Ceci est la deuxième de Christine's Harbour House Rental.
À quelques pas des charmantes boutiques du centre-ville, des restaurants et des pubs.
Le maître et la deuxième chambre ont des lits queen size. La troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent être utilisés comme un lit king sur demande.
Il y a une télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre ainsi qu'une grande télévision à écran plat HD dans le salon.
Nous avons pris grand soin de vous fournir tous les conforts de la maison.
À l'arrière, vous trouverez non seulement un patio avec moustiquaire mais une salle de jeux couverte. Nous avons mis en place une table de baby-foot, un trou de maïs et des dames.
Notre maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Ce n'est pas une maison de fête. Nous vous demandons de respecter notre maison et nos voisins en ne respectant pas les restrictions de bruit de 22 heures.
Nos clients nous ont dit qu'ils avaient adoré cette villa et son accès facile à pied. Lors de votre séjour, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Tampa Bay. Profitez de votre séjour avec des équipements et services comme une cuisine et un patio disponibles dans cette villa.

Excellent stay and beautiful house!!
We have stayed in many homes before and I must say, this one was perfect. The house was super clean and very well equipped from linens to dishes and cooking utensils. It was even equipped to enjoy the beach with chairs and towels which is very unusual. Again thank you and if we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay in this house again. We highly recommend this home for 2 - 3 couples or a family with children. It is very comfortable and also has outdoor games to enjoy family time.

Paradise In Safety Harbor!
This place was amazing!We stayed for 4 days/nights & truly enjoyed our time.This villa is absolutely stunning from the beautiful decor & layout to the incredible location. The villa is only minutes walking distance from Main St. where all the restaurants/bars & waterfront are located.Christine was a wonderful host. Very responsive and accommodating. She even had a bottle of wine, snacks & water for when we arrived.We highly recommend this place!We will definitely be coming back!Thank you Christine!

Love this place! Outdoor kitchen in the back and front covered patio with seating in front made outside living easy! Updated kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Home was spotless and you can see the attention to detail in everything! Would go back in a heartbeat. Cute yellow electric car to rent !

Great location and beautiful place
The owners have done an amazing job at setting. up their rental properties. Anything you may think you need is probably there. We brought coffee pods and it was a coffee pot and thankfully, they had coffee and filters. I left coffee to replace what we used but, it was nice to not have to run to the store as soon as we got there. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Highly recommend!

Minimal impact to Villa due to Hurrican Helene. Did have some of the downtown without power the first two days. Villa was very good. Would have liked a light above the bathroom sink rather than just the ceiling lights.

Best kept secret-Safety Harbor!
Very convenient location to Clearwater, Tampa and St. Pete. Beaches close too! Quaint waterfront town. Walking distance to main street but quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed walking our dog there. Owners nice and quick to respond to questions. Place was immaculate. No detail forgotten. Had everything you needed. Will definitely visit again!

The Villa in July 2024
I stayed here for a week in July on a business trip, and Christine's Villa added a whole lot of Pleasure! She was the perfect host, making sure that I had everything I needed without being at all intrusive. The property is exactly as advertised: small but well equipped with everything you might need as a single person (like me) or a romantic couple (we might be next time!). I particularly liked the barn doors that allow you to open up the space or partition it for privacy. In particular, the shower was an impressive surprise: large, tall and glass walled, it is much more than you might expect in a small property like this. As for location, it was perfect: a short walk from the hubbub and excitement of Main St., but far enough away to be quiet at night. It was too hot in July for me to take advantage of the comfortable front porch seating but that would be lovely in the cooler months. As for host Christine, it is a testament to her planning and preparation that I never had to reach out to her, other than to say "Thank You" when I left. Thank you for the stay, Christine. I hope to be back soon. Ian

What a wonderful place!
The Harbor House was the perfect little get away for our stay! Everything went as expected, multiple tv’s to use, very clean and well kept, the rainfall shower was such a nice touch. I was delighted to meet one of the owners and get some insight on local dining establishments and activities, which everything suggested was great! Wish I had just a few more days. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

Loved the place, very cute. Felt very spacious, too. Great outdoor kitchen and patio, and location could not have been better. We did not need the car at all to get to restaurants, bars, shop, or the marina in Safety Harbor. Owners are very nice as well. Definitely recommend!

Loved the fenced in private patio. Was our favorite hangout space. Everything you could possibly want in a rental was there. Everything was so organized and spelled out. They thought of everything! Everything was as advertised even including comments of others before us. Everything was thought of to the smallest detail, including Ziploc bags, umbrella at the door, cream and sugar for coffee. Details Matter
This host knows what it means “the difference is in the details”. From the start of our stay to the end was easy and spot on. What a pleasure to walk into a place that was super clean including the refrigerator. Cold water and new bottle of creamer was waiting for us along with a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. Ice tray full of ice along with a bag of ice, beach chairs and towels were also provided. The bedding and bed is extremely comfortable and a great updated bath and shower was a plus. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the private patio and drinks in the evening. Great restaurants in walking distance. We like to book different places because we like variety but when we come back to this area we will be booking this place over and over again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and decorated in a fantastic way.. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything you could possibly need was there. There was even pamphlets about restaurants in the area and other things to do. The sitting area in front and back were very comfortable. It was in a good location, not to far from Tampa or clearwater.We had a amazing host . She even left us a bottle of wine Also a couple of chairs and beach and towels. We would definitely stay here again. She thought of everything .
