Cette unité de bord de mer est située juste en face de la plage publique de Siesta Key. Les meubles simples et élégants comprennent un lit queen-size, un confortable lit escamotable Queen-size (pas de canapé-lit pour vous tenir debout toute la nuit), une télévision LED 32 ", une petite mais très efficace cuisine avec cuisinière, four, évier, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetière Keurig et accessoires de cuisson légers. L'appareil dispose également d'un grand walk-in et salle de bain complète.

Marchez à seulement 800 mètres au nord de Siesta Key Village, où vous trouverez une multitude de restaurants, de boutiques et de bars. Explorez facilement le reste de l'île, l'arrêt de tramway gratuit Siesta Key se trouvant également au coin de la rue.

Perfect Location
This unit was in the perfect location. A little less than a mile from the village which we walked every day. Close to free ride services as well! The best was that is was right across from the beach and the unit had beach towels, 2 chairs and a cooler. The towels were a bit scratchy which was no good for the sunburn we got early into the trip - but they did the job! The unit was really everything we needed for a whole week. I would recommend they add a small garbage to the bathroom and a body mirror, possibly on the closet door. We also had a property manager try to enter in our unit while we were there saying he was told it was vacant but luckily we had it deadbolted so he couldn’t just walk in. He was very friendly about it all though. Highly recommend this property!

Great location- across from the beach
This is not on the beach. It’s across from the beach behind a building. So it’s not ocean front. It’s small but met our needs. The only issue was that the unit holds a lot of moisture in it and it felt like all the sheets and blankets etc were wet when it was raining. Also, there is no bathroom fan to get the moisture out. Black mold growing on the window in the bathroom. Also, the gravel you park on gets tracked in easily into the unit so take your shoes off before going in. Lastly, a comment to the owner - there needs to be towel hooks for beach towels and bath towels to be hung. It would be good to install about 6 of them for convenience of the renters. Comfy bed and Murphy bed. Location was in the heart of everything.

Cute little place
The description "Elegant Studio Retreat" isn't quite right, elegant is not the right descriptor, but it's a cute, clean little place. The outside seemed worn/widows were dirty, but clean inside. Sleeps 4 with a murphy bed, but that'd be tight, better for 2. It was quiet when I was there, and I'm not sure how parking would work if all units were full. Great location across from the beach. I did hate the ad screen in the room (Welcomes you to the unit, but also randomly came on at 7 am on checkout day and woke me up). There's a comfy sofa, but it's a bit stained and maybe not entirely clean. Bed was comfortable. I wish there were staples in the kitchen (salt/pepper/spices, etc). The property manager office was kind and communicative.

The house was in a great location! Walking distance to the Village and beach. It was not very clean. Dirty floors and toilet. It did have everything we needed. Would have appreciated more wash rags. We had plenty of towels.

Love Siesta Key
The property was great.- So convenient to the beach and village. There was a definite communication delay in responding to our extended check out time. We felt that someone should be available on the weekend in the office. We paid for the extra time before check out. The cleaning crew opened our door and reminded us that checkout was at 10. I showed her your text of approval of noon, although we did not receive it until a couple hours before. I talked to my credit card company to see if you had accepted our payment the night before. That was a bit frustrating. Then she sat in the van right outside our door. We left early! It made our last couple hours uncomfortable so we did not stay. I would suggest that someone be available to communicate. It was not a 911 circumstance but it would have helped to have a person to talk to. You are a resort... Just a suggestion. We did enjoy our stay and the accommodations were perfect for our granddaughter/gram weekend. Thanks!

Great location but overpriced relative to what you get at the property.
Loved the location however the owner must not have stayed at the property before, or perhaps hasn't stayed there recently. Otherwise the missing creature comforts might have been noticed such as: 1. Missing Towel/ clothing racks in the bathroom (a small bathroon needs this) 2. Kitchen utensils missing or broken (can opener broken) 3. The cookware was very dirty when we checked in and needed a thoroughly cleaning before use. 4. No cleaning supplies 5. No place for luggage 6. Could use another night stand and/or dresser 7. Bedside USB charging station didn't work 8. Couch and furniture was VERY worn.

Great location, very functional place. Could use a small outdoor are to sit, a 2nd mirror, and bathroom fan. Management was mostly responsive, except with one issue which involved a malfunctioning smoke detector. That one seemed important... Overall, I'd stay again!

Great location but BYOL
The location of this property was amazing!. Very short walk to the beach and about a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area of Siesta Key. The only thing that was not great was the linens. The towels were stained (multiple spots) and looked as if they had been used a few too many times. Also, only a couple were provided, there was one “washcloth” that was actually a dish towel. I would highly recommend bringing your own linens! Overall a good visit just needs a little attention on the linens.

Very disappointed in property unit 4. Pictures are deceiving. Very old building. They tried to improve with some updates. Horrible smell that would not go away. Smelled like strong cleaning chemicals over musty/mildew. We parked in the wrong space and were asked to move. Other tenants were parked in our assigned space and would not move. We Drive an SUV, the assigned space is way to small. We left after only one night. I will admit I am a little fussy about things. This just didn't meet our standards. Location is good directly across the street from the beach. Laundry is located outside between the buildings in an open to air area it does have a roof over it. (I would not wash anything in them..just my preference). We will not be back. We ended up going to a brand named hotel instead of finishing our trip here.

Get away by the beach
The location was great. We could walk across the street and were on the beach. Its about a 15 minute walk to the Siesta Key village which has lots of shops and restaurants. The only thing we would recommend for the room is to fix the water pressure in the shower, very soft. Parking will be tight if you have a large vehicle. Unless you get unit 1. Needs black out curtains. Besides that everything was great.

Location Location Location!
We had a great 3 night stay. Everything in the listing is spot on and this is a great value play. Check in was easy, great communications via email. Our flight was late and we did not get in until 1 a.m., but with the key code and check in ap. made everything everything was great! The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is that the condo is in need of refreshing,, needs a new coat of paint, the bathroom door has some holes that have been repaired, but really the door should have been replaced. Also the ceiling has some curious drywall repairs. Mind you, I am a facilities engineer for a large Transportation company, so these things stand out to me...the unit was very clean, bug free and the bed was comfortable. As I mentioned, this is a great value play considering the current prices near Siesta Beach! Hope this was helpfull!

BEST FRIENDS BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
THE LOCATION WAS AMAZING. SHORT WALK TO BEACH ACCESS. THE UNIT WAS GREAT FOR MY FRIEND AND I. THE UNIT HAD ALL WE NEEDED DURING OUR STAY. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS WITH THE DOOR LOCK. SOMETIMES IT WOULD NOT UNLOCK OR LOCK. IT WOULD JUST SPIN. THE NIGHT MANAGER WAS GOING TO BRING A KEY TO US BUT WE DID NOT SEE HIM. EVERYTHING WORKED OUT FOR US BECAUSE WE KEPT WORKING WITH IT AND OUR NEIGHBOR ALSO HELPED US GET BACK IN ONE TIME.
