Venez partager notre condo de rêve situé au coeur de Clearwater! Récemment rénové, le condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Cette suite spacieuse comprend deux chambres séparées impeccablement aménagées avec leur propre salle de bains et placard ainsi qu'une cuisine, un salon, un balcon et une salle à manger.

Si vous cherchez à louer une unité supplémentaire, consultez nos autres condos. L'un d'eux est au même étage VRBO # 1353405, l'autre VRBO # 965161 est à seulement 3 minutes à pied.

La première chambre a un lit king-size et une Smart TV Samsung. De plus, il offre un accès direct au balcon et à la salle de bain attenante.

La deuxième chambre comprend deux lits doubles, parfaits pour les enfants ou les amis, ainsi qu'une douche dans la salle de bain

Dans le salon, vous trouverez deux canapés, dont l'un est un lit gigogne, un autre Samsung Smart TV et la porte du balcon.

La toute nouvelle cuisine comprend un four micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur et une cuisinière. Il contient également un grille-pain, un lave-vaisselle, une machine à café et toute la vaisselle et l'argenterie dont vous avez besoin.

We had a good stay in Clearwater
The apartment is not very bright but spacious and clean and it looks like as it's described. The swimmingpool is large and warm. The balcony is not very pleasant and we didn't use it. It takes 15 minutes to go to the beach. There's a supermarket on the other side of the street.

We loved our stay at Royal Marina! The unit was clean and well decorated with all the kitchen and bathroom items you could need. The area is secure and only a few minute drive from the beach. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and morning coffee on the patio! We can’t wait to go back!

Right when we open the door smelled terrible!!
The condo smelled terrible, damp, and the floors did not feel clean. The master bed was very hard, and all of the pillows were completely flat had to use all the pillows in the condo. Got home, and all her clothes and suitcases smelt like the apartment would not stay there again just because of the smell! Everything else in the apartment from the decor, the things that were provided were very good thought it was too much to ask renters to wash beach towels and put back if you use them that was too much they already are washing bath towels they could’ve washed the beach towels. We did abide by the request and washed and dried and folded the beach towels and put them back .

Great Place!
We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Marina. The condo was amazing and very home like environment. The pool was just as wonderful. Christian and Christina were great to work with. The property is beautiful. We plan to come back next year.

We enjoyed an excellent two weeks in the Royal Marina condo. The apartment is extremely comfortable very well equipped with all the day-to-day necessities. We particularly liked the nautical theme in the lounge area and the convenience of the balcony facility off the lounge/master bedroom. The condo hosts did an excellent job in preparing the place for our arrival and keeping us informed throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend. One of the best locations we have stayed at.

Would Stay Again!
We were very impressed with the condo. It was more than expected - outstanding & loved the binder of details along with the constant communication with owners when having questions. The location was great you could walk or bike if not wanting to drive to the different locations(parks, beach & other activities ). The others staying within the Avalon location were very nice and polite. We would definitely come back again.

A Gem in Clearwater!!
This property is absolutely a GEM!! From before our vacation to the end, everything was perfect. Cristian was beyond helpful with not only the information provided on the property listing, but provided additional recommendations for the area - food, nightlife, family fun, beaches, parking - you name it! The accommodations were absolutely beautiful!! Beautiful seaside vibe, beds were so comfy (my daughters said they need beds just like them). All the amenities listed on the description and more. Also, provided were beach chairs, cooler and if you have younger children beach toys. Enjoyed our breakfasts outside on the patio/deck. Pool was refreshing, not crowded and very tranquil. The location cannot be any better - there was a great bar and grill not even a 1 minute walk from the condo. Grocery store right across the street was so convenient! Short drive to beaches - which we enjoyed 4 different ones. Definitely would recommend this accommodation - if we make another trip out to Clearwater will definitely we coming back here. THANK YOU Cristian and Cristina for a most enjoyable experience for me and my family!

Perfect Family Getaway
A perfect location. Close to Clearwater for a great beach day and a nice, large pool for the mornings and evenings. Large beds for parents and two large beds for each child (2). Nice extra to have two full bathrooms. Decor made you feel like you were at a beach vacation and tied it all together. Great communication with the owners - they were thoroughly helpful throughout. Would look forward to booking again in the future and inviting one of our friends to be in the condo next door. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
