hadn't received the door code for check in. Naturally I felt a wave of panic as we sat in the driveway but my nerves were quickly calmed by a most gracious agent who processed my new card and sent us a code. I can't wait to visit Sedona again and I would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you!

Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben und eines der Besten, die wir bisher gebucht hatten. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und voll ausgestattet. Great Choice For A Long Weekend in Sedona.
This was a perfect house for multiple couples or families that all want their own master bedrooms and a little privacy. The house was furnished well, was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The location is great (aside from a little traffic going in and out of the Chapel), but the neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path. Easy access to a few local hiking trails and just a 10 minute drive to the downtown area of Sedona. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay in Sedona was so wonderful. The house was very clean, and all amenities were provided. It was nice that the 3rd bedroom was separate from the house so we could get a little work done when needed. The views were amazing from the house. We saw Javelina and a couple coyotes right outside the house!

Great Location
Loved everything about this property, so relaxing. Easy access to many hiking trails, returned home to take a dip in the pool, and just enjoyed the surrounding scenery. Comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. What more could you ask for? We hope to return soon.

Beautiful place horrible beds
We arrived after dark, and had a very hard time finding the right house. It is in an awkward place and the navigation doesn’t recognize it. The light that shines on the rock with the house number does not work we finally got in only to find that the key to the casita was nowhere to be found. No one from the management company returned our call until the next day. Fortunately, somebody else gave us the code to the lock box to get the key. We ended up finding it the next day where someone left it on the fire pit. The house itself is very beautiful the kitchen was well stocked TVs in all rooms. The views from all angles of the house are spectacular. However, the windows are filthy and the beds are uncomfortable The foam mattress makes it extra hot and hard to turn over the beds are so soft that it gives you a backache when you wake up, you couldn’t ask for a better location minutes away from the chapel.

Sedona Villa 35 - Gorgeous!!!
We always love the beauty of Sedona, but our stay at Villa 35 was exceptionally wonderful! The home is exactly as pictured, except do note the view from the kitchen is altered a bit as there is a house there now, but you can still view the gorgeous Sedona mountains from there. The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens I have ever experienced for a rental property. We wanted for nothing and all appliances, pans, etc were abundant. The set-up was perfect for my husband, myself, our teenage son and his friend with the casita and pool. I also LOVED the liquid hand soap and large bath towels. THANK YOU! The welcome back goodie bag was a wonderful added touch when we arrived. This is an exceptional property!!!

Very nice new modern and clean. Great location. Listing did not disclose home in middle of construction of homes next door. Lost some kitchen supplies were provided. There was no sugar or sweetener for coffee. Overall a very professional entry and exit at a beautiful beautiful property. Everything brand new nice kitchen, high ceilings, beautiful backyard.

Outstanding Property in the Shadow of The Chapel of the Holy Cross
Excellent property located in the neighborhood adjacent to The Chapel of the Holy Cross with convenient access to a number of spectacular hiking trails within walking distance from the unit. Extremely comfortable bedrooms in the main house with extra luxury accomodations within the free standing casita. Conviently located just outside the hustle and bustle (i.e., traffic) of central Sedona without being too far out when accessing the dining and shopping of Sedona. If you are coming from Phoenix to visit, I would recommend buying beverages and groceries in Phoenix on the way to advoid traffic within Sedona and often a picked through selection. It would be helpful to guests if the property owner would boost wi-fi signal within the unit to prevent frequent disconnects. I will stay here again if visiting in the future and recommend this unit for those visiting. A good time had by all.

This is a lovely, contemporary home, with hight ceilings, lots of glass, beautiful concrete floors, first class amenities, comfortable beds and just about anything you'd wish for in a first class rental. Due to the current construction on adjacent properties, there's a slight compromise in privacy and peace, if that's what you're looking for, but other than that, it's hard to imagine a nicer home. I would also say that the property management folks were incredibly responsive and helpful, which was greatly appreciated.

This place is gorgeous just like the photos. Plenty of space, close to hikes, town and the views are amazing. The views from the windows alone made this place well worth it. The place was clean, spacious and perfect for our 5 people (4 adults, 1 kid). As the house manual states, be aware that you might see some critters! We did get a few bugs and a small snake in the guest house, but it’s definitely expected with the location. It wouldn’t detour us from staying there again. Great stay overall! Highly recommend.
