Beautiful, well-provisioned 2-story condo. Two bedroom, 2 baths on ground floor, along with full-sized LG washer & dryer. Upstairs is full of light with open floor plan, soaring vaulted ceiling, living room, dining room, fully provisioned kitchen, balcony (with futon) and large high-end BBQ grill. Office and half bath upstairs. Kitchen is well-provisioned with everything you need!!


Ceiling fans in every room. Entire condo has been beautifully updated. Stone shower in master with lots of pressure from the shower-head, bathtub in second bathroom, amazing porch and balcony to listen to the tranquil ocean, gas fireplace with blower, granite countertops in kitchen, heat in every room.


Feel the ocean breeze while being only 68 steps from the securely gated side entry to the stairs, leading down to the ocean.


Black-out curtains in master bedroom. Both bedrooms have a sliding glass door to the patio. Blinds in both rooms. Beautiful art throughout.


TVs have TONS of channels and apps, including: Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV+, ESPN, HBO, STARZ, Movie Channels, Encore, Showtime, Cinemax and more!


Complex has pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts. Within a quarter mile and easy walking to the best restaurants in town; Cedros Art District; the farmers market on Sunday; the world famous Belly Up performance bar; spas, massage, wine, bars, health, clubs, bike rentals, CVS, drugstore, the Horse track/Fairgrounds and much much more.


We do our best to recycle. Separate bins provided.

Great solana beach location. Updated interiors, very clean, and nice art on the walls. Elana and Vanessa were responsive and friendly. Our family of four with two young kids was very comfortable. Would rent again.Note, you cannot get your car anywhere near the front door to the condo. Anything or anyone you bring inside needs to be carried in from an underground garage. This was no problem for our party but groups with mobility issues should consider.

Great corner unit condo in a wonderful location just steps to the beach. Appreciated it being pet friendly. Lots of places to walk our miniature dachshund plus close to the dog beach. Washer dryer was also great to have plus a very well stocked kitchen. Also loved that it had underground parking.

Comfy and spacious home!
We absolutely loved this property. Having the kitchen and living area upstairs while he bedrooms are downstairs made it so nice to be able to put the little one to bed without disturbing him. The layout is great. We cooked several times during the week and everything is laid out so nicely and it’s easy to find. Elana and Vanessa are awesome. We had to communicate with them at the beginning as I made a mistake on check-in time. They were really accommodating and nice. Super helpful! Would absolutely recommend this.

The "Beach House"
We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner and management company were easily accessible and very attentive. When we had an issue with a TV the owner came over that day and a brand new TV was installed the next morning. You can't ask for more than that! We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one had the best welcome package we have ever seen. Every detail was covered. The kitchen was very well accessorized.

Very Nice Stay at the Beach
We had a lovely vacation at the Sanctuary. Very close to the beach and the shops and restaurants in Solana Beach and convenient to San Diego. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well appointed and had everything we needed. It is also quiet and private. There are stairs up to the kitchen and dining room so renters should keep that in mind. We had a wonderful stay!

Family Beach Getaway
My family and I had the chance to enjoy a wonderful stay in Solano at this condo. We had an amazing time enjoying the beach just a short walk away as well as time in the pool and hot tub. Loved the space here and all the amenities you would want. It is sort of a puzzle getting in due to the way details are sent in and email and also a PDF attachment. But all the info is detailed and complete! Ample shower towels/bath towels but maybe add a couple more beach towels. There are lots of stairs to walk to the beach so that could be a problem for anyone with any walking issues. (Equal to a five story building). Also the gate to go out to the beach smelled like pee all the time probably from dogs going as soon as they leave the gate since you aren’t allowed to let your pet go to the bathroom inside the condo complex areas. But loved taking our dog to the beach before 8am - she loved it. There are a lot of plants on the patio too and so coming and going was tight- sorry if some of the growing stems got broken off- it was unavailable. Great beach chairs and blanket. No shade for beach so plan to bring your own. House was really well equipped with all the kitchen and bathroom stuff - needs more shampoo and conditioner and soaps in the shower is all. This place is very nicely decorated and I don’t think it’s great for small kids. Many things for them to break. But for adults and older kids it’s very nice. Thanks again for a great stay!

A sweet set up, the condo is bigger than the photos
With lots of room to hang out with my mid 20s kids, the condo complex is beautifully planted and just off a walkway to the beach. To push up the awesome factor, just a short walk got us to plenty of restaurants. The ocean front has a lifeguard station at the bottom of the stairs, a great thing for young families, and the water temp was 68-69F. So civilized to drink a cappuccino and then dive through the break.

Stylish condo at the beach
This condo is very stylish and comfortable and has all the amenities you would want. Great location and although no direct view you can listen to the sound of the waves. Very professional customer service and prompt communication and problem solving when needed. Staying in summer the condo was quite warm during the night so if you are a cold sleeper than just have your expectations set if you hit a hot week like we did. There are many fans provided and ceiling fans in the room to help. Overall a smart choice for a beach vacation with adults or families.

Our stay was just a perfect end to our trip! Owner was so accommodating with communication. The home is gorgeous and clean - everything we needed and more! The location to the beach was ideal and perfect for pre-teens!
