A Very Nice Week
My spouse and I plus two other couples rented this condo for a week. The location was within 5-20 minutes walking distance to many shops and restaurants. For those places farther away, we used the Public Bus for $2.50 per person (US$) to any place on the West End. Taxis were available to and from the airport for $20 per couple.The condo itself was very nice. The bedroom with the twin beds is much hotter than the other rooms, but we kept the door open and the fan on high at night when sleeping. It has a great deck space outside overlooking the ocean and beach area, and a great living room area where we could all hang out at the end of the day. We were short a few washcloths, and when I contacted the host, we were never brought more. This was really the only issue and a small one at that. There are a couple markets close by for getting groceries too. Overall, the location was great and it was a very nice place to stay. We would rent this condo again.

Amazing condo, perfect location!
We spent 10 days as a multi generational family in this beautiful apartment. The views from the balcony were spectacular. Joe has thought of everything with a fully equipped kitchen and Laundry facilities. The parking was easy and the beach and pool were everything we could have hoped for. The beds were comfortable and the responsive air con and good quality shower were very welcome after a day at the beach. We will definitely stay here when we visit again. Thank you Joe for your beautiful condo and thank you Grand Cayman for a wonderful holiday!

Outstanding Beach Front property
We had an extended family trip to Cayman and rented this property based upon location, view and amenities as shown in the listing. We LOVED the place. There is no other way to describe the view from the deck as "Perfect Vacation View." The unit itself was well equipped, comfortable, well stocked and convenient to all that Grand Cayman has to offer. Not only did our immediate family sleep there, but we used our unit as the family gathering place for others who traveled with us. It was that spacious and that impressive. The condo was a vacation destination all in itself. But wait, there's more. The condo complex has a beach which is unmatched by any other condo we have stayed in on Cayman. The swim up bar at the pool was also and unmatched amenity. And the overall location on the island cannot be understated, being close to the best restaurants, bars, and attractions to be found on the island. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

We ended up driving in circles for two hours from Airport. We asked for help by no less than three people and none of them could help us. When we left the Airport we were using Google maps and couldn’t get us there either. I went to your website for directions and the directions were merely your address, no step by step directions. The deck umbrella was broken. We had a very difficult time getting hold of Joe for any of these issues. It took 4 emails to get Joe to send us the code for the house. We were freezing, no directions on how to adjust the thermostat.

It was our first time to GC. It was immaculately maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host promptly responded to questions prior to our arrival and gave a few recommendations on car rental and excursions. We will definitely be going back to G.C. and would consider staying at this property if available.

Fantastic!!
The condo was perfection! Family of 4 with 2 teens. The condo was exactly as described. We had plenty of space, everything was very clean and comfortable. It's a 2 minute walk to the small beach area and also the pool, which has a great swim up bar and restaurant. Lots of restaurants in walking distance including a great coffee spot right next door. Stay at this condo, you won't regret it!

I feel like we lucked out booking this property because it was the perfect location and one of few locations with a decent beach along seven mile beach due to the man-made cove. We loved the cove for swimming and snorkeling. The condo was very nice and as pictured. The view from the patio is just stunning. We decided to use public transportation instead of renting a car and it worked out great. Great restaurants within walking distance and the pool bar food is fresh, wonderful, and affordable also. Joe was very responsive to all messages when reaching out and even let us check in a bit early. Thanks Joe! We let him know the umbrella on the patio was damaged and he responded right away. The condo was very clean, and we loved the eco friendly AC system. The room with the twins did get a little hot at night but was fine with the door open and fan running. The lights were a little tricky, but we were able to figure them out. The view from the master and even the twins room was gorgeous. The master bath could use a couple of hooks for towels and doesn’t have a place to hang clothes, but we certainly made it work. Plenty of blankets for couch naps and the washer/dryer was convenient. Coffee pot on site but we ended up going to the cafe next door which was delicious. Plenty of kitchen needs for cooking and the grocery store is within walking distance. Everyone was friendly and nice. It truly is paradise. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Ocean Front Paradise!
My family very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The view from the patio cannot be beat! My kids loved swimming in the ocean, playing in the sand, and swimming in the large pool. We snorkeled every day at the condo. Even though we were at the tail end of spring-breakers, we had no problem finding room to swim in the pool or find chairs on the beach. We cook a lot while on vacation and had no issues with space or finding items in the kitchen. The sectional in the living room was comfortable and big enough for all of us - 4 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable. The curtains did a great job of blocking out light in the morning allowing those of us who wanted to, to sleep in. The bathrooms were both updated. I would recommend this condo to anyone and would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo and complex for families
Condo has been recently remodeled as described (newer appliances and kitchen). Layout works well and the patio adds space (and awesome view). The cove is nice for a family as well as the pool. The larger section of 7MB is a short walk, which is worth noting.

Overall positive experience
Was laid out well for adults and kids, loved the beach out front and the cove for swimming. Having the Jeep was a cheaper convenient option rather than renting a car. For the cost, some new towels would be good and you could provide travel size soaps, toiletries, laundry soap that are natural, low irritants. The beach has eroded across most properties on the island, so was great to have it, but was somewhat rocky and rough sand. No bugs or pests, was a quiet community, some locals hang out at the bar due to prices, which was understandable. We felt safe the entire time. Was great to be able to walk to close by restaurants, stores and hotels.

Can’t beat the view
We had a wonderful week at this property. The Condo complex and the ocean front view can’t be beat. The swim up bar was great! The food was delicious, the bar tenders were so friendly and the drinks were yummy. We snorkeled almost every day at the reef fright in front of the complex. It was loaded with life. Be advised, rent a snorkeling marker as the Jet skis don’t lookout for you. The condo has only one small hairdryer in the main bedroom so you may want to bring your own. A glass of wine at sunset on that deck was heavenly💗 Owner was very responsive to any messages.
