Come enjoy this adorable 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom centrally located Siesta Key Condo with large heated pool! The condo is a quick 10-15 minute walk to beach access 12 (Crescent Beach); or if you prefer, there is a free trolly that can pick you up any time and take you to any of the multiple beach access points on the key, including the infamous Siesta Key Public Beach! This quiet 5th floor condo is completely equipped to handle your Siesta Key vacation. The unit includes a King size bed in the primary suite with private bathroom and shower tub/combo. The 2nd bedroom features a full size bed and one twin bed with direct access to the 2nd bathroom. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, full size fridge, butcher block counters and all the cooking utensils you need to make yourself at home. This unit also includes a full size washer and Dryer. In the storage closet on the porch you’ll find beach chairs, pool noodles, beach toys, large cooler and wagon. The Bay Oaks Condo community has a recreation facility and tennis court. Additionally, the grilling/picnic area and fishing pier on Sarasota Bay inter-coastal waterway allows you to watch the boats go by and catch/cook your dinner. No driving necessary! The Siesta Key Trolley departs right in front of the complex, which will allow you quick access to the Island Life of Siesta Key Village with many restaurants and shopping, or if you prefer you can take the trolley south to Turtle Beach Park. Quick trip to Siesta
Our family took a quick trip to escape the cold NY winter and get some sunshine. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our needs and very clean. Plenty of space for all of us and we used the kitchen frequently for meals. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and other beach essentials were available. We walked every morning down to the dock and to the beach. Saw dolphins, birds, and took a fun sunset tiki boat tour. Great trip! Kelli was very responsive and a pleasure to converse with.

This was a good condo style property on the key. Good location. Great owner with great communication. I did not have the opportunity to ask about the water heater regarding showers. The shower would get luke warm, but we did get ready at the same time. I would definitely rent this property again.

The property was cute and in a great location. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to prepare most anything we desired. Fishing from the dock was excellent. There were a few issues with the overall property but these were related to the hurricane issues, so I don't knock anything off for that. In fact I'm so impressed and grateful that this was available to us at all. There was plenty of room for the 2 of us and we could have easily had 2 more in the spare bedroom.The condo could have been cleaner. Walking around in socks or bare feet exposed the dirty floors. If this had not been the case I would easily give a 5 star review.

Clean, spacious, far from beach
The condo is clean, kitchen well equipped, and complex is quiet, however be warned it is not close to the beach as far as being able to walk comfortably. There is a county trolley that stops at entrance to complex but only runs approx every 1/2 hr. We were able to call private trolleys when needed that show up much faster. Kelly was kind enough to allow us to check in a bit early and very responsive when I called issues to get attention. Bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas etc or rent them at the beach, as what is there is not very usable. Overall great space for our family of 4 for 3 nights, but location is not ideal for rolling onto the beach easily which was the point as described in the listing.

We loved our stay. The property was clean and exactly as described. Public beach access is within walking distance and there are chairs, toys, and a wagon to tote things. The kitchen was well-stocked so we could cook. Great place for the price!

Had a very nice time at Kelli’s condo. Clean and cool. Could walk to Siesta Key Beach but was a little too hot. They do have free shuttles but you have to wait for them. We drove to beach which wasn’t far. Beach was beautiful and village was nice. Good restaurants. Nice shopping. All in all great vacation. Thank you Kelli.

Perfect location for Siesta Beach
A perfect spot for Siesta Beach vacation. The condo is very clean, spacious and comfortable! There is a walk to direct Access to beach or can take trolley or very short drive (less than 1 mile) to main beach. Condo has a nice pool and location is quiet. Nice balcony to sit overlooking the pool and perfect spot for morning coffee while catching sunrise. Owners provide beach chairs, umbrella and wagon for beach. Owner is very responsive to all inquiries and easy to contact. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Accurate description
The unit is well equipped and clean. The bedding is comfortable. AC works well. Laundry with provided detergent is in the unit. The building is quiet and we slept well. Communication with Kelli was amazing. She’s so responsive. The only issue, which is clearly disclosed, is the walk to the beach access points. If the walk doesn’t bother you it’s great. The free trolleys were good and the drivers even helped us load up the massive number of beach toys, boogey boards, chairs and umbrella into the trolley. All of this was provided!!!! Thanks for a great stay!

Nice 2 bed condo. Great location for the trolley to Siesta Key village and Turtle Beach. A little walk to the beach access point if you have kids, however the equipment provided helped to get everything to the beach and back. Pool area was good for the family before heading to the beach. Overall great family stay.

TERRIBLE! You have been warned! READ BELOW & don’t let yourself get fooled into wasting your money!
Warning (cockroaches/rats & wasps in building) There are 5 wasp nests outside the KING suite & ONE ACTIVE wasp nest ON THE ACTUAL WINDOW! When I told the host “the queen of excuses” “Kelli” she eventually just told me to go argue with her HOA!! Which I did & they aren’t nice! couldn’t even sleep & the other room does not get dark enough to sleep in because the lights in the hallway are too bright and the noises between the elevators and the door slamming THESE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN! You hear EVERYTHING.. the other bedroom is unusable!! The apartment below me was having a cockroach infestation, and the renters had to leave I talked to pest control & the owner of that one named Byron and he was there actually doing the pest control whereas my host told me they don’t do the pest control themselves, and I had to go argue with HOA!! There are rat traps “glue traps” throughout the apartment so if there’s a catch you’ll have to dispose! I found droppings but cleaned them up when I arrived & there’s also cockroach baits I have pictures of all this by the way in case the queen of excuses Kelli wants to come on here and try and make more excuses!! She sent me winky faces, and tried to flirt with me instead of doing anything or refunding any of my issues! (I have the screen shots).. The ad said bicycles are included but of course when I messaged her about that, she said they got rid of them, and I should go rent bikes and spend more money… SHES TERRIBLE!! You have been warned!! SCAM!!

Family getaway
Very nice condo! Plenty of space for our family of 5. Heated pool. Tons of beach toys, chairs and wagon!! Walking distance to Captain Curt’s. Just a heads up you do need to drive to the beach access spots. No big deal for us but not as close as we anticipated. The kids loved fishing off the pier in the evenings and watching the boats in the bay. Trolly not a frequent as advertised but there are a lot of public transportation options available. Overall great spot!! Thank you!

Overall stay was great. Couple updates could be done to make stay exceptional. Sparebeds bedding felt like there was sand on bedding. Only complaint. Plenty of beach chairs, wagon, beach toys, umbrella, and water toys. That was wonderful to have. Plenty of room for the four of us.

Great stay! One suggestion.
We loved the location and condo set up. Just enough room for the 4 of us and we like having extra space. Everything you need is provided. This place is clean and well decorated. I have a bad back and slept on the king which was a solid good mattress. However, the queen was a bit more like sleeping on a cloud and the twin bed mattress was leaning crooked. We did not inform the owner and she may have been able to adjust the twin somehow -so this may be a non issue in the future. However, a new mattress would be recommended for the queen. With that said if you like that sort of mattress, then this place would be a 10 out of 10 for you 🤗. Owner was prompt and pleasant to deal with.
