La maison
Entrez par de doubles portes dans le grand hall d'accueil avec vue immédiate sur l'océan et la buanderie hors du foyer.

La cuisine complète a des armoires personnalisées et une vue sur l'océan et comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable avec un grand réfrigérateur, une cuisinière à dessus lisse, un four, un four micro-ondes et des casseroles, des casseroles, de la vaisselle et de la verrerie, un bar dans la cuisine.

La salle à manger près de la cuisine peut accueillir quatre personnes où vous pourrez profiter d'un dîner relaxant à la maison.

Il y a deux grandes chambres avec lits king size, salle de bain complète en suite et grand placard. Profitez d'entendre les vagues frapper la plage pour vous bercer la nuit dans la chambre côté océan qui dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et de portes coulissantes en verre avec accès privé séparé à la véranda avec moustiquaire. La deuxième chambre donne sur le jardin avec un coin bureau, une imprimante et une télévision à écran plat.

Le condo a des planchers de tuiles blanches immaculées partout, de la peinture blanche partout, une cuisine personnalisée blanche et toutes les salles de bains personnalisées blanches.

La propriété
Il y a un abonnement à la piscine inclus avec cette location et la piscine est à quelques pas du condo. La piscine comprend un bain à remous. Il y a un bar de la piscine et un restaurant complet avec de la musique certains soirs à côté de la piscine. Des chaises de plage sont fournies à la plage.

La zone
Le condo est à une courte distance en voiture de Red Hook qui est célèbre pour sa vie nocturne avec beaucoup de choix de restaurants. Une marina et un bureau de marina où vous pouvez prendre des bateaux à moteur charter ou des voiliers pour des excursions d'une journée. Il y a un ferry pour les gens et un ferry pour St John et des ferries pour les îles Vierges britanniques. Il y a Chelsey Drug Store et Moe's Grocery Store ainsi qu'une station-service, des magasins de vêtements et un salon de manucure.

L'Ile
Passez la journée à Charlotte Amalie, où le bateau de croisière doc et vous trouverez des boutiques avec des vêtements, des bijoux et des souvenirs dans ce quartier historique de shopping sur le magnifique front de mer. Amazing Weekend!
The photos do not do this place justice. Perfect villa for two couples! There is enough separation for privacy but beautiful shared spaces to enjoy together. The bay itself is gorgeous. Our meal at the onsite restaurant, Caribbean Fish Market was our best meal of the week….and we paid alot more at other places in Red Hook. Holly really looked after us during our stay. Extremely responsive and she made sure we knew about a tsunami alert.and when it was cancelled.

very good place to stay
We are two couples in the trip, and we have a good experience of staying with this property. The property locates in a gated community with quiet neighborhood. There are all necessary facilities in the complex, pool, hot tub, beach bar and the restaurant, all with walking distance. It is also close to the town of Red Hook where you can have more restaurants, bars, grocery and the ferry to go to St. John Island and BRVI. The best thing for this property is that our unit is just steps away from the beach as described. You can either seat on the screened patio to enjoy the view of the beach or walk down to it very conveniently. There are two king-bed rooms with their own bathroom separately. It is good for either two couples to share or a family staying. The unit is clean and neat. We have all necessary things for the daily life. We rent a car in the island, and we have no difficult to find parking place in the community. We had a wonderful and relax vacation here.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Holly’s condo. It has so much to offer and it is suited for a variety of family types. We sat out on the screened in porch in the early mornings and late evenings watching and listening to the waves! A Great Stay
We had a great stay at this condo. Great space for two couples. Lots of TVs and space for everyone. A nice location with water views. Easy to get a cab and a quick ride to ferry to go to St. John. Owner provides tons of great information on the island and in the area surrounding in a digital guidebook. Condo had everything we needed for our stay including beach towels and pool and beach toys. Also there is a nice restaurant next door and it was so great to have in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Paradise in the perfect location
My husband and I stayed here with another couple. This place was in the perfection location, it was the perfect space and we had the best time! It’s not easy to find a 2 bedroom with 2 king beds, so this was perfect. It’s literally steps away from the beach. She even has floaties, coolers, etc. for you to use. Everything was very clean. Holly has thought of everything that you may need for your vacation. She not only sends you all the details in advance but there is a binder there as well with all the info.

Great place for our first time on the island
Overall we really enjoyed the condo and had a great time on the island. It was our first time visiting the Virgin Islands so we didn't know what to expect. Here's some highlights: Location - The east end is wonderful and not crowded. Loved the proximity to Red Hook for dining, groceries, and to get on the ferry. Also close to other beaches and resorts. The property - the very private feeling beach was great, lots of amenities. The pool and restaurants were great too. We spent a lot of time on the property! The condo - the condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great view of the beach and loved that there is a private walkway just steps away from the beach as advertised! Holly has everything covered in the condo, everything you need for a great stay is available to use. Holly was so helpful and very easy to contact. She has great resources for anything you might need, all in the app, which was so helpful and informative. She answered questions so quickly, it really put us at ease not having been on the island before. Really felt safe and conformable knowing they are on a generator for power. I have heard since booking that not all places have a generator and it's a good idea to look for a place with it. All in all, the vrbo was great, we have really no complaints and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Holly!

3 day weekend
Me and my two daughters had a great stay. First, holly is probably the best Vrbo host I have ever worked with- she was available for any question / issue. The home itself is very comfortable and has two very separate private bedrooms which were great, but then a nice sized common area to hang out in. It was a bit too hot to be out on the porch for our stay but it’s a lovely view of the beach and Palm trees. Absolutely anything you could need was in the unit with amazing labeling, easy to use instructions for everything. We were also able to get in early as the cleaning had been done before our arrival. Overall truly an excellent stay it really felt like being at home. Thanks again!!!!

This condo did not disappoint! From the comfortable accommodations to the location on the beach, this condo comes equipped with everything you need in the kitchen (except food), coolers, rafts and towels for the beach. The condo is also located a couple of miles from Red Hook which has many tasty restaurants and the marina where you can catch the ferry. Holly the host is easy to work with and provides a plethora of information about the condo and local activities. Our favorite restaurants in Red Hook were- Pesce for Italian food and Agave for Mexican, both were excellent. Highly recommend taking the ferry to St. John and visiting Trunk and Maho Bays. On St. Thomas, make sure to go to Magens Bay, but coordinate your visit on a day there aren’t any cruise ships. Saphire beach, close to the condo was beautiful and had a good beach bar/restaurant.

Perfect Paradise
Holly is a superior host! Holly proactively communicated a beautiful online Welcome Book which provided all the fine details we needed to ensure we had everything we needed when we arrived. She always welcomed questions and responded timely both prior to our stay and during our stay. The property is cozy with everything you need to enjoy your time at the condo, on the beach, or by the pool. We loved the screened in balcony! It was perfect in the morning while relaxing with coffee or in the evening enjoying a cocktail. Restaurants/Bar right now the beach were easy to get to and delish! This mom and dad had an amazing and relaxing stay and we would choose this again on our next trip to STT!

So Relaxing!
With the close proximity to crystal blue waters and two restaurants in walking distance, we found it hard to pry ourselves from this location to go explore. Nicely appointed condo, few minor blips but nothing major. Holly was always available with a prompt response. Everyone agreed we would come back and stay at this exact location again. Book a Sunset cruise, super fun.

St. Thomas Paradise
The unit was better than the description. We had two couples staying the week. Although we ate out most meals, we did cook breakfasts, one dinner and some reheating. There were plenty pots and pans including granite stone non stick. There was an ample supply of coffee K-Pods. The furniture was clean and comfortable with a couch and two recliners in the living room and two recliners in the garden bedroom. There was two tables, one inside and one on the screened in covered patio both seating four. Our wives loved all the pillows on the beds. Personally one is enough for me. Both of us guys have back issues so mattresses are crucial. When I first sat on the bed and felt how soft the mattress was I thought for sure I would be sleeping on the couch. To my surprise the mattress was very comfortable and neither one of us had a problem. The view out the front was amazing!! Palm trees, beach and ocean with several shades of blue. Once you exited the unit your feet were in the ocean in under two minutes. Being an inclosed bay the waves were minor and the water was in the 80's. The one major complaint we had is that the time went by way too fast. I should of booked more than the one week.

St Thomas at Cowpet Bay
Our condo was beautiful and was right on the beach. Beds were super comfortable and house well stocked.

Island Getaway
The property was beautiful. One of our well traveled guests said it was the nicest he has seen. Everything is there on the resort. Restaurants, beach, beautiful harbor, amazing views both day and night, pool. Holly was a fantastic host, responding to all my txts within minutes. I cannot think of anything to complain about. It was just wonderful. We expect to be back!

Exceptional place on St Thomas!!
Absolutely the very best place to stay on St Thomas! Calm beautiful beach that is peaceful and family friendly. Condo is very very well equipped, every dish or utensil or cup or appliance you could need! Washer dryer looked new! Best view of beach, water, islands from veranda! Screened in veranda made sitting outside better than all of the other condos! Fans everywhere but great ac for night time sleeping! Holly is the best!!! Hope we get to come back! Cowpet Bay beats all the other areas!
