In the area visiting family. Highly recommend the peace and quiet compared to hotel. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Comfortable mattress and plenty of TV channels to relax with after a long day of visiting.

Perfect!! Will Stay Here Again!
This lovely cottage was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was just perfect for 3 of us to stay in while visiting family nearby. Communication with the host was great! We were there during a very hot summer weekend, and were amazed at how cool and comfortable the A/C wall units kept the place while silently running. Very impressive! (Seriously, they never even made a sound!) We highly recommend this cottage and look forward to staying here again soon!

We stayed 8 nights and the house was very clean and the furnishings were nice and in great condition. Seating is an issue so it will not be comfortable for more than 2 people. There are only 3 steel counter stools with no backs and a 2 person couch. We had some trouble with check in as I was not given a contact phone number and did not receive the code 1 hour prior via text. The kitchen is very nice but could use a colander. The owner was very nice to deal with and did answer when we called. There is traffic noise but it is out in the country which we enjoyed.

Home was perfect for our needs. Good size rooms. The 1 and 1/2 bath was great! Plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen is well stocked. All the appliances are modern. The air conditioning was great and quiet! The owner was very responsive. No complaints here! Thank you!

Just what we needed
This little house was perfect for our family to use while visiting family in the Simpsonville area. My son (3) called it our “adventure” house. While we didn’t use them, I appreciated the washer/dryer capabilities. There were plenty of linens provided and the space and rooms were comfortable. Overall, a great place and just what we needed!

Cute but too small for future stays.
The house was cute. Not much seating it’s really set up for one or two people. The outside could use a good cleaning up. The beds were small but comfortable. We had trouble with the closet doors. My two grandsons stayed one night with us so it was too small for that. The fireplace was not plugged in and there was no room in the plug ins. Don’t mean to be picky but hopefully it will give you suggestions. We also had to go buy a toaster. Usually that’s included? We actually checked in on Sunday and checked out on Saturday.

Run, don’t walk, to secure this rental
We take a annual trip to the SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament. This house was perfect. It was clean, updated, and in a safe spot. There were plenty of extra towels, tissue, and paper towels. The washer and dryer was really nice, too. It was also a respectable distance from our venue. Simpsonville was a nice town with several good places to eat and shop. We are already planning to book again for next year.
