Diana was fantastic and very attentive!! We really appreciated that everything was clean, secluded and quiet! We could tell that everything was set up with attention to detail and everything you need for a nice stay!! Highly recommended!!!

The place was just right for the occasion with maybe just a couple concerns. There was no bathroom door and this lead to a little bit of privacy loss with the room only being a studio setup. The other issue was a lack of space for our luggage. This lead to a bit of clutter while there. These small issues would not keep us from staying again but they could be bigger issues for others. The home was super clean. Beautifully decorated. And the outside private patio was equally beautiful.

I’ve found my Florida getaway home!
Small, but with efficient use of space. Perfect for my needs.Everything I needed was there, including water and snacks. I loved having my own private entrance with a key. And the patio was delightful.The only unfortunate thing was that I couldn’t roll my luggage around the house to my entrance door because it is a stepping stone walkway. But carrying it was certainly doable, and I needed the exercise.I will definitely be staying here again.

I was presently surprised how safe the area is. The walkway is well lit. The home is clean, small but spacious, very neat, equipped with all the necessary items I needed. It is nicely furnished, the bed was great, and welcoming.

My 2 week stay
Awesome property and host!! My overall rating would be 4.5. My only suggestion to make the check in process a bit clearer. The message should reflect that the lockbox is located at the apartment door rather than the front of the property.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our weekend in Brooksville for a wedding. It’s a side studio apartment at a main house. It has everything we needed- comfy bed, little fridge, coffee, etc. we would definitely stay here again! Good location easy to get to our events

LOVELY
Minus:. Someplaces feel like I was visiting a relative, this one did not. As busy as this place seems to be, nobody is leaving anything behind. There is no obligation, but most places do have spices etc. kitchen towels for those of us who are environmentally cautious. Fridge needs a detailed cleaning (long hair in the back) Microwave smell musty needs refrreshing with water and lime juis boiled for 6 minutes. Plus;Very nicely decorated and new cabinetry. Comfy bed and pillows, easy to control AC. Awesome place outside to sit and relax by the patio. Great location for a travelling tech. Beautiful plant and grounds. Hotplate and small spots available to boil an egg, and toast bread. Definitely charming, I would stay again.

The accommodations were exactly as I thought they would be & more. Diana went above and beyond and had snacks and water, and added an adorable, laundry room and made that available. Everything was great for me & attention to detail was superb. There are many parks in Hernando County, and they are all free to visit. Weeki Wachee springs is not very far in the manatee were abundant.

Very nice
The studio apartment was great. Very clean and fresh. The AC could freeze you out with little effort (rarely below 73 on the thermostat). Owner was very nice. All the amenities were new and/or in great working condition. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here overnight in order to board cruise ship the next day. This is a very cute property and is very clean and welcoming. The studio was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet. I enjoyed the covered patio seating area with the tranquil water fountain. Highly recommend!!!

Was a great find for us! Only 15 minutes from my daughters house, in Springhill. Bed not a true Queen more like a Full. I am 5’9 and my husband is 5’10 and we were touching while we were sleeping, which is OK if you’re cold …but if you’re hot it’s not. Plus the bed sinks down when two people get in it, it’s better just for one person. Not firm. Didn’t like that you can sit on the bed and see a person on the toilet in the mirror. They need a privacy panel/curtain put up there. The sink did not plug/drain on its own… it’s not hooked up properly. The toilet needs some sort of a shelf with a hole cut in it so you can still flush the toilet. It was one of those low flow toilet’s really don’t like those. Or just a strong shelf on the wall there’s …no place to put anything when you’re trying to get ready my stuff kept falling on the floor. There’s some thing that comes on at 5 AM every morning and makes a loud noise… sounds like water running we could never figure out what it was. Woke us up every day. Positives: its decorated it really nice, they make the best use of their space. We enjoyed the TV/Wi-Fi/appliances and amenities in the kitchen. They did a good job of stocking things. The coffee and sugar were fresh :) The AC works great. Absolutely love the little outside patio/front door area…very peaceful. Person we communicated with seemed very nice🤓 I would stay there again if we ever went to Spring Hill but my daughter is moving.
