Welcome to Siren's Point! Beautifully remodeled condo w/ amazing views! Grab a cocktail and watch the sunset while listening to the waves crashing below your private covered balcony or head over to the pool with your plastic cups and enjoy the sunset with the neighbors or while soaking in the pool. Situated on the southern cliffside of St. Thomas and centrally located between Downtown Charlotte Amalie & Red Hook, our place makes it easy to get to all of the best beaches, restaurants and shopping! Everything is ready for you to relax and embrace island time.

This spacious condo offers a fully stocked kitchen and many comforts of home, including two quiet A/C units and two large Smart TVs ready for streaming (65" in and 43") and Wi-Fi. Work remotely from paradise at our newly-added adjustable desk with large monitor. (Ready for your own computer, cords and accessories).
The following conveniences are offered, which are unusual for most rental units on island: Full-size Oven, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer AND our complex has its own Generator, so no worry of power outages here!

The bedroom provides the perfect retreat, with a very comfortable memory foam/hybrid King bed with quality linens, room darkening curtains and a 43" Smart TV on a swivel base that swings out from the wall. Nightstands are equipped with USB ports for charging devices.

While Siren's Point is the perfect romantic getaway for two, WE CAN ACCOMODATE A THIRD PERSON BY PROVIDING A HIGH QUALITY DOUBLE HIGH AIR MATTRESS, IF NEEDED.

Beach essentials, including towels, beach chairs and a cooler tote are provided for your fun-filled days at the beach!

There are three condo complexes on-site, which share access to all pools and the tennis courts. Our building is right next to the sunset pool at Sea Cliff. This is a popular evening gathering spot to take in the spectacular sunsets!

Don't feel like cooking while on vacation? No problem! There are two nearby restaurants within walking distance. Mim's Seaside Bistro (open for dinner only, reservations recommended) is located at the water's edge of Watergate condos. Iggie's Oasis Restaurant and Pool Bar is part of Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, which is a short walk down the beach. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with reasonable prices. Iggie's is known for its' fun island vibe and has live music on most nights. You can take a short drive into Havensight or go the other direction and head to Red Hook. Either way, there are plenty of restaurants to suit any taste!

Guests have access to some of the amenities at the Bolongo resort, including use of the beach (all beaches on the island are public and open to everyone), paddle boards/kayaks, dive shop, scuba classes, catamaran sails, snorkeling trips, etc. Be sure to contact the resort for pricing and scheduling details.

There's so much to explore on St. Thomas and even our sister island, St. John. Hiking Trails, Ruins, Snorkeling with Turtles, Swimming with Dolphins, Deep Sea Fishing, Parasailing, Zip Line, Rent A Dinghy, Day Sails, Sunset Sails, Charter a Boat to Spend the Day on the Water, Learn to Scuba/Certified Divers try out our great spots including wreck diving and diving for lobster. Location was convenient, it is about a 20 minute drive to anything that we wanted to do on the island. Local car rental would be highly recommend if staying @ Siren's Point. Condo had beach chairs, soft-sided cooler and ice packs for your beach days. The view from the balcony was fabulous. Mims Restaurant had good food within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay!

Great place, peaceful with an amazing view and the ocean waves constantly crashing against the rocks. Peaceful!! Short walk or drive to a beach. Two restaurants within walking distance but a rental car is a must. Host Xaverie was helpful and readily available at any time by text or phone to answer questions or give advise. Thanks!

Nice remote worker type location
The property is well furnished with all your needs. Located in a gated community. Very quiet and low key. You can walk to a local resort and restaurant to eat etc. the resort also offers cruises and snorkeling. Only thing is you need to be in shape as the area is hilly to walk to nearby places. I enjoyed my stay and will be back! Bring water shoes. The unit is equipped with beach essentials.

The property is lovely the host was attentive. The sounds of the ocean is majestic. We found mermaid shape clouds. The villa was so clean and organized so inviting which allowed us to relax. We met a few nice folks at the pool and my husband got to swim with some of the birds as they stopped by to cool off all in all this is a five star stay and we will be back

Great stay!
The property was awesome for our family of three. They left us a welcome kit! The kitchen was stocked with coffee, seasoning for cooking. A closet full of beach stuff and towels. The pool was right next to the unit and had the best view. Stores, eateries, and other beaches were a few miles away.

We loved our stay here! We had no trouble finding our way with the step by step instructions they provided on how to get there and get to the room. Perfect spot on the island
We really enjoyed our time in your condo, the spot is perfect with easy access to all of the beaches and easy access to shopping! The condo is just as listed with everything we needed for our stay! Being close to the sunset pool was also great! I for sure recommend renting a car as you do have to drive to one of the beaches but not a hard task! Taxis are just very expensive and unless you plan to not venture the island you will need a rental! I give the condo a 10 on cleanliness and communication with the host! We will for sure rent again!

Excellent Property & Location
We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It was just as described on the listing and had all the amenities. The views were spectacular and having the ocean literally right outside the balcony was amazing. The little beach there doesn’t get enough credit but if you want a peaceful experience with the ocean sounds, highly recommend walking over to the rock pile and just sitting for a while. We would certainly come back! Thank you for opening up your home.

I booked this listing at the last minute. I was actually staying at another resort that was not appealing so I found this listing and was so pleased. After communicating with the host she assured me that what I saw on the website will be the same in real time. When me and adult daughter arrived we was ecstatic. Excellent property and hosts!
This condo was beautiful! The hosts were amazing and very communicative from start to finish. They left snacks for us upon arrival. They provided information with all of their favorite things to do and local restaurants. We were grateful for such a clean and comfortable place. The pool overlooking the ocean was appreciated and the wifi was excellent. The view at the property was gorgeous and we enjoyed the balcony on many nights during our stay. Beaches are close by. Our favorite was Lindquist Beach! The staff around the property were courteous and it was a quiet place without any loud noise morning or night. There was a hair dryer avaipable for use and we enjoyed having a kitchen which made having groceries easy! When we left, the cleaning people came upon checkout and were very curteous as well. We did receive an e mail to let us know that someone would be entering the property to check the water meter, although we had previously texted with the owner. We weren't regularly checking e mail and had no idea someone had been there until 3 days later! We were a bit disappointed with that and would have appreciated a call or text, as we left our jewelry and especially our wedding rings on the bathroom counter in a jewelry box. A security code was provided to us for our stay and we didn't expect to find out someone would enter without us knowing. While I understand this needs to happen sometimes, we were not pleased.

Wonderful Spring Break Trip!
We absolutely loved our stay at Siren’s Point! The location is perfect! The condo is right next to one of the pools on the property and an easy walk down to Bolongo Bay. There’s a beautiful view from the balcony of the condo. The condo itself is very well maintained and had everything we needed. My only recommendation is to rent a car if you would like to do exploring outside of the immediate area. Otherwise we loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

Amazing location
This is a really great location. There’s nothing better than being connected to the large body of water and cliffs from just a step from the balcony, not to mention enjoying sunset and sunrise each day! Everything in this condo was so well kept, clean and fresh. The hosts were very nice and left goodies in the fridge which was so nice! The location is breathtaking by the way - if you love flowers, hills and the sea, this is your spot. Plus, it is not far away from town and other nearby resorts such as Bolongo Bay Resort and Limetree as well as Mim’s restaurant. My spouse and I would highly recommend this location for couples who are pretty independent and enjoy quiet time with nature.

Our Villa was very nice with a beautiful ocean view. The owner put a lot of time and detail into the decor and essentials in the home. The complimentary goodies were a super plus. Transportation was the biggest challenge with this location. It was very hard getting taxis to drive down to our building which was located in the back of the complex down a very steep hill. But we loved everything else about our stay.

We were disappointed with this property. It has been remodeled, as advertised. However, there is much construction going on in the complex. Banging and sawing started before 7:30 in the unit immediately above us, awakening us from sleep. The owner failed to send directions from the big red barge to the complex upon request, causing us stress. The proclaimed “beach” at nearby hotel is and has been nonexistent since the hurricanes many years ago. There is little to see in the area and very limited dining. Mims restaurant on the condo grounds was good for dinner. Catamaran charters are enjoyable next to the hotel.I suggest staying elsewhere if you want more than an expensive place to stay.

Amazing view and relaxing too
This unit is a second floor condo on a three story design. I’m often leery about this wondering “am I going to hear a lot of noise above me?”. I can honestly say we did not. The neighbors were very respectful of each other and it was as though we had the entire building to ourselves. Parking was never an issue, maybe the time of year, I don’t know but we never had a problem finding a spot. The balcony overlooks the ocean, which is literally 15ish yards from the shoreline. Unobstructed sunrise and sunset views, but we went to the pool deck to watch both on most occasions. Take some bug spray, they get hungry at dawn and dusk with low winds. The interior of the condo is just immaculate and laid out perfectly. I would recommend only running the AC while you’re there. The two separate units, one for the main living area and the one for her bedroom, are extremely effective at cooling the place down in a very short time. On demand water heater gives plenty of time and water to clean up after a day at the beach(es). The condo is every bit as nice as the pictures show it to be. The person we interacted with regarding our questions, Xaverie, was amazing!! Very responsive. We felt like the every concern we had was answered in a very timely manner (even the one after hours…thank you, Xaverie!). I really enjoyed not having the congestion of a resort in the evenings when we wanted time to relax in the evenings. The privacy of the condo location allowed us to have just that.
