Summary:
Welcome to Nanna and Poppa's Nest! This cozy 2/2 log cabin on 2 wooded acres sleeps up to 5. Enjoy a relaxing stay with a wood-burning fireplace, covered porches, and modern amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there's a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Extras include wireless internet, TVs with streaming, a Keurig coffee maker, and board games. Close to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island State Parks. Pets are welcome with a fee. Most holidays require a 3-night stay.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)
Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur. The host will not be liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections experienced by guests.
Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval.

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.

Food Delivery:
We recommend using Shipt dot com for food deliveries, which will deliver directly to the property.

Sleeping Capacity: The property accommodates up to 5 guests. The standard capacity is 4 guests, with an additional guest fee of $5 per person, per night for the 5th guest. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Fall Creek Falls vacation.
Stayed here 6 years ago and really enjoyed it. Property is still very nice but seemed a little more worn than 6 years ago but then again it was a little cheaper than it was 6 years ago so I really have no complaints. The only downside was there were a few supplies that were lacking such as no dishwasher pods for dishwasher and no plug for sink so couldn’t wash dishes in the sink either, had to buy our own pods. Also a guest book for cabin info would be helpful. I had to email the company to get Wi-Fi password and what was expected at checkout. Overall I would still give 4.5 out of 5 stars

Such a beautiful cabin, beautiful location, the cabin sets all cozy in the woods. Just perfect for us get some much needed relaxing time. Perfect place to get out and walk and enjoy nature!

Amazing Peaceful location
If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, you've found it. If you want to explore Falls Creek Falls and the surrounding area, it's just minutes away. The cabin offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing time away from life's everyday hustle and bustle. Sit by the firepit and unwind, and at the end of your stay, you can do your laundry so you don't have to do it when you go home :) This was my second time at the cabin and I look forward to enjoying it again in the future

Everything was as stated. Could use some TLC outside, there were a few light bulbs out it didn't matter there were so many. Could use some extra lighting outside at least have the detached garage lights on would have been nice. Other than that it was beautiful, clean, and was a great stay.

Nice place. Very secluded and quiet. Has accommodating amenities and options to really enjoy both the indoors and outdoors. It’s very close to multiple state parks which all have amazing nature to see and experience. I will very likely be returning here in the near future!

This is a lovely property! It's a perfect place to relax and get away from city life. Everything works perfectly, and the owners have thought of everything you'll need -- except a standard coffeemaker. My mother-in-law doesn't like Keurigs. Beds were comfortable, furniture was inviting, shower was very nice, even the cookware was great. The only true caveat is that it is out in the middle of nowhere, so you're going to drive a ways for a restaurant or grocery store. It's a good while to the state park as well, but it's a pretty drive for most of the trip. The property is very well maintained, and the owner's communication with us was excellent. Highly recommend this property if proximity to a town is not a priority.

Perfect location with solitude
We truly enjoyed the cabin. It was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect to visit state parks in the area. We hiked during the day and relaxed in the afternoon. The cabin had everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

Me and my friend need a break from the day to day grind and this cozy little place was the perfect place to do that. The location was far enough away from the main roads that all i could hear was nature itself, the place was amazingly clean and provided plenty of accommodations that we didnt have to take much with us.

Peaceful Indeed!
The chair swings along with a hot cup of coffee or tea made for an excellent start to the day. It’s so peaceful until an acorn hits the tin roof and startles one back to reality. If you’re unfortunate enough to sleep in the twin bedroom, be prepared for a peaceful nights sleep in a very uncomfortable bed. Other than the above issue, the property is perfect for a peaceful memory making stay.

Slice of Heaven
This cabin is beautiful. You can sit in the front and swing or got to the back and bbq. There’s a fire pit with chairs. Or sit and relax on the covered patio. Inside is set up for true comfort. Very quiet and a true way to spend time with your family and friends. And it is dog friendly. A place for all. Loved it.

Mostly good, but...
Wife is sensitive to odors so I mentioned that when I booked unit. When we got there, the smell of Lysol or some such cleaner was overwhelming. We had to open the doors to try and air it out, though it was quite chilly outside. When we left 2 days later, you could still detect the smell. My wife had a miserable allergy reaction until we left. The smell was very unpleasant for me as well. Internet was not working when we arrived and therefore no TV. It took a day to get it fixed. Tried the DVDs and the remote needed batteries. Also, in the high winds, something on the roof started rattling. I thought the cleaning fee was excessive for 2 days, but over a week it might be reasonable. I thought the cleaning fee was excessive for 2 days, but over a week it might be reasonable. Would I rent it again? Not unless they do something about the nasty cleaning odor.
