This home is located in a rural farm town that has a very friendly atmosphere. Its convenient for those traveling to stop for the night as well as those visiting relatives in nearby towns such as Springfield, Cedarville, Columbus, London, Wright Patt AFB, and Beavercreek.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property to include the big back yard, fire pit, and back porch with BBQ grill and rocking chairs.

Listing claims the property accommodates 4 guests. There was not second bed or pullout. There was only one bed. Disappointed that 2 of our guests had to sleep on a couch together.

Charming and cozy
My mom and I stayed while visiting family in town. We will stay again. It's quiet, charming, beautiful, cozy, close to town and was everything we needed. An air mattress is provided for the extra bed. Thank you for a great home to stay in.

Freedom Fort
After talking with my husband on our 9 hour drive back home to Iowa, from staying here, we decided to make this place a part of our annual summer trip to Ohio. Normally we tent/cabin camp, but wanted to switch things up this year and we are so glad we did! Rachel was exceptional at giving space and privacy while also reassuring us that she's available if we needed anything with personalized notes. She provided supplies, if needed, for all our essentials. We didn't use any, but we did add some extra items for furure guests as well. So if you're looking to stay in a quiet small town that feels like home, we highly recommend here!! Cons to note: _Overgrown plants near driveway/house, that hangs in the path to park in reverse; meaning an increase in ticks on vehicle and occupant. _Rocking chairs on back porch taking up most of the room to get to the grill. _Backdoor/Porch missing safety railing and screendoor _No privacy curtains, blinds, vinyl, etc on kitchen windows. _Bathroom gets easily wet on the floor from the type of shower hardware & curtain being used. Despite our personal cons being listed above, there's nothing we noticed that comes remotely close to a red flag, concern, or extreme hazzard.

Perfect couples getaway
This home was perfect for two! Cute town with a great pizza place and coffee shop to hang out. We came in to see the Clifton Mill Christmas Lights and it was conveniently located. Would definitely come back!

Sister Getaway
Two sisters just wanting to spend a little time together. Cute, clean,great smelling house and so inviting to stay in was waiting for us. We had a welcoming note and just felt like we belonged at the house when got there. Well stocked house, better than any that I have ever been in. I highly recommend visiting this town and this cute house.

Perfect little cottage
Rachel's place was perfect for our stay for a horse show at the Champions Center. The place was immaculate! Bed was comfortable nad the furnishings homey. All the amenties you could want for cooking. We felt safe in the quaint little town of South Charleston and we were only 15 min drive to the fairgrounds.

A relaxing getaway
My hubs and I stayed for a few nights for our anniversary. This house is located in a quaint town (with some great chinese takeout if you're wondering). They are close enough to a bigger city if you want more restaurant options etc. House was clean and charming. We enjoyed ourselves! Little extras in the kitchen like snacks and coffee supplies, little extras in the bathroom, throw blankets and local menus are all things that make this place a winner! Thank you!!
