This large home is the perfect gathering place for groups, sports teams, wedding parties, reunions and families with kids! Located near downtown Spokane, you will enjoy expansive views, a new hot tub, and a media room with an 85 in TV and arcade games. We have a level 2 Tesla charger (Gen 3)! The space has been meticulously designed and furnished with comfort and rest in mind. You will enjoy well appointed bedrooms with most being en suite. Extensive decks and patios allow enjoyment of the private outdoor setting. All of this and 5 min to downtown, Gonzaga and the hospitals.

The space is clean and contemporary with new furniture and a designers touch. Hardwood floors exist throughout the main floor and bedrooms are newly carpeted. Five full bathrooms will ensure that each guest will have easy access to be ready for each day. There is both a gas and wood fireplace to gather around and enjoy the company of your friends and family. Three large TVs exist throughout the house including an 85 inch TV in the media room . The media room also includes arcade games and a popcorn maker. There is extensive outdoor space with decks off of three of the bedrooms as well as a wrap around deck on the main floor. The lower level walks out to a large patio that includes and new hot tub. For warmer days, there is a large basket swing on the edge of the hill and an outdoor built in grill.

Cozy Retreat in the Heart of the City

A secluded oasis of fun!
The house and the grounds are beautiful and well appointed. The main floor is perfectly suited for a large family gathering because of the proximity of the kitchen to rooms for chill time, a truly awesome game room, a large dining room, and access to the outside deck and patio. The daylight basement is also great for hanging out during the day or watching a movie at night. The ten of us really had a fantastic time for our 3 night stay and the amenities of the house were a big part of that. The proximity to downtown and popular places on the South Hill is good but I wouldn't consider it a "walkable" location. It really felt like a unique private oasis where "staying in" was more fun than any of us expected.

Thank you so much for working with me on booking early LAST YEAR!! the house was great - a few things that were not working (no biggie just letting you do know) are the skeeball machine on the left - (it gives you the balls but does not keep score) the one on the right the tokens kept getting stuck - and one of the other machines didn't work and did not have a sign - on the one bedroom upstairs on the corner with no bathroom the door to the balcony does not lock - I really like the house but the pictures online make the bedrooms look a little bigger and nicer - the one bedroom has a window to the outside with a view of stuff along side the house - not expected - but overall we loved it!! Thnak you! April

Conference stay with colleagues
First, the description is spot on, great place for us. Our group attended a conference at the convention center and this Vrbo was a scant 10 minutes away. The spacious home allowed our group of colleagues to kick back and relax in the evening with games, grilling, and relaxing in the hot tub that looks over the city. We even had the opportunity to see a turkey roost in one of the trees. The property is modest in its description. The bedrooms were all spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. And views all around. This was great for our attendance at the conference and an informal company retreat. It would also be great for a family gathering or golf outing. Five stars + !!

A house that will never leave you bored
This place is AMAZING. My family and I stayed here and it was easily the best vacation rental I've ever had over the many years I've been doing this. The arcade room entertained all ages and everything in the house was top notch (not a bunch of cheap rental dishes or cookware). Plenty of beds for everyone and even the spare twin beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend this house if you're ever looking for a large place to host friends/family in Spokane

Spokane Work Conference Stay
Four of my colleagues and I stayed in Spokane for a week on a work trip and we could not have asked for better accommodations. We like to have fun but also need enough space to work and have our own privacy. This property could not have been more perfect to fit our needs and kept us comfortable and entertained the whole trip. The owners were very communicative and helpful, and we simply had zero issues. We only grew more and more impressed with all the place had to offer as the week went on.

Beautiful views of Spokane !!
We stayed at this location in the month of January (my eldest daughter was having her 40th birthday).. She and her husband and children stayed with us along with 3 of her siblings and it was perfect !! Everything is better than described or pictured in listing !! The extra cots came in handy and all the singles had their own bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and the game room was a Big hit (especially because the weather wasn’t very good) Soooo much space!! Great hot tub. Popcorn machine in basement is a nice touch along with the treat basket and bottle of wine left by host. Justin is very responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. Highly highly highly recommend this location for a large family gathering.

Amazing House -Great Views!
You will not find a better VRBO property in Spokane. Super clean and full of amenities. The beds are very comfortable and the 3 separate living room areas were a bit hit. If you are looking for a property where the owner has gone above and beyond, this is it!

Family Celebration
It is so hard to get our large family together in one place that is kid friendly. This place really was perfect. Games for the kids, and other spaces for teens and adults to spend time together but still be able to be separately entertained. The hot tub was so relaxing with an amazing view of Spokane. We absolutely loved our stay here.

A superb family property
We rented this property for a family gathering and it could not have been better. Our host, Justin, has created a spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated home with all the amenities. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and great linens. The kitchen had an abundance of cookware and place settings that made it easy to prepare meals for 12. Since we had 5 kids 4-11 years of age, the arcade room was a huge hit. It turned out to be a rainy weekend but the kids never missed a beat with all the games they could play. And the massive side-yard swing still got plenty of use. The decks with heaters, patio with fire pot and hot tub meant we never had to leave to find something else to do. This host does it right, from a welcoming bottle of wine and snacks to large screen TVs and warm and personal hospitality. There is simply nothing to critique negatively here. It was ideal!

We had a fantastic mini family reunion during our stay. The home is the most well-appointed rental we've stayed in over the years. They thought of everything!! It was super comfortable and had lots of fun things for the kids to do. Beds were very comfy...kitchen was well-supplied (even down to various types of coffee, tea, sweeteners!)...game room and hot tub were icing on the cake! Will definitely stay there again when in Spokane. Many thanks from all of us!!!

Great base for day trip adventures
We loved our stay and the location was fabulous for day trips all over Easter WA, Northern Idaho and Western Montana. Biked, hiked, swam, boated, rafted, biked- we did it all from this wonderful home with plenty of room for our 11 family member group. And homeowners were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this listing.

Our stay here was fantastic. The house is great, with plenty of room for families or groups adults, and lots of entertainment in the basement. We loved the pinball machines. Everyone in our group commented about how comfortable the beds are; A+ there. Communication with the hosts was great. The kitchen was well stocked. If/when we return to Spokane we will definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect home
The host provided everything we need, toiletries, kitchen stuff, spices and condiments, snacks, firewood, even a whole keg of beer. That is on top of a nice home with lots of room and a nice view. As always, the ultimate evaluation of a vacation home for me is by measuring the sharpness of the chef's knife that comes with the house. And this house gets an A. and not meant as criticism, but more in way of constructive suggestions, a few things that can be improved: needs more pans and pots needs more big salad bowls or just big bowls in general. I don't know why, but I was constantly running out of big bowls.

Fantastic home
We booked this home for a 2 night stay as we were attending a family wedding in Spokane. This home is everything and more. Great separation of space. So much to do at the home, we were sad not to be able to take advantage of the multiple "extra" amenities. Everything was beautifully decorated and updated. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub and outside "swing" and pool table - so much fun. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic home for a gathering
Our group absolutely loved this property. We had a range of ages from 2-60 and there is something to love for everyone! The hosts have staged the property with various activities, gathering areas, plenty of sleeping arrangements, linens and towels. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a large crowd. We will stay here again!

Graduation weekend
We rented this house for family to stay for Gonzaga graduation weekend. The location was quite close to campus. We were very impressed by all the house had to offer. The wrap around deck provided a beautiful view and breeze. There were plenty of clean towel/linens. The host was great about touching base to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend it!

Excellent, Spacious and Comfortable
As other reviewers state, this place is truly awesome. Very large with plenty of room for a big group - we had 5 families with teenage boys and everyone loved it. In addition to the comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms, there are lots of common areas to spread out. The teenagers spent their time in the walkout basement game area and the patio while the adults visited in the kitchen, office and deck. Hot tub was great. We appreciated the heat lamps on the deck as it was chilly during our stay. Kitchen is very well equipped with lots of dishes and utensils, coffee set up, and staples like spices, sugar, etc. Location is convenient to both downtown and Spokane Valley. We walked to the bakery down the street and to dinner in the South Perry district. Tons of parking, quiet end of the street, house is on the edge of a hill with nice views to the north. Highly recommend and hope to return on our next Spokane trip. Thanks, Justin!

An absolutely perfect house for our group!
* The house is as good as (or better than) the pictures make it look * Our group consisted of 5 different small families (staying for a volleyball tournament), so having 6 "real" bedrooms was amazing (vs listings that say they sleep a bunch of people but half of them are in the living room or some common area). And 4 of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms!). It's as if this house was built to be a VRBO for multiple families. * The beds! They were amazing! Everyone had the same exact reaction when they laid down. At first it was like "ugh... this bed is way too firm." But then wait for it. Just a few moments later you feel the bed soften just the slightest under your weight and everyone ranted about the beds. Even twin beds were high quality. * Communication with Justin was fast, friendly and very helpful. * Only thing I'd suggest is to study up on how to use Roku/Streaming if you want to use the tvs. * Our weather was cold so we weren't hanging around outside too much, but the owners had provided propane in the outside heaters for us so we could sit out there a bit. I think that is top notch! * Everything in the house functioned. No broken toilets. No broken hot tub. No broken appliances. It seems weird to rant and rave about things NOT being broken... but it's disappointing when a listing offers up an amenity and then it isn't there. As if you couldn't tell, we feel really lucky to have found this place for our group.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING
This property is absolutely stunning with a beautiful view. The pictures do not capture the beauty of this property. Justin and Abbey were easy to communicate with and provided everything needed for your family or group to enjoy. The backyard is a great place to just sit back and relax with your family and friends whether it be in the hot tub or sitting next to the fire pit. Their game room with its own big screen television and living area makes a great when entertaining young kids or just for the men to hang and watch the game. The kitchen area was spacious with lots of counter space and is stocked with every kitchen utensil needed to make a wonderful family meal. They even provide you k-cups for coffee and coffee beans ready to be grinder if you want to make a pot of coffee. If you are looking for a home to bring your family to, this is the spot. We enjoyed every minute and already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you Justin and Abbey for sharing your wonderful home and providing us with a memorable experience.
