Ce condominium rénové avec goût, est une vraie maison loin de la maison. Il contient toutes les nécessités de ménage vous aurez besoin et plus encore. L'emplacement en bord de mer vous permet de se endormir et se réveiller aux sons des vagues. On peut prendre une photo de la lever sans sortir du lit.

Ce est vraiment un emplacement privilégié sur l'île, puisque l'on peut passer les vacances ensemble sans laisser Bolongo Bay. Bolongo a trois des restaurants les plus populaires à Saint-Thomas: homard Grill, Iggies et Mims. Lobster Grill propose de la musique live et une ambiance romantique, Iggies a tout ce que vous pouvez manger jours et des soirées karaoké, et Mims (une famille détenue et exploitée authentique restaurant de fruits de mer des caraïbes) sert de loin le meilleur homard sur l'île. Bolongo Bay possède également son propre club de plongée, qui fournit une gamme complète de services, par exemple: plongée instruction / excursions, des excursions de plongée en apnée et la location d'équipement. En outre sur la plage, vous pouvez trouver location de jet ski et des excursions. En outre, il ya 2 sont court de tennis, trois piscines, un terrain de beach volley, et une petite grotte pour explorer à la pointe orientale de la baie.

Il ya aussi un petit hôtel exploité de famille portant le nom de la baie, Bolongo Bay Beach Resort. Il est connu pour hosintg mariages somptueux sur la plage et de la planification des excursions en catamaran (bateau nommé: Jours célestes; amarré sur Bolongo Bay).

Toutefois, si vous êtes intéressé à explorer le reste de l'île, vous êtes très proche de la plupart des points d'intérêt. (Voir la carte) En outre, il ya des ferries qui vous conduiront à d'autres des États-Unis et les îles Vierges britanniques à partir de Marina Bay Couronne et Red Hook Marina.

Great location - details though
PRO's:- Great location. Far enough from airport, yet close enough to areas we wanted to see. - Unit was clean, extra's were nice (towels, linens). - Ductless AC was really nice to have in each bedroom as well as main area. Slept 4 comfortably. - Description was accurate. - Communication with host was great. CON's:- GPS address not provided. Had to find complex using local restaurant address. Phoned host to get building number and unit number. Host stayed on phone until we arrived at unit and were able to get in. Very friendly and accommodating.- Handle for sliding door broken. Phoned host and door was fixed. Nice job by host.- Both siding doors (from kitchen and MBR to outside deck) nearly impossible to move - now I understand the broken handle. Only got worse as the week went on. Took all we had to open/close doors.- Shower door for main bath would not close due to poor fit, so door had to remain partially open.- Shower controls exceptionally sensitive - nearly impossible to adjust without being too hot/cold - esp in 2nd BR.- WiFi password provided, but documentation did not include name of network. Network name was not intuitive to unit we were in. Had to 'guess' which network to access.- Dresser missing drawer pull - found in another drawer. Made it hard to open drawers. - Folder with restaurants / attractions outdated - some from 2010. Prices inaccurate.- Better work with the details above would have made for an even better experience.

We loved the island. Our rental property could have used a couple more blankets and pillows. It also needs a can opener. The view and weather were amazing. Driving was crazy fun. The snorkeling was gorgeous.

The location and the view are perfect .The condo could use some updating . Water temps for showering was sporadic. I did contact the owner and they tried to resolve the problem. It was a little better but still I think they needed a new water heater. The owner was very good and communicated back to me that he had contacted maintenance. The unit needs a better housekeeping crew. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place with ocean view!
We really enjoyed staying at this place. It had all the amenities we needed and a beautiful ocean view. There is a beach nearby within 3-4 minute walk. We didn’t use it much as we preferred to go to Sapphire beach. The place was perfect for a quiet family vacation.

very nice property for family of four. New updates to rooms and appliances and patio furniture made it quite comfortable with great views, would stay here again in future hopefully soon! Quick walk to Bolongo Beach resort for dinner and Mims restaurant steps away, enjoyed both and location to Red Hook for ferry nearby

After having 2 other condos in that area cancel on us we booked this one. The cost was less but it wasn’t worth the money. Sections of drywall missing in 3 separate areas. The dryer doesn’t work at all and we were not informed until the day we arrived. There is a leak in the kitchen coming from under the sink cabinet. The floors, walls, and wood work are filthy, and there is a strong musty smell. The main bedroom ceiling has a large water stain next to the sliding glass doors. Unfortunately the property has been neglected. Location is great(we always stay in that area) it’s a safe area with great views, and the bed was comfortable. Large balcony next the ocean. When communicating with the owners we had quick responses, but they said, they will look into everything or they will send a technician out but no one showed up while we were there. It’s sad because the condo has great potential.

Great Views
Steven’s unit as well sited right above the water's edge, with fantastic vistas across Bolongo Bay eastward. There are wonderful views from floor to ceiling sliders in both the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely and stylishly remodeled, and the kitchen was well appointed with tasteful dishware and silverware. For us “old folks” there are only 6 steps from the parking lot and this, as well as a view out of the bedroom were the most important factors for us. Most importantly, Steven is immediately responsive to any questions or concerns.

Breathtaking views, but the odor in the unit was offensive.
The owner was very responsive and was gracious when we contacted him. It was great that Mims & Iggies restaurants were in walking distance. The views from the condo balcony and sounds of the crashing waves were beyond awesome! We chose this place because it met our needs. We do not like to eat out for every meal. So the full kitchen was good. Our adult daughter and my sister were with us. The 2 full bathrooms & twin beds in the 2nd bedroom also met our needs. We come to the Caribbean often and love to stay right on the ocean. Therefore, we are used to the damp and sometimes slight dankness that the moisture can cause. But this place had a sickening smell. I opened the closet in the master bedroom and was almost knocked out by the putrid odor that emanated from it & into the unit. We'd done our shopping before getting to the condo, and had nothing to remedy this. The next day we went back to the store and bought several kinds of air fresheners to mask the smell... that didn't work. The unit was very dusty & NOT CLEAN. We called the owner and communicated this. He sent the cleaning person back, and it was still not clean. It was so dusty that my sister had a respiratory reaction. I understand that a surface cleaning between renters is typical, but this condo needs a deep cleaning! We spent as much time as we could outside. There are also two areas where the drywall is cut out and the living room furniture was uncomfortable. We made the best of it, but wouldn't stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect
It was great to be back to St Thomas. Our 2nd time staying at Estate Bolongo. Family of 4 spent 15 days in Steven and Lillian's condo and absolutely enjoyed every minute. Owners have wonderful communication, friendly neighbors, and conveniently located next to Mims restaurant. Quick drive to Redhook, our favorite hangout, and a few minutes more to Lindquist Beach, our favorite beach on the island. Couldn't have been happier and look forward to returning next year!

A wonderfu week at Vrbo 334398
First Steven chatted on the phone with me, answering ?s months before our trip. All information packets were terrific, materials in the condo also helped us to decide on things to do. My daughter (adult) and I found all directions easy to follow and liked Steven and Lillian's suggestions. The condo was wonderful. A galley kitchen completely stocked with pots and pans, silverware and other goodies. We loved the balcony where we read books, relaxed and just watched the water and the palm leaves moving. The apartment is comfortable, plenty of furniture. The Klimt art work in the living room and bedrooms made us feel like we were in a fashionable apt. The apt was easy to enter and leave:the door was easy to work with. The apartment is close to grocery stores, Red Hook, and the main road that goes into Charlotte Amielia. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there were bureaus to contain our clothing. Beach chairs and games were readily available. The Bolongo beach and Mims were just a short walk away. Security cameras were on the property. I happily give the condo 5 stars.

Amazing Property for Family Vacation
The property and location are amazing. Just far enough off the beaten path to feel like you have your own tropical paradise but close enough to everything you need. Property is well equipped and the owners are very nice and communicative. This was the first trip for my kids off the "mainland' and they fell in love, many thanks to the property. Highly recommend and can't wait to get back.

Beautiful setting
Just had a wonderful few days at Watergate Villa. The condo had plenty of space for our family of four. The kitchen was well equipped (although being English I would have liked a kettle for tea- but we just used a saucepan) The beds were comfortable and it was lovely to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. There is air conditioning but we only used it once as there are sea breezes. We sat on the balcony every evening enjoying rum punches and admiring the beautiful ocean view. Steve and Lillian were very helpful with directions to their place and suggestions about places to visit. The next time we will try to go to The Stone Farmhouse. Unfortunately they were all booked up when we were there. Would love to return some day!
