The Magnolia cabin is perfect for a couple’s getaway, but also just right for a small family. This cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances for all your cooking needs. Living area has a wood burning fireplace for those cool fall and winter visits to the lake. There is a large front porch to relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Spend your day boating, fishing and swimming on Table Rock Lake or take a short drive to Branson where you can enjoy the many attractions, such as Dogwood Canyon, Silver Dollar City, and the Branson Strip. The Timbers property also includes a community pool and hot tub with an excellent view of the sunset over the lake. The Hot Tub is winterized for the winter months. The pool is open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.
The laundry facilities are winterized November through March.
The cabin is located just 3.2 miles from Campbell’s Point Marina and 3.9 miles from the Table Rock Lake ramp.

Quiet and Clean

Wonderful stay. Cabin is cozy, clean, and homey. We very much enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Small note: If you use apple maps watch out! It sent me to a different home that happened to have a key pad lock. Luckily they were not home. :)

Christmas holiday

We went on holiday over the Christmas holiday of 2024. The cabin was very peaceful and secluded. The only critique I could suggest is a larger trash receptacle, more towels for guest over two days, and a locking device for the screen door. Thank you for allowing us to share our holiday with you.

Magnolia Cabin at Timbers Resort

We rented the Magnolia cabin at Timbers Resort for the weekend. It has a back woods cabin feel with modern day amenities. Getting to the cabins feels like a true "we are going into the woods" feel! We didn't get to explore the area a great lot, for we had to leave early for a pet emergency, but we will be back. This is the place to be when the leaves change in the fall, nestled right in the middle of all the neat colors the fall season has to offer!! The Smiths

Amazing Magnolia Cabin

This cabin was amazing!! The host was so nice and patient. And the cabin was so clean. The pictures don't do it justice. The deer in the morning was just so exciting. And the view from the front porch was breath taking. Can't wait to go back and stay again.

Anniversary Hideaway

We loved this property and cabin. It was secluded and felt very private and cozy. It was farther from the water than anticipated but the marina was within walking distance. The cabin itself was a dream. We loved the layout with the loft, the bathroom with its jetted tub and shower, and the fireplace in the living room all made it a fantastic place to stay. One of the best things about this place was its central proximity to the various towns around. We were within a short drive to Eureka Springs, Springfield MO and other sites we wanted to check out. Over all it was really good. Now if you want to have non-wrinkled clothes you need to bring your own iron, one is not provided. I did get to speak with the property managers and they were great to talk and work with. If you are considering staying on the Table Rock Lake this is the place to go. Also check out the Steak Inn in Schell Knob, about 5 min from the cabin. It is a hidden gem of a steak house.
