Centrally Located and Waiting for You

A fully furnished, clean and affordable ( NO HIDDEN FEES), studio apartment is waiting for your arrival. Only when reserving with a dog will a host fee be added (15.00 per night). A fifteen minute drive, will allow you to experience the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful Downtown St. Petersburg. Our accommodations are ideal for the individual who wants a safe environment, providing basic essential amenities, after a day of fun in the sun. A queen bed, and fresh linens will allow for a good night's rest. The television is visible from both the bed and couch. Curtains allow for privacy between the bedroom and sitting area. A large walk-in bedroom closet is an added convenience for luggage storage.
The kitchen comes equipped with an apartment size stove and refrigerator. Daily kitchen accessories include a coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is small and functional which includes the shower.


Your comfort is our priority. Outside, relax under your private, covered patio. A golf putting green is available for your enjoyment. Lounge chairs allow for relaxation in our garden area. Shared with your unit is the driveway and large fenced backyard (separate patios, divided by a gate). Please communicate if your dog will be joining you. One dog is welcome. The nightly dog fee is 15.00.

Communicate your needs while on the property to allow for prompt assistance. Centrally located in a family residential area of northwest St. Petersburg, Florida. The 65 mile Pinellas Hiking and Biking Trail is within walking distance.

Vacation get away!
Loved the place! Perfect for what her and I needed for our vacation. We primarily used the place just to get shut eye for the night and was exactly what was needed! Close to the beaches!

Nice stay
It was a nice location. The property was clean. Shower head sprayed to wall and not your body so that was frustrating. Bed not comfy and pillows are very flat and need to be replaced. Dog on property was a nice greeter each morning. Be careful backing out of driveway as there is an huge bump where your car bottoms out. We angled and used the right side of driveway. Overall a good stay.

Susan was a pleasure to work with after I arrived and needed a couple of items in the room taken care of. Even so, everything that I needed for my short stay was available. I felt safe there. The room is conveniently located. My only concern was the shower, which is quite small, but Susan is open to my suggestion that a hand-held shower head may work better than the current setup.

We loved it! Perfect for two. Our host was wonderful. The bathroom is very small, and the listing makes that clear. It was still perfectly functional for our needs. We were able to do everything we needed in this unit. Small, but perfect. And a full size fridge! Bonus that it has a washer and dryer, we were able to wash all our clothes to return home with! There were many special touches that made our stay great like aloe, towels, a cooler, shampoo, and streaming on the TV. We were able to safely park our rental car in the driveway. Susan made us feel safe and welcome. I would definitely stay here again, and my husband said the same!!!

False advising
She says no hidden fees in large letters on her advertisement and that she is pet friendly but then charges 15 a night to bring a pet. It was basically an unfinished garage with exposed plumbing in the bathroom.

Simple and easy
This property was easy to access, clean and was perfect for our short visit to St. Pete. It’s centrally located so we were able to quickly get to downtown and also to St. Pete beach. The room itself had all the necessities but parts of it were not in the best shape. Some of the panels on the wall in the bathroom were peeling off and the shower water sprays directly towards the corner so you have to stand way towards the front to be under the shower head. The water pressure was also very very light and water was spilling out of the shower all over the floor. Overall, it was a good stay that did the job for us and we would have no problem staying there again! The German shepherd greeting on our first morning was our favorite part!

Quaint Abode
We needed a short term, reasonably priced accommodation close to home. Susan’s place was the perfect answer. Her place is warm and welcoming, as is she and her pooch, Tina. Kitchenette is well equipped, queen size bed very comfortable. Her photos really represent the accommodation. Outside seating area is terrific for an afternoon of relaxing. Susan, our host, was very gracious and hospitable. Our sincere thanks for a pleasant stay.

Cute Little Studio
I enjoyed my stay there and Susan was very easy to communicate with. It's a cute little Studio that has everything you need. The only drawback for me was a small shower but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Perfect affordable St. Pete's hideaway!
My wife and I traveled to town for a wedding immediately after hurricane Milton (as the area was also recovering from hurricane Helene). This VRBO was totally unscathed. No flooding whatsoever, just a little outdoor limb removal / yard cleanup was going on. The place is cute, perfect for a couple, and had everything we needed. Because of the small space, things were creatively arranged, and sometimes tight. Bathroom sink is a little tight. Bathroom sliding door doesn't offer total privacy if someone is on the toilet. There is a cool closet "nook" back near the bed. The bed was turned slightly so someone could get in either side. Very creative use of space which didn't bother us at all. Wifi was excellent. TV was great as well, just read the instructions on what buttons do what between the TV and the box. We only used Netflix and it was great. Air Conditioning and ceiling fan worked great. Bed was very comfortable. The low water flow from the shower is a serious thing, so plan a little extra time. Maybe wash your hair in the kitchen sink if you are in a hurry (we didn't, and we weren't). It wasn't clear if this is a problem or a deliberate choice. I am guessing it's deliberate to prevent excess splashing / flooding in the compact bathroom area, or perhaps to reduce draining a shared house water heater (all guesses). Again, it was fine, especially for the price and location! Susan was very communicative and helpful. Great stay! Great place! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very Pleased
We really enjoyed our stay, we didn’t have to worry about hardly anything. The property was conveniently located for what we were wanting to do. The house was very clean and we had no issues. Our only complaint was the water pressure could have been better and the AC could have produced a stronger breeze. But overall we were very pleased and would stay there again.

The studio apartment is super cute, I really enjoyed the smart TV, Susan was extremely helpful and thoughful, she provided me with snacks, cool drinks and excellent humor. If i ever were to come back down this is for sure the first and only option I'd book, it really felt like home. :D

Small Family Vaca
We loved the area of the neighborhood that had well lit streets for cooler nights to walk the paw baby. The home owner allowed a private gate for our own entrance and key so we could come and go as we wished. There was plenty of room for the two of us with one lab paw baby. There was studio-style setup had everything you needed to be self-sufficient throughout the stay! Thank you for having us 🐾💕
