 - Bedroom 4 with double/twin bedroom, seating area with sofa bed for two children, air-conditioning, TV, en-suite bathroom and separate WC. Stunning views over the river and the pigeonnier.

The terraced gardens include a private swimming pool with overflow, a charcoal and electric BBQ and 5 hectares of forest.

The nearest airports to the chateau are Brive (35 km), Limoges (130km) and Toulouse (160km). The nearest shops, restaurants and supermarkets are in Payrac (10km) and Souillac (15km). A Michelin starred restaurant is available a short drive away in La Treyne.

The chateau is surrounded by 300 hectares of a private forest where you will find a variety of maturing oaks of the Causses of Quercy, truffle-oaks, hornbeams and boxwoods.

The chateau is close to the centre of the Perigord and Quercy, 29km from Sarlat & 34km from Padirac.

€1000 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.

Up to two dogs accepted on request only and with prior agreement with the owner.

End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. In case of weddings and events, there is a surcharge of €300.

Outside only.

Insurance?
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

Minimum stay?
7 nights (short-breaks may be possible on request outside end June-end August).



Changeover day?
Sunday. All other changeover days on request.

Pool opening dates?
Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
