This beautiful waterfront double lot home with two bird-full gorgeous and gigantic oak trees is 5 mins by kayak to the crystal clear waters - and 72F year around - of Weeki Wachee.

BIG DOCK, KAYAKS, FIRE PIT, HUGE YARD, LAWN GAMES and so much more!! Swimming, kayaking, playing fun lawn games, catching fish right off the new dock are some of the best ways to reconnect with nature, family and friends.

Dock your boat, enjoy the fire pit crackling and the sounds of the native birds, splashing mullets and even snout-blowing manatees while overlooking this peaceful and clear canal.

Great outdoors to host a family cookout (or two) with the gas or charcoal grill! On cooler evenings you can sit around the fire pit making s'mores and enjoying each others' company.

Nestled in a pocket of friendly neighbors and luscious landscapes, by land or water, the activities are plentiful and wholesome for the entire family with space to run and play as well as 100 feet of water to jump into.

Our house is within a couple of miles of parks, beach, springs and adventures for the whole family by land including the world renowned mermaid show and waterslides at Weeki Wachee Spring Park. Easy access to pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants and much more 10 minutes away.

Free usage of 5 adult kayaks and 3 children's. The boat ramp makes it easy to get in and out of the water and is ideal for the kids to play in the shallow (under adult supervision, always!).

We can host up to 6 adult guests comfortably with a king size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen size and two convertible chairs (that make up either another queen or two single beds) in the additional bedroom. Up to 8 guests including 2 kids, fell free to ask us for more details.

The large living room is perfect for a movie night or playing games with the whole family while the dining area sits everyone for a great meal together.

Guests will enjoy walk-in closets, washer and dryer, dishwasher and a well-stocked kitchen with all the utensils and accessories a home cook could ask for.

We offer a charcoal grill AND a gas grill for guests to enjoy. We ask that guests clean it after using it. We do not provide gas or charcoal.

We hope for our guests to treat this home with kindness and respect as it is also our family's beloved home away from home.

Please note : we require a rental agreement and we have 3 outdoor cameras where there is no possible expectation of privacy.

We are a pet friendly with non refundable pet fee of $200. Only one pet (no cats) under 20lbs allowed - case by case exceptions will be considered.

Lovely location
We loved staying in this space -perfect size for our little family. Loved sitting out on the back deck and the canals are so fun to paddle down. Loves the proximity to Weeki Wachee Springs and the hospital hole! The hosts were so considerate and responsive.

Rustic house in great location
We enjoyed our stay. The location, on the canal, was great. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us and the beds were comfortable. Towels and linens were all good quality and there were plenty of crockery, mugs and glasses. There is plenty of space outside and several kayaks and other stuff to use. The reason for not giving 5 out of 5 was the need for some updating in terms of showers, decor, overall maintenence etc. Also the main sofa was quite uncomfortable. Overall it was good rather than great

This home was perfect for a long weekend get away. The kids loved the lily pad, swimming, and kayaking in front of the house. They were safe and could enjoy the water while the adults relaxed on the dock and/or patio. The main river was just a short paddle away which was lovely.

Fall Break
A beautiful break away from the hustle of everyday life. Our first vacation away with my 11 and 15 year old. Cut short thanks to hurricane Helene. Lots of paddling on the river. Lots of wildlife. We had a few camp fires. The dock was a beautiful place to sit and have coffee or a cocktail! The home had everything we needed. The owner was great to communicate as well! We hope to be able to make it back to continue to explore the area!

Making memories
This peaceful piece of paradise was just what we were needing. This home was extremely welcoming and even better than described, well suited for our varying ages from 1 to 79. Kayaks were very popular for some in our party, and water viewing was enjoyed by all. Ended our perfect stay with s'mores around the fire pit. Hope we'll be invited to return.

Perfect for a little family getaway
We loved the location. The water pad and dock provided hours of entertainment for my kids. Loved the welcoming touches like the letter board welcoming us. We also really loved that there were kayaks there to use and we didn’t have bring our own. The house is adorable and we really enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay at this sweet little home. We enjoyed walking out and sitting on the back dock which was by far the highlight of the home. Beautiful and well made. The kitchen is fully stocked and made for easy mealtime cooking. The kayaks and water mat were a blast! We will definitely be returning. My only request is that the front door handle be replaced lol.

Very Welcoming
The house was clean and well decorated. The backyard and kayaking was unmatched. It was so charming and a lot of fun. We loved watching the leaping mullet. Though it did rain one day, we were able to spread out and enjoy a puzzle and dinner at home. Plenty of space! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience at Weeki Wachee!!

Perfect slice of paradise!
We had the most fun, peaceful, relaxing vacation here! We kayaked all over and saw manatees every day! Sitting on the dock with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening was so peaceful and perfect. The river is beautiful and calm enough for kids to kayak on. Close to what you need if you have to run out, but still feels very private. Definitely the best vacation we’ve had in a long time!

From the moment we walked in, we felt an incredible sense of comfort and homeliness. Nestled in a sweet little neighborhood right on the river, the location was absolutely perfect. Annabelle was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The thoughtful touches throughout the house truly made a difference—coffee available, creamer in the fridge, a fresh bag of ice in the freezer, and many other small conveniences that were thoughtfully provided. We enjoyed this space so much and created lasting memories. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Highly recommended!

Perfect little gem
Perfect little gem of a home along a canal leading directly to the river. Full of thoughtful touches. The dock was a happening place! We saw turtles, manatees, crabs, cranes and tons of different fish right from the house’s backyard dock. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot
Went here for a quick get away with the family, two boys (4/7). The house was the perfect size with all the amenities you’d need. Owner was easy to reach and responsive. The dock/ramp has kayaks available and easy access to waterways leading to the main river. Short 5-10 minute paddle to the crystal clear water, saw wildlife including manatees on the way. Everyone loved the trip!

Very quaint little river house
The house is very comfortable in a very quiet neighborhood. The amenities were carefully thought out and it shows. Everything was very easy to operate. Definitely recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Manatees!
The kayaks were the key for me. Annabelle has the house set up with all the amenities you could want. The outside deck area is wonderfully inviting. We were in the water within 30 minutes of arrival. We saw turtles and fish and manatees! Wonderful experience. We will be back

A wonderful retreat in Weeki Wachee
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. We had everything we needed to fully enjoy all that Weeki Wachee has to offer. This place was a gem! We were greeted by a beautiful spacious home that accommodated our party perfectly. The girls loved their room, which was so adorably warm and welcoming. The house has a beautiful new deck that allowed for plenty of outdoor time. We had a manatee visit us early right by the dock and we did see Chip as well. Lots of beautiful wildlife. This location was perfect for getting to enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer and close enough for us to slip away for a day or two to enjoy Clearwater. Annabelle was a pleasure to work with and was always responsive with lots of helpful information. I would absolutely recommend again.
