Adorable bright studio. Close to everything quiet with a queen bed and high-speed Internet. We are a five-minute drive to Cruz Bay where all of the restaurants and shopping are. We are about 10 minutes from hawks nest beach one of the prettiest beaches in the national park. We are located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood, next door to The Hills, one of the premier condo complexes on the island. Small outside sitting area with a bit of an ocean view

Loved it!
Had a great experience. A great little place, perfect for spending all day out and about and having somewhere to sleep, you really don’t need much more while staying on St. John. Excellent location right next to the ferry and the small town. Host communicated well

Room with Terrace and Nice Location
The room was nicely designed, had everything we needed and was close to a grocery store and downtown area. We did not want to rent a car for our short stay so we actually walked to town and it was easy except for the last 1/2 mile that was hilly (Typical for the area). The pay-off was that the view from the terrace was spectacular. Fortunately, It was easy and inexpensive to get taxis at the ferry dock.

Comfortable and convenient
The studio had everything we needed. The views were great. Hannah was very responsive when we needed better directions. The only downside, which is not the fault of the condo, was that even though it was close to town, it is not walkable because of the narrow steep streets.

Nice, clean suite. Hannah was very accommodating- included a list of familiar taxi drivers….that was very helpful. Enjoyed peaceful mornings on the porch with ocean view and local wildlife. Provided us with towels and beach chairs - great perk!

The property was exactly as shown. Very clean and perfect size for 2. I would say a car rental is a must as it isn't really walkable to Cruz Bay. Met the owner who was great. There was some delay in communication with the property manager but it was worked out in the end. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to singles or couples. And they have a generator which is fantastic due to the power issues St John has been having.

We checked in for a short getaway and were pleasantly surprised. We normally stay in hotels but we wanted to be able to stay in a make our own meals and this was perfect. It was quiet and secluded and the room was clean and comfortable. It had every amenity we needed. We will definitely be back the next time we need an escape. We didn't have a car but they provided us a list with cab drivers that were familiar with the property so we didn't have any issue getting to or from whenever we needed to.

Perfect for a short get away. Really appreciated set parking so we could get the rental off the street. As many homes, wouldn't do this one if on foot. Quaint breakfast table, nestled in the trees. Host was easy to communicate with. Others who lived above in the house were very respectful. Peace and quiet. Just what we needed

Overall good value for money. Taxi was $9 per person to get from ferry. I tried several numbers provided by the manager but they were all busy however from ferry a taxi is no issue but might be difficult to get one to come and get you. We walked and a lovely local showed us a “shortcut” which saved us as the hills are treacherous. We love a good hike so fine by us but you should have a car to stay here and was recommended by owner. Only complaint was the bed was pretty soft and saggy, but it can’t be easy to replace those and it would not be a deal breaker. Overall it’s a 5 star review

Crisp & Clean
This property is up a very steep hill, and while it's only 0.7 miles from Cruz Bay, it's not really walkable. BUT, perched on a steep hill gives this place beautiful views. The Petite Suite is small and comfortable, perfect for a party of one and perhaps on the small side for two. An attractive outdoor seating area is dedicated to this unit. The location is quiet and private, the room comfortable and cozy, and the unit crisp and clean. Five stars.

Convenient and Affordable
We needed a place to stay for one night before heading home. This location was a very convenient and it was easy to get to the ferry dock in the morning. The host gave detailed instructions, so we didn't have any trouble locating it. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Unfortunately, the couch wasn't very comfortable for the short time we were sitting there relaxing before bed. Very clean, quiet, and convenient. I would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting convenience and affordability.
