Un super condo de vacances - Parfait pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants! Entièrement rénové avec une toute nouvelle cuisine, mobilier de chambre et tout le confort de la maison ici à St. Thomas! Nous gérons des vues à un million de dollars, mais au cas où nous aurions un représentant sur l'île pour s'occuper de vous également!

C'est notre maison loin de chez nous; nous l’aimons tellement, nous passons une partie de notre été avec nos enfants ici à profiter de la vue magnifique et de la belle eau.

Vos vacances d’aventure commencent avec notre équipement de plongée en apnée gratuit, nos chaises de plage et une glacière. Dirigez-vous vers la plage de Coki pour faire de la plongée avec tuba ou apprendre à plonger. Prenez un bateau charter et explorez les îles Vierges, il y a tant de criques, criques, sites de plongée et de plongée à St. Thomas et St. John, vous ne pouvez pas les voir tous lors de votre premier voyage!

Voulez-vous juste vous détendre? Détendez-vous sur certaines de nos plages calmes et calmes. La plage de Lindquist (parc de la baie de Smith) se trouve à un kilomètre et demi. Megans Bay, célèbre dans le monde entier, est à environ 15 minutes en voiture.

Great studio for a couple
The view from the balcony is every bit as beautiful as the pictures indicate....more so since you are there! The apartment was fine for a couple with a fully equipped kitchen and shower bathroom. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom, which is where you enter the apartment, and it works fine, although we only used it for a few days when it was really humid, otherwise, we opened the windows and let the breeze below through. Nights were very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and on the firmer side, which was perfect for our backs! The location is on the far eastern side of St Thomas with St Johns and many cays visible from the balcony. For the most part, it's quiet and if you hear loud music, it usually quiets down by early evening, unless there is a concert somewhere near by. Passing boats also play music but again, usually quiet down early and/or quickly. Security is good. The coquis (sounds like 'ko-kee', a type of frog) are pleasant to listen to at night. We tried many different grocery stores in the area and the one we thought best was in the Tutu Park Mall about 1/2 way there from the airport....it is in the small mall as K-mart, at the opposite end and called The Market (on your left on the way to the apartment). It seemed to have the best variety of produce. We would definitely rebook if we head to St Thomas again.

Incredible property
Hands down the most scenic property we have ever stayed at! Very clean, well stocked with essentials. Staff at the property was helpful. Conveniently located to restaurants, stores and beaches. There was delicious food options on site and nearby at Margaritaville. There were alot of stairs but it wasn’t a deal breaker by any means. Can’t wait to come back!

That view though…
This unit had everything we needed for our little vacation. The resort property was very safe feeling with the security staffed entrance/exit. The onsite and nearby restaurants/bars were handy. I highly suggest renting a car. Once you learn the lay of the land, it’s a great location for home base—close to nice beaches, groceries, Red Hook. The owners communication was helpful & appreciated. We will return. Oh, and that view…too bad it wouldn’t fit in my suitcase!

Wonderful experience!!
We absolutely loved staying in these accommodations. We were coming to St Thomas for a wedding and wanted a location that had some amenities onsite as well be in a location close enough to other places. This was perfect! We loved arriving and having the ability to dine at the restaurant in the resort. It had amazing views! We also loved being able to wake up and sit on the balcony that overlooked the most gorgeous view. There’s three different pools and another breakfast/lunch spot right on the water! We took an easy and quick walk over to Coki beach one day as well! The apartment had all the amenities we needed and we really loved the location! We took a safari bus to redhook, had some lunch, and the headed over to St John which is just a 20 minute ferry ride! The apartment was very cozy and perfect for the amount of time we were spending in it. We have already recommended this place to friends and family and would definitely stay again!

AMAZING CONDO! Look no further...
I can't believe how lucky we were to find this condo. We have never been to St. Thomas before and really had no idea what to expect. The condo was located just a short drive (25 mins at most) from everywhere we wanted to go. It is in a gated community so we felt really safe going "home". The condo was clean, the kitchen had everythingwe needed to cook and everything was nice quality and properly taken care of. The condo is technically a studio but the bedroom is in the back so I could be up while my husband slept. The view was amazing and we couldn't have found a better more convenient, comfortable place. We were given a code to open our door(super easy check-in) and our host gave us a ton of info to help us navigate the island. Here is what we learned from our first trip: 1. RENT A CAR... It would have majorly sucked not being able to run to the store or go eat at the last minute if we had to wait for a taxi. I really liked the flexibilty of being able to go when and where I wanted. Just rent a car. 2. The beaches don't have mile long shore lines and no rolling waves like Hawaii. That's why the snorkling is so good. We visited a couple of beaches a day. There are so many places to go! 3. Kmart, believe it or not was a great palce to shop for alcohol, gifts, t-shirts etc... cheaper than any place we went 4. Go to St. Jon. We took the car ferry. Loads of beaches and hiking trails. I didn't hike but will definitly do so next time. 5. It's expensive! We made a very small grocery run and ended up paying $150. I read somewhere to pack more expensive food items and frozen food, like meat, in your check-in bag. Depending on how long your flight is it will still be frozen or atleast cold when you arrive. 6. Just go!

Beautiful view, lots of stairs
We loved walking to cook beach, margaritaville(they don’t mind if u use their pool) the only downside was the amount of stairs and hiking. From the waterfront it’s about 7 flights up on uneven dimly lit steps. The room was perfect, quiet, spacious, close to a lot of great things, but if you aren’t an athlete, this may not be the right place for you.

The owner of the property was very respectful, helpful and friendly. She was happy to answer all our million questions that we had. She was so helpful calming us down during the storm. She was patient and kind. Her house was very clean and she even had snacks and drinks for us. By far she is one of the best customer service we experienced when travelling. I would stay here any time I travel to St. Thomas. You will not have regrets if you rent her house.

Hmm, where to start- Beautiful views, resort was clean. We didn't rent a vehicle but there were nearly always taxis available at the lobby and if not, we waited 5 mins tops for one to arrive. Shoreline grill was very tasty. The private beach was perfect when we wanted to lay low after a busy day. The only noise you really heard was music from Coki beach and Margaritaville but otherwise the area is very peaceful and relaxing. I didn't mind the rooster one bit in the morning because he was our alarm clock so we didn't sleep in (7am)! Overall, it's just as described. Would absolutely recommend! Thank you :)

Remote/quiet/relaxing stay!
Great time. Bed was comfortable, AC was amazing, bathroom/shower supplies fully stocked, beach towels and sunscreen available. We didn’t do any cooking but full kitchen available. Located right next to margaritaville - 5 min walk across the beach. 15 min walk to coki beach - highly recommend! The views were beautiful from the property! Highly recommend staying here!

Breath-taking
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we get back to St. Thomas we will definitely stay here. The view was spectacular, the host was responsive and very friendly. She was able to help us with everything from smooth-check in, to car rental suggestions, to how to spend our time before we left. The space was clean and welcoming! Staying here made our visit just that much nicer. Would recommend 100% without hesitation.

Great place to stay.
The condo was even better than I expected! It had everything we needed, and the view is gorgeous! Restaurants, the grocery store, and the ferry to St. John are all a short drive away. There's a trail down the hill to get to the Shoreline Grill or to Coki Beach. The cute beach on property is very small, but don't miss it. The views are stunning.

This place has a great view from the balcony and living room/kitchen toward the distant islands. I made breakfast and ate it on the balcony most mornings, and ate at the Shoreline Cafe on the other mornings. The biggest issue for us, as seniors, was climbing the stairs and all walking within the Pt Pleasant resort was steep ups and downs. But it was centrally located on the East end, near Coral World, Coki beach and you could walk to Margaritaville.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great! The directions that are written out are a little hard to follow but that’s about the only negative I have to say and it really wasn’t bad! The host had snacks and drinks waiting in the fridge, the view was incredible, it was a 5 min drive to the restaurants, and walking distance to margarita ville and coki beach! The place itself was clean, had fans and air conditioning, tons of towels to use. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Updated unit...Amazing view!
The view from the balcony is by far the best part of this rental. The unit was clean, updated and just enough space for my husband and I. A little strange that you open the front door right into the only bedroom, but you get used to it. We took full advantage of the free shuttle service anywhere on the property. The hills throughout Point Pleasant were ridiculous to walk. We loved Shoreline Grill! Property was also very conveniently located to Red Hook and other nearby destinations. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great setup perfect location
The property is located on a hillside offering spectacular ocean views, and great resort amenities. Don’t be scared of the stairs, it was a non issue and talked up to me more of a problem than they were. Overall pleasant experience.
