Vous allez adorer cette maison et cette propriété joliment décorées et bien équipées! Maison de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Deux lits queen, un lit jumeau avec lit gigogne, un lit de jour et un futon complet permettent un couchage flexible pour tout type de groupe. Chambre arrière avec lit queen a sa propre salle de bain, véranda / salle de lecture et entrée privée. Le salon comprend une salle de petit-déjeuner donnant sur la terrasse / jardin et une télévision à écran plat avec câble, Wi-Fi et lecteur DVD / Blu-ray. Une grande baignoire avec douche et baignoire. La maison comprend également une immense cuisine avec cuisinière, four, réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, micro-ondes, laveuse / sécheuse et une grande variété d'ustensiles de cuisine et d'ustensiles de cuisine. Vous avez peur d'avoir un endroit pour asseoir toute votre foule? Notre grande table de cuisine avec des chaises supplémentaires pourra accueillir de 10 à 12 personnes si vous souhaitez recevoir des invités pour le dîner pendant votre séjour. Profitez de notre cour avant avec des jardins d'hortensias invitants ou utilisez notre cour arrière de grande taille pour les jeux de balle de bocci, de volley-ball et de whiffle en famille. Grande terrasse pour se détendre et bronzer; un hamac surdimensionné est suspendu dans la cour pour un moment de détente. Grill et douche extérieure aussi! Enfin, MARCHEZ 5 minutes pour parcourir la route 28 pour les restaurants et les magasins ou MARCHEZ un pâté de maisons jusqu'à Long Pond où il y a de la natation, du kayak, de la pêche ou une aire de jeux (et, oui, nous avons aussi des kayaks à utiliser!).
Lors de votre séjour dans cette maison de vacances, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Centre culturel de Cape Cod. Une cuisine et 1.5 plusieurs salles de bain sont disponibles dans cette maison de vacances.

Return Stay
Amy and Barry’s home is very cozy and comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood and centrally located. Amy has thought of everything to make a stay enjoyable. There is lots of information that is very well organized for all there is to do in the area. We’ve stayed multiple times and look forward to returning soon.

The property was nice and cozy. I liked how the one bedroom had a separate sitting room. The home was nicely decorated for a cape cod theme. More outlet plug-in, for cell phones, etc.would be nice. Mattresses were hard. We had instructions to wash, dry, and fold the bath towels before we left that morning. A lot to expect from us before we leaving.

A Quiet Getaway
Quiet, just enough amenities, Beds were Comfy:) The porched-in area off the master bedroom was perfect for morning tea, afternoon naps, and relaxing before bed. The front room was spacious with several sitting areas. Would definitely return!

Wonderful Trip!
This was a great weekend to the Cape to visit our son who is a student at the Maritime Academy. My parents joined us for their first time in town. We loved the home and location. Everything is there that you will need! We loved being able to prepare a home cooked meal for our family in the kitchen. Lighting in the home was special and an appreciated touch. It was a wonderful experience.

Cape Cod Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in the perfect location for our adventures to Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket and a whale watching trip. The house also served well while confined indoors when Hurricane/Tropical Storm Lee passed close by the area. We enjoyed all the comforts of home! Amy was very accommodating and checked on us during our stay. We had a great time.

This house is fantastic, one of the best rentals we have ever booked. The home is very clean and well appointed. Amy and Barry are amazing, gracious hosts who think of EVERYTHING! Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants, even a pond and playground. Our only regret is, we didn't act fast enough to book for next summer. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Memorable and lots of fun!
There were 4 of us and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful place as we enjoyed 5 days in Cape Cod! The only concern we had was that we were asked to have all the towels washed, dried, and put away prior to leaving. This left the group without being able to bathe or shower before our leaving day. In staying at other VRBO's this has not been required. Even with this concern, I highly recommend this place!

Family Wedding Weekend
We have stayed for years in the neighborhood with family. Because of a wedding, their house was full! We loved staying at Amy's. The front porch was so inviting and is a great place to read a book and curl up with a blanket. We ate breakfast outside in the back and know that if we had gone to the beach, we would have enjoyed the outdoor shower. Check out Wolfie's bakery. It is inside of a former lobster restaurant and $ goes towards the community kitchen. You are sure to enjoy your stay.

Really nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Well appointed and beds were very comfortable. Con: having to wash the towels on checkout day made the morning a bit rushed to be out by 11:00.

Another Wonderful Stay
Our family stay was not our first at Amy and Barry’s Cape House. This is the only home we stay at when we return to the Cape. It was the first we stayed at after selling our Cape home and continues to be the place we want to return to. Amy is very responsive and organized. Everything you need is at the cape house! It’s a beautiful quiet area that is close to beaches, restaurants and activities. Amy and Barry have created a beautiful comfortable home to enjoy and we are grateful that we can continue to come back. Hope to enjoy your home again soon! Karen W

Very clean , spacious, well appointed, comfortable home! We traveled north to celebrate Christmas with family living close by in Bass River. Great location. Worked out perfectly! Amy had decorated throughout the home and even put up a tabletop Xmas tree! Very thoughtful and much appreciated !

Cape Getaway
We were looking for a girls getaway while the guys had a golf getaway. Everything about this Cape cottage was perfect! Amy was excellent with instructions and responses. The house had everything you could possibly need. Great location!! We walked 2 miles in the morning and it was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again and just may bring the husbands back next time! Perfect weekend getaway!!

Very nice place & Location
Everything was there, location, easy access to all you would need. For elderly people or handicapped it was difficult. There are no railings for going in and out of the house and lots of elderly people or handicapped need the support. My husband is totally blind and to guide him from the back bedroom to the kitchen or living room was not enjoyable for me. It was too narrow, and my sister needed the front bedroom by the full bath. The bathtub was sooo deep. My sister is 5 ft and I am 5/7" and I couldn't get my whole leg & foot into the tub. She would need help. There is nothing to grab a hold of for support in getting in or out of the tub. There was nothing on the bottom of the tub so you wouldn't slip. Outside of no support going in and out of the front and back door, no support for the tub and nothing on the bottom of the tub, this place was great!!! The owner was very sweet and helpful!! The location for all things were just down the street. It seems like it is centrally located for everything you could need. There was all the things you needed to use in the house.
