** New Listing = Few Reviews** Suite Dreams is a penthouse studio condo located in downtown Cruz Bay St. John USVI. It is a spacious condo designed for the independent traveler that wants to be located close to downtown amenities.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor porch and watch the happenings of our little town wake up as the ferries and boat charters come and go. After your day exploring the Island of St. John you can enjoy the city lights of St. John and St. Thomas as you sip on some wine and plan your next day. Why stay here? - You don't need a rental car! (Saves $80 a day) - Centrally located in Cruz bay - 6 minute walk from the passenger ferry - 5 minute walk to the National Park Visitor's Center - 2 minute walk to the VITRAN bus stop to Coral Bay - 5 minute walk to the taxi stand - 3 minutes walk to Dolphin Market - less than a 10 minutes walk to all of the dining and shopping of Cruz bay. - 5 minute walk to Lower Lind Point trail and only 20 minutes hike to Honeymoon and Solomon beaches. Two of the premier beaches of St. John and the National Park. We offer a contact-less check in for all of our guests and will provide you with the WiFi and access code for the door on arrival day so you are able to be flexible with your arrival should you need or want to grab dinner before checking in. We do not recommend getting a rental car when staying at Suite Dreams. There is no parking available at the property. Please contact us with any questions you may have. Perfect for our visit to St. Johns. We could walk to all our favorite spots, the ferry, taxis, and charters! The views from the deck were amazing and the convenience of the kitchenette and laundry made it well worth the walk up the hill and steps to the top level. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Cruz Bay!
My husband and I had a wonderful 8 day stay at this property. So convenient to everything Cruz Bay has to offer. Walking distance to dozens of bars and restaurants. We loved drinking our coffee on the deck where the views are incredible. The unit itself was immaculate. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Having a washer/dryer was an added bonus. Communication with the owners always went smoothly. Would happily stay at suite dreams in the future!

Perfect location!
I love this property! The owners were very considerate and kept in touch with me. They were happy to help anytime I had a question or needed something. The location is perfect! It is close to two grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shops, the ferry, and taxis. I did not rent a car and I could walk to everything with the exception of using taxis to go to the beaches. It had everything I needed. The bed is really comfortable. There are plenty of towels. I used the washer and dryer for towels a couple of times. I have already booked to stay again. I wish it was my own permanent residence! I found true happiness here :)

Great spot with everything we needed!
We have been to St. John's many times and have done condo rentals and B&B's before. We loved how close this space was to Cruz Bay as we walked to the Salomon Beach each day. We were thrilled with how clean the space was, how comfortable the beds were, and how well organized the instructions were on how to use things. The balcony was lovely each morning and evening to relax on. We also liked how close it was the Dolphin Market. The hosts were super responsive and checked in with us often. We were able to keep the temperature super comfortable inside and the hot water was great. Other reviews talked about the street noise and they weren't wrong- there are roosters that crow at night! Also there is a dance club (?) pretty close by that does play it's music super loud- but only later in the week and not late enough for us to be kept up (we fell asleep before 10 each night). We used the beach towels, chairs, and noodles each day we headed to the beach and appreciated the water dispenser. The building was freshly painted and that gave the whole place a nice clear look. We would happily return to Suite Escape!

Wonderful experience!
I loved our stay. The AC was cold. They had extra beach towels which came in SO handy. They also had a couple beach chairs we borrowed and it just made the beach experience so much more enjoyable. It really is the little things. There was also a market close so anything we needed was convenient. I appreciated the filtered water as well. It was just a very convenient and pleasant setup. Would definitely recommend!

Central location
This place was walking distance to everything in Cruz bay which was super convenient. Easy to catch a taxi to the beaches and it was also nice to have a grocery store next door. However, as 2 young females we did not always feel safe walking in the area. The beach chairs and essentials they provide are a great addition. Not having trash pick up is annoying however because you are expected to walk your trash to a dumpster that is difficult to find and not to mention you’ll be sweating in the heat! Overall if you are looking for an affordable place to stay that is central to everything this place is a good choice.

Great place to experience the lifestyle of St. John
A fine property for a couple or small family who wants to experience the vibrant local culture and active lifestyle of St. John. The location is ideal - very close to town - ferry terminal, shopping, dining, and taxis are all just a short walk down a relatively easy hill. The apartment is immaculate - well equipped, comfortable, and relaxing overall. Great WIFI strength made it possible to keep up on work and book local attractions. The only (minor) surprises were the lack of consistent hot water in the shower - (not that you really need it in the VI) - and a rooster that nests outside the bathroom window would welcome you to each day at about 6 AM to remind you to get out early before the Caribbean sun gets to intense! Being in town, traffic on the hill could be loud at times, and you could hear music from downtown hot spots, but not to the point of being disturbing. However, if you are adverse to noise, this might not be the spot for you. On the up side, you simply could not ask for a finer view of the city, and the west facing patio provided daily sunsets that were simply incomparable - (best enjoyed inside due to mosquitos!). Fascinating to watch the bats swooping as the sun descends. It's not super close to beaches - the walk to honeymoon beach takes maybe 20-30 minutes over a small hill, or you can get in the water at the marina near the ferry terminal within 10 minutes. A very special spot, and a great place to settle in to the local culture and vibe.

The apartment/condo/townhouse was very nice inside. The exterior didn't look too good and although it was VERY CLOSE to downtown and all activities, it was a bit noisy along the road. The properties next door and across the street left a LOT to be desired, DUMPY, but I would stay there again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The condo is located right in Cruz Bay, only a short walk away from all the bars and restaurants. Very spacious open concept home, with a balcony that has great sunset views. All of the small things like beach chairs, coolers, and a washer and dryer made trips to the beach easy and have it a homey feel. 10/10 would stay again

Perfect location and views!
Julie and David’s apartment is a stones throw away from everything Cruz Bay has to offer! They’ve also done a fabulous job ensuring it’s stocked with everything you could possibly need or want while on an island vacation. What’s more, the views of the bay are picture perfect! While my partner and I had prepared a list of the trails we wanted to hike and beaches we wanted to visit, there was also an incredibly helpful binder that had a ton of useful information and recommendations, as well as basket full of maps and other interesting and informative reading materials. Communication with the hosts was crystal clear and they helped make our stay on St. John one we’ll treasure forever!
