this great 3 bed property is chapel st leonards on the Golden palm holiday park. offering everything you need for your holiday from onsite swimming pool, arcades and club tropicana with nightly entertainment. ( passes are not included In the booking and will need to be purchased at club tropicana reception.)


This property has a gas fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. The windows and doors have just been updated to double glazing, weve also had under floor insulation fitted along with a wall mounted heater in the bathroom. With a selection of oil burner heaters also available in each room.


As a self-catering caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a tabletop freezer and a microwave, also available is an Airfryer.
Online shops such as Tesco and iceland do deliver direct to the caravan.

The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


It has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a bunk bed
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, and a sofa bed can be found in the lounge


There is one bathroom,which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen is included and beds will be made ready for your arrival to make your stay more enjoyable.
PLEASE NOTE TRAVELNEST DO NOT CHARGE A BREAKAGES BOND I WILL HOWEVER REQUEST THIS ONCE BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking inside is not allowed.
- There is no direct parking available at the side of the van, however there is a carpark close by. (Walking distance)
- Pets are allowed at the property for a charge of £12 the payment will be taken along with the breakages deposit, pets must be mentioned on booking along with the breed ....AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES LEFT ALONE IN THE CARAVAN. XL BULLIES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PARK.
Please note -: a breakages Deposit of £100 is required after booking, I (Gina) will contact you directly with the payment details. This will be returned to your bank by BACS once the cleaner has checked the van on your day of departure.
No Deposit - No Booking
and you will unfortunately lose your payment.
Please be aware of this before booking your break.
