Paradise
The condo is nice and spacious for 2 people. The location is wonderful. You can sit on the balcony in the shade in the morning, in the sun in the afternoon and for the sunset in the evening; lounge on the beach chairs, swim in the clear water, walk on the beach. We walked to SMB by taking the sidewalk along the main road about 1/4 mile north to a beach access path. We walked to the grocery store, about 1/2 mile. Everyone we met was friendly. Yuri promptly answered a few questions we had in the first couple of days.

Beautiful Condo!
We absolutely loved this Cayman Reef Resort condo. The unit was very clean and provided ample general necessities on arrival. Management is friendly, helpful and responsive by phone and text. Thank you Jes and Tina for your superb hospitality. We rate this Vrbo offering an A+. Although storms have completely eroded the beach directly out front (or back?), there is no lacking for nearby public beach access by foot or short drive with plenty of parking.

As Close to the Water as You Can Get
This lovely place is right on the water. Beach was completely washed out which was a bummer but lovely to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing the sea wall. Great view to watch the fish swimming as well. Kitchen was well equipped and bed was decently comfortable. TVs can be a little confusing to operate. Easy taxi ride to all the great restaurants and easy walk to Camana Bay. WiFi works great. Condo has everything you’ll need to enjoy a stay and is very clean.

Amazing location right on the ocean! Clean, spacious, beach equipment, great A/C and quiet. Prior to arriving, grab shampoo, coffee, and toilet paper at the grocery store and you're all set for an amazing time at the beach.

This property is truly oceanfront. The unit is beautiful and has everything you need. The balcony is the best place for a morning coffee or a wine in the evening to enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

Cannot get any closer to the water
Perfect unit if you want a balcony 10 feet from the water. A small amount of beach left in front of the complex, but you can walk to the public beach. If you want to walk any distance on 7 mile Beach, you need the access the public beach farther north.

Stay Here- It’s great!
Fabulous spot! You are literally right on the beach. Very clean, well appointed and well supplied- great showers, comfortable beds. It is a little tricky if you plan to use the loft area as sleeping space because there isn’t a way to shield that sleeper from the sunlight and noise. Well stocked and terrifically updated condo. It was disappointing that there was virtually no beach most our stay- not at all like the pictures, most the beach has been washed away- but it’s easy enough to take the public bus for $2.50 a person to visit the more robust public beaches. We loved having family dinners on the nice sized balcony- the waves crashing beneath us. We also loved having a washer and dryer and updated appliances. Our host was very responsive- thank you for having us. We would 100 percent book with you again!

Perfect…,
We’re a rather large family…, so a 3 bedroom may have worked better, but was just enough space for 4 daughters 17-25. Great location and access to everything you need by just walking. Only complaint is the beach (which you do not control) has suffered erosion issues. It’s still beautiful and if you have never been to Cayman (in the 1988-2000’s you don’t know any better. But it was sad to see the years of hurricane damage can do to the beach. Closer to Cemetery or Governors Beaches seems like more beach is left. Still tough to beat that water and marine life. Booking w/ Jes was easy and he was very attentive to any questions! Thank you again

My family really enjoyed this property. It is right on the water. The balcony is awesome. Great views and can hear the waves. Plenty of space for my family of four. We would definitely stay here again. The property set up beach chairs and umbrellas daily. We never had any issues with availability of them. Beach was quiet. Overall great location.

Beachfront Condo
The condo was immaculately clean and fully stocked. All we needed was to bring groceries. This property has an unobstructed view of the ocean and is breath taking. We travel to Cayman often so we didn’t do any touring so we’re at the condo 80% of the time. It was quite comfortable and the A/C worked very well. Definitely will stay again at this prime location again.

Property and location were both great. This is a can’t miss. Have been to the Caymans a handful of times and hotels don’t compare. The condo is top notch, views amazing, lots of space and great views. Umbrella situation a little unwieldy but nothing to worry about. This is a five star place and would stay again any time.

Property was clean and as advertised in the photos, view and location were spectacular! Plenty of space for our family of four, second bedroom had an extra platform bed in addition to the king, which worked great for our kids (8 and 12). Can’t beat the location, close to tons of food and yes the property does have a beach with room for chairs, not as big as it used to be but it was still great.

This is a wonderful place, right on the beach. We loved spending time on the balcony. The beach had eroded quite a bit from the last hurricane, so the water was super close. The condo has a very modern european feel and was very well equipped. You can walk to Camana Bay shops and great restaurants are all within walking distance. We loved our stay!

Perfect location
We stayed at this property for our 16th wedding anniversary (we were married at the Cayman Castle in 2006.) We have stayed on the island a dozen or so times and this was one of the very best locations. The Condo is beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything one could possibly need. Is was immaculately cleaned prior to our arrival. The location, location, location would not be beat. Waking up and having coffee on the deck is amazing and enjoying a glass on wine the deck and watching the sunsets is even better. I think we have found our new anniversary location for many years to come (provided the owner is still renting.) You cannot go wrong with this beautiful property.

View is unbeatable!
Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils etc. Plenty of beach towels. Gorgeous oceanfront property so close you could spit in it! The only negative which was pretty major to me was the AC is not under our control so it was very uncomfortable to sleep because of the heat. Property manager did not respond to my request nor to the office when they offered to help us. I had to sleep on the futon in the living room under the fan to be comfortable. Upstairs bedroom would have been miserable. If that’s not a biggie to you I would recommend this unit. View heavenly, nicely furnished and a great location!

Beautiful Views
This apartment has a spectacular ocean front view of Seven Mile beach. You cannot get a better view of the ocean from the patio and is perfect for watching the sunset. The Interior is updated and kept very clean. Location is great as well, only a 7 min walk to Camana Bay with access to amazing restaurants and shopping. Location is also across the street from the gas station/breakfast spot. Complex grounds are very well maintained and is a peaceful getaway. Without a doubt, it is a fantastic place to stay for an adult getaway. However, I would not recommend this if traveling with infants/toddlers. Not pictured in the ad is the spiral tile staircase that leads to the 2nd floor loft and bedroom. There is no railing installed which made it very unsafe. The steps are small and easy to slip on. Unfortunately, I slipped coming down them and had nothing to grab on to. As a result, I knocked my head against the wall, split my food wide open and nearly ended up needing stitches. Luckily, it was myself and not my daughter that fell. Knowing I was traveling with less than a 2 year old, a heads up from the renter would have been much appreciated so I could have arranged for a baby gate to be delivered. The owner wasn’t very concerned when I brought it to her attention and simply said “glad ur ok”. The second floor banner is also a huge safety hazard for children. It is supported by flexible wires that are not sturdy or supportive enough to prevent a child from falling through them if leaned against. Another issue were both of the TVs that malfunctioned (not that you come to the cayman islands to watch movies - but is very helpful when kids need a break from the sun, especially in a place that is not suitable for a mobile child). The renter was very swift with responding which was helpful, and did send a maintenance man twice. Unfortunately they were unable to fix it fully but did get the cable working again. Service men were great. Putting those concerns aside, it is a gorgeous place to stay and the renter is very quick to respond if any issues arise. Unit includes washer and dryer and plenty of cleaning supplies. However no spare set of sheets are available - When I asked where extra sheets were kept, the renter offered to send in a cleaning service for an additional fee. Plenty of towels available for use and full kitchen utilities available. Overall it is a beautiful stay for adults and would highly recommend to those without kids.
