As our esteemed guests, you're invited to enjoy every amenity and space our beautiful lakeside property in Somerset has to offer. We're dedicated to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, creating a true home-away-from-home experience. Enjoy unrestricted access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and every indoor space. Garage is not included.

Upon arrival, guests will receive a code that allows entry into the home. Check-in is at 3PM, and check-out is at 11AM. There will be a guest house manual upon arrival with local area recommendations including a home guide, places to see, restaurants and grocery stores. Getting Around:
Our property offers ample parking with space for up to 7 vehicles, plus a long driveway perfect for boats. Enjoy hassle-free arrivals, departures, and plenty of room for all your needs. To explore the area, we recommend bringing your personal vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
You are staying in a residential home. Be good neighbors (their support keeps us going) and treat our home like it’s yours. Relax, unwind, and enjoy!

There is no smoking in the home and no parties or large gatherings allowed. We welcome large groups but all guests must be registered. Bring your furry family members along to our lakeside retreat! With space for up to 2 dogs, pet amenities, and plenty of room to play, we ensure every guest—human or pet—feels right at home. A small pet fee of $100 per pet helps us maintain this welcoming environment for all.

Please beware that the cliff behind the house is steep and dangerous. The fence is set up for your safety and should not be crossed for any reason.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
