Located on the first floor with a furnished private patio, this suite allows access to all amenities: two infinity pools, two private home theaters for guests' private viewing, two social rooms with pool tables, two fitness centers with saunas, onsite restaurant, beautiful and private beachfront concierge service, valet service, and gated community outdoor parking space. Pamper yourself and enjoy the finest luxury living that only the Ritz Carlton can offer.

The grounds are breathtaking. Have drinks and food brought to you poolside at the upper resort pool as you lounge in chaises or in the cabanas or at the lower lagoon pool. Walk out to the private beach where cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are set up each day. Towel service, waters and lotions provided at both pools and at the beach. Or pamper yourself enjoying one of the two hot tubs on the property. Your concierge can connect you with the best restaurants, water sports, yachting, and local venues to enjoy during your Florida experience.

Guest suite is ideal for a couple but can sleep three with a queen size bed and an elevated air mattress. There is a kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, blender and Keurig coffee-maker. There is no stove. There are gas grills that can be reserved for your use. Kitchenware allows you to eat in or you can enjoy the onsite restaurant right outside your door or eat at the pubs in the mall next door. Coffee service is set up daily from 6-10am in the lobby. Once the property is booked I will email you the lease and condo rental agreement to sign and return.

Wonderful pools and other amenities. The quality of the build and the cleanliness are first rate. So far above the normal hotel chain. Might be nice to review amenities and policies in advance if you have a short stay. By the time I had the lay of the land, it was sadly time to check out! 10 outta 10!

We both were very happy with this property. We just needed a few down days and that's exactly what we had. Beach walk, floating in the pool and reading our books. Enjoyed the coffee supplied in the am. We used the gym at our own pace and it's everything we were looking for. Restaurants nearby were nice. Owner reached out several times which was very nice of him. We would definitely go back. Thanks for sharing your property with us, so relaxing.

Beach was magnificent. Workers were wonderful. Room was very nice. Workers were very friendly…especially Cal and Gabe. This was all offset by the total lack of communication from the owner at the end when we left some items in the unit. We have tried Ritz Carlton, VRBO and Expedia for a solid week! They all said they would have owner contact us. We have gotten no response from the owner. Horrible customer service. Ellison, please contact me.

Ritz Carlton Disappointment
We loved the property and location. The staff and service were excellent. However, we do feel as if we were wrongly charged for damage fees. There was what appeared to be a bleach stain on one of the bath towels. We honestly had nothing on us that could have caused that stain. We were also told that we ruined the bottom flat sheet on the bed. The sheets were white. My husband did accidentally get self tanner on them. I acknowledge this is our fault, however I have been able to wash and bleach sheets at our home with no problems of removing that stain. I was charged an unreasonable amount for a towel and a flat sheet. I asked for a negotiation and was completely ignored. It is heartbreaking. It is a great property, I just would not rent from this owner again.

Beautiful property with two amazing pools (very comfortable lounge chairs, too) and private beach. Secure and easy parking and super friendly staff. Easy access to main the main road. My only recommendation is to improve water pressure in shower and provide wash rags for makeup removal, etc.

A restful vacation and a lovely change of scenery for us!
The Ritz Carlton property was beautifully laid out. The two salt water pools were delightful to swim in. The jacuzzi felt ever so soothing! The attendants at poolside, the front desk personnel, the porters, the concierge, all gave us top shelf customer service very pleasantly! The condo itself was fine. We made good use of the little kitchenette, and all one could need regarding utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, etc., even a drying mat were all provided. The queen bed was comfy. The only two needed improvements in the condo itself, I present here in order of importance: 1. They definitely need more than one towel rack in the bathroom. 2. There should be more light over the bathroom sink so one can shave and apply makeup more easily. Otherwise, our stay was a total delight, and Mr. Ellison Dobbs was a pleasant, very attentive host. I can gladly recommend this condo and property as a terrific getaway opportunity! Lastly, I should add, that as a bonus for us, there was a convenience store right outside the rear entrance to the building, and in a four-minute walk, you have a choice of good eateries!
