Family fun
We’ve stayed at this house twice and have really enjoyed it. There are plenty of parks around for 2 younger grandkids and pickle ball courts for the rest of us. Short distances from hiking trails which we all enjoy. The kitchen is easy to work in if you are planning on cooking a little. Or a lot. Backyard is great for pets, sitting around and playing games. Be sure to pack couple of family games.

Kitchen and l/room ok, master b/r good, guest b/r bad, only place to put clothes was in closet and you could hardly open the doors. Needs chest of drawers. Tv was very hard to figure out! (In living room). Need better instructions.. I was nearly attacked by a dog in the neighborhood while walking.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful trip to Showlow for the 4th to visit my family. The home was clean and beds were comfortable. We cooked several meals in the home and had everything we needed. My kids left their tablets and the wonderful staff shipped them back to me. I can’t rave enough about our fabulous stay.

Great place
We loved it. Communication and responsiveness were fantastic. Check in and check out we’re easy except for the abysmal cell service which made finding the instructions difficult for a while. WiFi was great and the house was exactly what we were expecting. Brought two dogs and they both loved the property, too. Lots of room for outdoor activities. Great getaway from the Phoenix heat. We would definitely come back!

It would have been nice had the house been decorated for Christmas to make it feel like Christmas 🎄. There were NO kitchen hand towels/dishcloths so had to use bathroom towels. No baking sheets for cookies/baking. Suggest adding a portable fire pit out back for S’Mores. Otherwise, the home was amazing & spacious (feel that the office space should be utilized for a daybed/bedroom for additional sleeping space. Teenagers don’t want to sleep together in bunk beds 😜.

The indoor property was clean and fully furnished with the exception of towels. The beds were comfy and clean. The outdoor property was not as pictured in the listing. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The furniture was dirty and we were not able to use it. It was very cold, so not so much a big deal, but in warmer weather they should think about hiring someone to upkeep the property. I still rated a 4 as the contact person was easy to reach and the indoor home was clean.

Nice Home!
The home was clean and well maintained and the beds were comfortable. I did notify the manager that the master shower does not drain well and that there was no dishwasher detergent-not big issues at all. We enjoyed sitting outside on the covered patio. While it rained and felt safe walking in the neighborhood and surrounding areas.
