Located on the west side of Cayuga Lake, and right in the heart of the Finger Lakes; this charming hillside home have you wishing you took a moment to retreat to the lake sooner. Whether you travel north to downtown Seneca Falls, or south to the City of Ithaca, adventures and Finger Lakes fun surround you when you stay at Wolffy's House on the Hill!

Inside, an open kitchen with bold blue cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances allows for mealtime to be a breeze! Stop down to Ithaca to their farmers market, and enjoy the freshness that local produce brings to your favorite meals. A dining table with lake view allows your family to enjoy mealtime together. Or, if the sun is shining, enjoy your favorite dish outside on the deck.

The living room is light and airy with large windows and the perfect blend of nautical lake colors. Enjoy lake views from sun up, until sun down from the cozy sofa.

The second floor is home for each of the three bedrooms. Beautifully decorated; each bedroom is the perfect place to unwind at bedtime.

Outside, a lakeside deck or backyard patio are both yours to enjoy. The spacious side yard will allow ample space for children or adults to play yard games. A short walk down the driveway and across the road to the lake will have your group of travelers enjoying fishing off the dock, sunbathing on the shore.

Have nature lovers in your group? The Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge is right up the road. Wolffy's House on the Hill is also conveniently located on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, and close Waterloo Premium Outlets. The Cayuga Lake State Park is approximately one mile away, and offers patrons level lawns for outdoor sports, a nice playground, and a boat launch. Taughannock Falls and Buttermilk Falls of Ithaca are a short drive south. Local lakeside dining at Wolffy's Grill and Marina is just across the street from this cozy home. Great stay beautiful views
House was perfect for what we needed, beautiful views from the porch, well equipped kitchen for all the cooking we did. The bar near the dock was very busy but closed at 9 anyways so no problem with noise. The dock was in good shape and we had to worries docking our boat there.

Enjoyed the pirch, people watching and the live bands all weekend at Wolfy's Grill and Marina. My two dogs loved the yard and too enjoyed the porch.

Great House, Not so Great View
This house is as advertised--the one issue is that not only is it directly next to a (sometimes) rowdy bar, but its lawn bleeds into the parking lot. Very loud delivery trucks woke us up one morning, and oud patrons kept us up one evening. It's also a bit small for the nine people it advertises. Only one bathroom is a bit brutal. But the house is lovely and access to the lake is great.

Planned our trip around our son-in-laws race. Loved the front porch and the music from Wolfie’s restaurant. Only hick-up was blowing a fuse when we used the microwave and the air conditioner was on. The property manager responded right away and sent someone out to make sure everything was ok

A very nice home
The house is clean, very well decorated. There were six adults and three children and we managed just fine even with one bathroom. The beds were comfortable, living room spacious and a porch with a fantastic view. Live music playing from a nearby restaurant. If you're looking for a big kitchen to cook for a big group you'll have a tough time. But with good planning you can make it work. I did. My family was very impressed with the home all in all. The neighborhood was quiet most of the day. Seneca Falls area and Northeast College are close by.

Great location
We rented with a bunch of college friends for a wedding weekend. The house has a great location, amazing view and deck. The only annoying issue we had was that the power kept tripping and we had to go down and Flip the breaker sometimes 7 times a day. If you are going to advertise as a summer home and only have portable AC, you need to increase the voltage because we couldn’t even use the toaster without tripping it.

Birthday Celebration
The house is very clean and up to date. It’s is very comfortable and easy to relax in and enjoy the amenities. We liked the location of the house- beautiful view of Lake Cayuga and the ease of driving to various spots of interest like parks, waterfalls, wineries, and restaurants. The only drawback is the proximity to the restaurant. The listing says the restaurant is is a short walk and the food is good, both of which are true. The house shares a long property line with restaurant parking and is very close to the restaurant. It is fine on weeknights when the restaurant xloses early, but on Saturday night restaurant patrons stayed on premises talking loudly until around 1am Sunday morning. The rental agreement stated that this area has quiet hours starting at 10 pm. The hours were anything but quiet for the restaurant patrons. This noise led to difficulty sleeping for several members of our family. We loved the house but would steer away from renting it on weekends due to the proximity to the restaurant. Otherwise we had a very wonderful stay.
