Bienvenue à notre Spectacular Beachfront and Waterfront Bay Cottage Situé sur Lieutenant Island à Wellfleet, Massachusetts. Une propriété en vedette à l'échelle internationale et régionale. C'est dans un endroit très pittoresque et privé avec une exposition occidentale. Il a un plan d'étage ouvert et fluide avec le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger s'ouvrant sur une grande terrasse extérieure de 38 'X 10' avec vue panoramique sur la baie de Cape Cod, Great Island, Jeremy Point et Wellfleet Harbour. C'est un chalet très confortable de deux chambres avec une salle de bain complète au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a un lit Queen dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'hôtes et un canapé-lit dans le salon. De beaux et uniques planchers de teck récupérés sont partout dans le chalet. Il y a une merveilleuse douche extérieure chaude / froide avec une belle vue sur la baie. Un barbecue à gaz en acier inoxydable MP, une cuisine entièrement équipée, Internet, une télévision directe, des chaises de plage, des jouets, des marcheurs récifaux et des jeux de société sont tous inclus. Il y a aussi une planche de surf, un kayak et une pagaie, une planche de bodyboard, des gilets de sauvetage, disponibles pour votre usage (formulaire de renonciation signé requis). Animaux acceptés. Les animaux domestiques brisés, bien élevés et bien soignés sont les bienvenus. Les clients sont responsables de fournir les draps et les serviettes. Cependant, les draps et les serviettes sont disponibles sur demande auprès de notre service de nettoyage (frais supplémentaires), enregistrement à 16 h 00 / départ à 10 h 00. Des locations à la nuit, au mois et sur plusieurs semaines sont également disponibles sur demande.

Magical Cozy Cottage
My boyfriend and I feeling burnt out needed to get out of the city for some much needed R&R. We both love the ocean and find it therapeutic. Being February and cold we were looking for something ocean front with lots of windows so we could see the ocean at all times. We also wanted a place that you could easily get on the beach and go for long walks because we were bringing our pup who is obsessed with running and playing on the beach. This place was that and then some. There are 3 sliding glass doors upstairs, so you always have a view of the ocean. The tide comes way in and then goes so far out that there is plenty of space to walk and play and look for shells. The sunsets are spectacular. The cottage itself is warm and inviting. We listened to music, drank wine, played board games and took in the view, there was no reason for us to go anywhere.Drew, the host was so nice, accommodating, and very responsive from the time of inquiry to departure. We normally do not frequent the same vacation rental twice, this place however is the exception, not only will be returning same time next year (except for a longer stay) but would like to come this summer as well. Thank you again Drew for an incredible weekend.

Beautiful, restful retreat
My spouse and I wanted an opportunity to enjoy a beautiful and restful location. Our priority was great view, cozy and warm accommodation, and opportunity to explore the Cape. Drew was a great host -- and everything was as promised, with remarkable anticipation of the little things that sometimes disrupt a vacation rental: coffee filters! extra pillows! -- and binoculars to watch the bay! We were here off-season, and right on the blustery bay -- but the cottage was warm and perfect for meditation and recovery. Getting onto Lieutenant Island is a good adventure -- and the litte bit of extra effort is richly rewarded with nature, views, wildlife, a bit of isolation, and the beautiful bay. We expect to be back.

Perfect getaway!
Drew and Heather have their hands on an absolute gem! Their communication was excellent and the experience was seamless. Our first family trip with our newborn and it didn't disappoint. The location is special- we spent the day exploring Lieutenant Island and it is a true wildlife preserve. A few severe high tides brought an interesting obstacle but there are worse places to be stuck for a few hours. Looking forward to our next booking!

We stayed for a week in Drew's place and had such a special time. The proximity of the house to the water, use of the kayak, the view from the deck, and the Audubon land nearby were all highlights. We saw diamond back terrapins, a seal, plenty of shore birds and red foxes, and so many horseshoe crabs. Kids loved marveling at the size of the shells, riding their bikes around the island, fishing at high tide, and jumping off the LI bridge. We hope to return.

Fantastic spot!
This was an amazing spot. I t was an excellent weekend we were so comfortable. The owner was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. We will be back soon. The tides were fun to watch. Make sure you make it back and enjoy the time on the island.

Happy Valentine's Day Getaway
We picked the perfect spot for our first February stay in Wellfleet. The cottage and furnishings were clean and comfortable for our five-day getaway. Of course, the views of the bay and every day's sunset were unbeatable! We were "lucky" enough to be there for a snowy, windy nor-easter and had a front-row seat to Mother Nature's dramatic performance. Drew kept in touch and reassured us beforehand that we would not be left in the cold and dark—and we never were, though other areas of the Cape lost power. As the owners have noted, the stairs and the causeway may not suit everyone, but we had no problems with either. The adventure of timing our comings and goings (and our Valentine's Day restaurant reservation in P-town) to the tides only added to the feeling that we were somewhere unique and private. (Can't vouch for the swimming and kayaking--we're not THAT adventurous.) Already looking forward to rebooking next year!

NYE retreat
Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate NYE away from the world. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting. Everything was very clean, well equipped with the basics, and comfortable. Solar power, new heating/ cooling system, and reliable WiFi were great. Takes some planning to get on and off the island around the tide schedule, but that kind of added to the fun. A thrill to watch the tides come and go, excellent bird watching, and so, so peaceful. Some quirks in the older kitchen, but workable. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable views, relaxing and unique stay
This home is very cozy, as the description says, but you will be spending most of your time on the deck or exploring Lieutenants Island. The deck has expansive views of the bayside and harbor, with gorgeous scenes of clouds, water, and sand. Easy for kayaking and beach enjoying, Walking out 1/4 mile at low tide is really fun, our dog loved it! Given the tides and limitations of travel, you can’t pass off the island for a period around high tide, but it is great to really live by the tides on your vacation! Drew was great to work with. The kitchen is very usable. We cooked up terrific local fish on the grill easily. The family room is comfortable as well. The Wi-fi is fine, but a little limited on the island. Beautiful places to explore, very relaxed environment, and all the rest that Wellfleet has to offer also. Very memorable experience!

Beautiful site & Drew was wonderful answering questions & check-in/check-out. We spent many hours on the fabulous deck. Perfect location from which to explore the amazing North Cape NPS beaches. Recommend for families, singles, couples with no issues with stairs.

Outstanding Anniversary Getaway
When we pulled into the driveway, we both said, "Wow..." The location of the property is AMAZING! It is a charming cottage with everything we needed and more. The teak floors throughout were gorgeous, as well as the private back deck with spectacular views of Cape Cod Bay, accompanied by the enchanting sounds of the ocean. We are already missing beach walks at low tide, and the great shell picking. It was so peaceful. The only neighbors we met were very friendly. Drew could not have been a better host; he was extremely accommodating and informative, and just a phone call away if we needed anything. Our rescue dog, BB, thoroughly enjoyed himself, too. His favorite thing was hanging on the back deck, with so much to see and smell. His nose was high in the air when he wasn't napping. We are already thinking of next year's anniversary!

Wonderful views but advise a 4WD vehicle
The panoramic views and sunsets from the living room, dining room and deck are wonderful. The cottage was clean and the kitchen adequate. With temperatures during our stay in the 40s at night, we were a bit chilly in the downstairs bedroom, with only the baseboard heat from the bathroom. The road to the cottage is single lane with few adequate turnouts to let another vehicle pass. In mid-April, there were few people on the island, but it’s hard to imagine how people manage in high tourist season. In one section of the road, the driver has to choose between hitting a fence or dropping the wheels of the car off the edge of the road. One really needs a 4-wheel drive vehicle.

Beautiful, Elemental Site
This clean, efficient, well-appointed cottage has a superb location with a view over miles of Massachusetts Bay. In all times and conditions, there's something interesting to see from the deck. Sunlight, starlight, high tide, low tide, wind, calm... all create beautiful effects. Inspiring, restorative, and private. It's a good base from which to explore the Outer Cape. The owners are very responsive and friendly.
