Welcome to a home that embodies an open and airy atmosphere, designed to uplift your spirit. With minimal furnishings, we’ve preserved the essence of tranquility. The beach-inspired decor seamlessly connects to your Tropical Paradise, featuring a Modern Saltwater Pool (heated from Nov 1st thru May 1st) and a NEW outdoor shower that invites you to embrace the beauty of nature. You may find it hard to return indoors.

The master bedroom is a spacious haven with a king-sized bed and its own luxurious bathroom, while the other rooms also boast king beds and ample closet space. The kitchen is crafted to enhance the flow of the home, creating a harmonious, expansive environment.

As you move through the space, you’ll feel the inviting connection to the back patio and pool, just steps away, beckoning you to relax and rejuvenate.

Getting Around:
We provide a 6-passenger golf cart for FREE! Having a golf cart is a GAME CHANGER! It's a wonderful way to travel back and forth to the beach for several reasons:

1. Most of the 27 beach entrances in Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) have dedicated FREE golf cart parking. In contrast, parking for cars is restricted to residents at all but one of the beach entrances. The one public parking lot fills up quickly after 10:30 or 11:00 AM, making it nearly impossible to find a spot if you leave and come back in one day. With the golf cart, you can go back and forth all day long, even at sunset.

2. It's great for easily loading your gear and transporting the family to and from the beach.

3. The third row of seating folds down to create a cargo bed. The golf cart can reach speeds of about 20 miles per hour, is street-legal, and is perfect for trips to restaurants and bars as well.

4. Green-painted parking spots are designated for golf carts only.

A wonderful stay!
We had a great time at this property. The house was very spacious and fully equipped, we weren’t missing anything. The backyard was exceptional with a heated inground pool, barbecue and lounge chairs. The location was Half a block away from the beach, so definitely walkable and all the beach toys, chairs and umbrella were available to us. There was also a golf cart available for use. The hosts were great! They made sure we had all the info we needed. Will definitely go back. We loved it!

This house had it all! I was overly impressed with the amount of essentials provided for trips to the beach and even floaties for the little one in the pool. This was a tremendous help for travelers who fly in like we did. The cleanliness of the house was excellent. The location to the beach was about a block and a half away to a walk on access, a little further to a parking acess but not out of the way. The neighborhood was clean and we felt very safe. The house was a great location in comparison to all the surrounding cities in the area to provide many things to see and do.

All the bells and whistles!
From before we even left for our vacation the host Alisha sent us suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. The check in process was seamless! And then the house, it is amazing but the outdoor space is spectacular. The description doesn't do it justice. It has everything that you could ever think you would need, baby gear, beach sand toys, a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, FULLY stocked kitchen from baking sheets and Pyrex to corn holders and basting brushes oh and a fancy Kuerig that brewer a pot or a cup. We really felt like we were at home for the week. Safe to say best family vacation!

Beautiful home in restful neighborhood
The home was very comfortable. The pool was sparkling and we were visited daily by the wonderful birds in the nature preserve that the property backs up to. The property owners allowed us to check in early. The golf cart was a hit with my SIL. He drove it everywhere. The ONLY recommendation I would give is for blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that. It was a great vacation home to spend a week with your family.

This house was spectacular it had everything we needed plus extra’s that we didn’t get to use. Five stars! The attention to details was absolutely amazing. Fantastic house and location!
This house was perfect for vacation for our family of five. Very clean, well stocked, and just a beautiful house! It was wonderful to have the pool, which we used almost daily! Fantastic location in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was great to have the golf cart to make quick trips to stores and restaurants, and to take supplies to the beach. We never had any trouble finding parking at the beach. The house is located in a very central location, close to Clearwater, Tampa, and St Petersburg. We enjoyed exploring the area! We would absolutely rent this house again!

Great Beach Vacation Spot!
We stayed at this beautiful cottage for a long weekend with friends but would definitely consider coming back with the whole family. The cottage is spacious, clean, fully updated, beautiful and beachy on the inside. The backyard is private with a lovely heated pool. Beach access is a short walk away. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you might need. Cottage also stocked with plenty of towels, beach and pool gear.

Wonderful house and location
Our family spent 12 days at this Indian Rocks Beach home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, the beach and nearby pickleball courts. We also enjoyed walking through the Nature Preserve. The home is very comfortable and worked well. The kitchen was well designed and well stocked, something you do not find in all rental homes. We especially enjoyed the pool and the golf cart. Those were great additions. Thank you so much for allowing our family and furry friends to enjoy your home. All the best to you!

Amazing house!
We loved this house. It is stocked with everything you need - both in the house and at the pool or beach. There are chairs, a beach wagon, floats, umbrellas, towels, lots of kitchen gadgets, etc, etc. Having the golf cart to use was absolutely the best. Easy parking and easy to get around. It has seatbelts so we were very comfortable even with a toddler with us. Nice open layout. Awesome pool. Great communication from property owners. Great location - convenient to everything. We definitely plan to return!

Our first impression was how beautifully maintained the home is, as well as how deceivingly large it is! So roomy, well-stocked, and spotless. My whole family loved the pool, I think we swam in that more than we were actually at the beach. Alisha was super helpful and responsive with my questions and requests. I would stay again the next time we travel down there! Highly recommend!

Wonderful house for our family
Had a lovely time at this beach house. The pool was the highlight, and our kids absolutely loved swimming in it multiple times per day. The beach is an easy walk, and our dog loved the dog park just around the corner, but it all eventually came back to the pool; we skipped the beach on our last two days there in favor of the swimming right in the backyard.
