Beautiful Updated Condo, Central Location With Easy Access to Ski Areas

This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a queen bed and a queen-over-queen bunk bed. It features hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, a private deck with outdoor seating and a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This rental is a perfect balance of being able to enjoy a quiet stay away, yet the ski areas are conveniently just a short drive away or quickly accessible via the nearby shuttle stops. Treehouse Condominiums offers a wide array of amenities including a clubhouse with an indoor pool and three hot tubs. There's also a sauna, a racquetball court, fitness facilities and coin-operated laundry facilities. There's a fun game room with pool tables, an air hockey table, a ping pong table and a variety of arcade games. Outside there's a tennis court and a playground.

The entryway features mounted hooks and a closet for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The cozy living area features hardwood flooring, comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. Step outside to the private deck to enjoy treed views and the fresh mountain air.

The recently updated, full size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table is between the kitchen and living area and seats four. The guest bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a single sink vanity also with granite countertops and a separated toilet and shower area for added privacy with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen-over-queen bunk bed as well as a closet.

Very hot and no way to cool down
The listing should more clearly state no AC. They say there's a fan and there is, but it sounds like an airplane taking off. Open the windows and you get traffic noise. It was very hot. Probably OK for skiing but not for off season stay. Also, the elaborate check-in system didn't work (parking or door) so we had to get someone on the phone to help us open a lock box and complete the parking permit. Seems unnecessarily complicated.

Perfect location, roomy, and beautifully decorated
When you walk in the door, the space takes your breath away. It was perfect for me, my husband and my 84 yr old mom. It was great for her to have no steps to deal with, and a bathroom close to her bed. The walk in shower was a plus. Also very nice to have a second bathroom/shower so she could have the ensuite all to herself. The kitchen was beautiful with all the dishes/pots/pans/utensils you could possible need. It was perfect.

Some updates are done, others need to be done. We had issues with radiators not being off had to sleep in 80 degrees. Had plenty of towels but doors in closets would not open properly, made it hard to hang up clothes.

The condo has a lot of nice features like 2 beds and 2 baths. There are many nice things about it. However, it was sooo hot. When we arrived it was 89 degrees in the condo. One fan was provided, however there are two bedrooms and a living room. By midnight with all windows open and the fan running, it had only cooled to 82. Both of my kids who are school age, woke up a mess in the middle of the night. I had to put wet, cold washcloths on them to get them back to sleep. My husband slept on the floor and I slept horizontally at the end of the bed to get some relief from the fan sitting between the two rooms. We felt heat radiating through the floor. Also, it was only a high of 79, so it was crazy hot comparatively. It felt like hot air was coming through the baseboard heating but the thermostat was set to off. If this can be fixed, we would give it 5 stars. But the heat was truly unbearable. Lastly, leaving all of the ground level windows open in bear country and at a strange place did not help with my overall comfort level.

Location and property were great. Couldn't get the temperature of the unit below 74 so we slept with the windows open when it was 20 degrees outside. Other than that minor thing the place is fantastic. Will definitely go back.

The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very comfortable. Great central location , as we were skiing both Copper and Breck.. It was also close to Dillon and Frisco.

Decent place, I DO NOT RECOMEND TO RENT
This complex is not for renters. The HOA has hired a terrible company to manage parking. I arrived at midnight and had my car booted before 9am. Dealing with them felt like dealing with the mob. Horrible accent , could not understand what he was saying. There is a spa area for owners only right behind condo. But renters have to go to main guest area for spa. It is not walking distance in a swimsuit in winter.

Overall, the stay was okay for the price and the location. The places wifi was absolute trash and barely worked throughout our stay. The check in was not working as the door code wasn’t working so we had to call someone to get that figured out. We had a guest of 6 people and the dining table only sat 4. Overall, I think the place was pretty subpar but was good for the price and location.

Not a Vacation - A Nightmare
1. Limited Wi-Fi other than right near the front door - could not work remotely, lost substantial income and wasted hours trying to resolve it only to learn that the owner of the property chose substandard internet service provided by the HOA to save $. And there is limited cellular service for data too. Shame on the owner for misrepresenting the unit as having adequate Wi-Fi! I spent hours sitting in the cold atrium right next to the wireless access point in 40 degree temps just to try to work remotely! No Wi-Fi in any bedrooms 2. Our vehicles got booted 4 times during a 2 week stay, costing us over $600 in fees all because the website to register vehicles did not work, only to learn that the boot company owns the website and profits from the website not functioning properly! Although the property management company attempted to assist, even they failed to register one of our cars, resulting in a second boot. While they made good on crediting us back for some of this, the amount of hassle and aggravation literally lost us 15 to 20 hours of vacation time trying to resolve it all. The Colorado boot company that the HOA hires to police the property are criminals, and reminds you of a mafia operation. The amount of red tape to protect your vehicle and your wallet is not worth staying or parking at this location. 3. Access to the amenities offered is not super easy to locate, and takes some work. Plan on needing to spend an hour trying to figure out where everything is and how to access it. 4. Washer and dryer is not in the unit, and is in a common area, and is coin operated. Not what we expected. 5. Kitchen was minimally, set up to cook in, and although we were able to get by, anyone who wanted to cook ful meals, had a full house, would find the kitchen not sufficiently stocked to have it be a “home away from home“ 6. Only 4 seats at the dining room table. No friends able to join us. 7. To be fair, on the upside, the property management company was available to answer phones, and did so in a timely manner, although often could not often help right away. The saving grace to our nightmare was Brittany, the operations manager. She did what she could to try to make our nightmare right again.. At least she was compassionate with our plight. The unit was recently redone, sleeping arrangements were comfortable, but rooms were tight in terms of livable space. We were grateful they provided humidifiers. That’s about all we were grateful for.

Difficulty checking in… door code provided didn’t work upon 11:00pm arrival. Keypad door lock only worked 1 of 5 times; quite frustrating throughout the week. One of the electric recliners was broken in the reclined position. Moldy shower, moldy toilet. TV was not connected to internet (even though it was capable of it). WiFi was UTTERLY USELESS. Unbelievably frustrating experience with the WiFi… ended up using my phone as a hotspot to get some critical work completed (and Verizon service is not strong there). In general, the media and internet experience was not all all to modern expectations for a vacation rental. I hope the owners address this. Otherwise enjoined the location, game room, pool, and hot tub - and was the saving grace for our kids given the media challenges.

When we first got here check in was kind of confusing but that might have been me reading the wrong way lol but once we were checked in the place was amazing the beds where comfy and communication with the owner was spot on. They made sure I knew how to get to the check in and what ever I needed. Would definitely recommend.

3 day stay in Silverthorne
Property location is outstanding, utilized as a base camp in order to go do many surrounding activities. The entryway to the property is rather dated (carpet), but clean and well maintained. The inside of the facility was very, very clean, but lacked some attention to detail. Example, in the bathroom, the heater is rather disassembled and left hanging; possibly from some past maintenance??? The kitchen was fully loaded, one of the best that I have seen. Wildlife was abounding outside with us seeing both fox and moose (up close!!). Parking was easy, once we figured out a permit was needed. Pool was adequate, with two of the three jacuzzi's being under maintenance. Again, the heaters on the floors were in the same condition as the one in our bathroom...kind of seeing a pattern there. We didn't know how to get into the pool, as our passcode, room number, and all available guesses didn't work...thanks to the young lady that does cleaning there for letting us in. All in all, it was a good property, not great, but certainly not bad.

Perfect Get Away Spot!
Me and five of my college friends stayed here the past 5 days and let me tell you, we all loved it! The property is gorgeous and was a perfect fit for 6 people. Also, any issues we had during our stay, the owners always answered very promptly and we really appreciated it! Great price, and again, great location! Will absolutely be returning to this property in the future!

We were really impressed with most things about this place. No one in our group had service inside the place, and the information for wifi was accessible only through a QR code which requires cell phone connection. So we had to drive away to get service, then find the WiFi information, and then we were able to use it. What was absolutely unacceptable was that we did not have working heat 2/4 nights of our stay in one of the bedrooms. I reached out about it after the first night and they said they’d have someone come fix it. When we got home that afternoon, it felt warmer, so we thought it was fixed… nope. All they’d done was open the door and turn up the thermostat three degrees (which made the rest of the place uncomfortably warm). Still, no heat the second night. It had to be below 50° in the room. It wasn’t sleepable. The next day when I reached out about it, I was told that when they checked the day before, they changed the battery in the thermostat and it was reading okay in the room. (Yeah, of course it reads much better at 2:00 in the afternoon than it does at 2:00 in the morning when we’re there and trying to sleep!) They turned up the thermostat again which was annoying, but then they left a space heater for that room so it was at least usable the other half of our stay. Unfortunately, not having half of the sleeping space to use the first two nights will definitely have us steering clear of this place/property management company in the future.

We had a good time at this property. It was recently remodeled, had all necessary things, and was convenient to the ski resorts. We needed a big pot, which did not exist in the kitchen, and it was promptly brought to us the day after we requested it. The wifi is hit or miss (when it’s working, it’s working fine, but oftentimes it does not). It did not bother us much. There are a couple of nice hiking trails within walking distance of the property, which we appreciated. Overall a great experience- we would wholeheartedly come back again!
