Enter through the front of the building using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival. There is a common area staircase that is shared with one unit above that leads right to your private front door. Once inside are immediately met with the feeling of home!

The living room offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of seating on the cozy leather sectional and chair! A large Smart TV is provided for all your streaming needs as well as overhead lighting and extra throw blankets so you can sit back and relax.

This kitchen provides all new stainless steel appliances as well as plenty of counter and cabinet space. All cookware, dinnerware and drinkware is provided! There is a dining space right off the kitchen that features a beautiful table and chairs to seat four! This is the perfect spot to sit around and enjoy your coffee in the morning and chat or pick up a bottle of wine and enjoy some of the board games provided for a fun game night in! The kitchen island also has bar stools for four persons so no one misses anything while preparing meals!

There are two full bathrooms in this home, one attached to the master bedroom and one in the hallway between the bedrooms. The bathroom off the master bedroom features a standing shower only while the other bathrooms offers a shower/tub combo. There is plenty of storage and counter space!

For ease of traveling we have equipped the bathroom with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. A large bath towel and washcloth is provided for each guest along with hand towels and dark makeup towels are provided for convenience.

Shawnee is easily accessible by foot, bike scooter or car! Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in the area and if you head to Kansas City park and ride the free StreetCar to many of Kansas City's famous attractions.

There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is no fenced in yard at this home however the community has an enclosed dog run and the neighborhood is perfect for walking!

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.

Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.

Clean and modern
We needed a few days out of the house while work was being done at home. This was just what we needed. It was clean and functional. The apartment was in a location that was easy to get to. It definitely met our needs and I would recommend it to anyone.

The property owner requires a third party check-in process and an undisclosed non-refundable damage fee before check-in. This was not advertised upon booking and was an additional fee on top of the booking fees. The bedrooms are located next to a busy street. The vehicle traffic sounds like it's right in the room. The neighbors above were very noisy as well. I did not sleep well at all.

Outstanding Property - Perfect for our stay
This property is even more beautiful in person than it is in the impressive property photos. We rented for 2 weeks as a pair of co-workers visiting for a work project. Our project ran over by a week and we even tried to extend our stay because we loved it so much. Huge kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, great location, clean property, great appliances and HVAC system. So much more comfortable and well-appointed than even the nicest hotels in the area. We will definitely rent this property again on our next trip back to visit our client in the area.
