Villa St Thomas est un endroit très privé situé sur 353 pieds de front de mer. La plage de notre association privée se trouve à 300 mètres à pied. .5 mile en voiture de la plage de Lindquist.
Nous sommes à un mile à l'ouest de Red Hook et de tous les restaurants locaux, à un mile à l'ouest du ferry qui va à Saint John et aux îles Vierges britanniques, et à un demi mile à l'est de la célèbre plage de Lindquist.
Notre maison est composée de trois parties qui ont toutes accès à notre piscine et notre bain à remous Infinity très privés.
Notre tarif de location est basé sur 8 personnes, chaque invité sur 8 est 100 $ par personne et par nuit. Lorsque la location est pour 10 personnes, le chalet est inclus dans le tarif de location.

Nous recommandons fortement l'assurance de voyage en raison des conditions météorologiques.

La maison principale
3 chambres à coucher.
La chambre principale a deux salles de bains.
Les 2ème et 3ème chambres ont chacune leur propre salle de bain ou peuvent être utilisées comme suite familiale.
Grande cuisine, salle à manger, peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes à l'intérieur et jusqu'à 8 à table près de la piscine et un grand salon avec télévision grand écran pour se détendre.
Toutes les zones ont un accès direct à la piscine.

LE NIVEAU INFÉRIEUR Accessible par les escaliers extérieurs au niveau inférieur par la piscine.
A une chambre avec lit King size, coin salon, salle de bain et une chambre avec lit queen et jumeaux.
Idéal pour une petite famille.

Il y a un grand pont sur l'océan depuis les niveaux inférieur et supérieur.
Depuis le pont inférieur, ce sont 20 marches qui descendent vers l’océan pour faire du snorkeling et du kayak.

CHALET
Ceci est situé à 8 pieds à l'est de la cuisine de la maison principale et dispose d'une chambre avec lit king, salle de bain, cuisine et salon avec une terrasse privée, idéal pour un couple qui veut juste un peu plus d'intimité. Le chalet est inclus avec les locations de 10 personnes.

Il y a deux enclos de jeu pour les nourrissons mais nous ne les installons pas. Toute responsabilité résultant d'une installation incorrecte relève de la responsabilité du locataire!

Beautiful property with privacy for all. House is in great condition and has an amazing northwest view for sunsets over the pool. Lots of interior and exterior space. Manager is a local with lots of good advice for fishing, snorkeling, restaurants, etc. enjoy!

Amazing Home and view
This is truly an amazing house designed to maximize the beautiful ocean views. They thought of everything! The nicest home we’ve ever stayed in. We had a group of 10 and never felt cramped. Space abounds and again the view! Pool/hot tub and deck is amazing sitting on a small cliff just above the surf. We will return!!!

Absolutely Stunning Villa
Our family stayed at this villa over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. The villa itself is extremely spacious (good for those moments when a large, extended family just needed a little space!) and impeccably cared for. There wasn’t a single item we ever came across that was not there and very easy to access as needed. If you like to cook, you will love the kitchen! It worked beautifully to prepare an entire, traditional Thanksgiving dinner. If you are also like us, the beds and bedding matter a lot, and everyone remarked about how comfortable they were. Everything described about the villa is highly accurate. Kent and Brent were friendly, terrific to work with, and extremely responsive. Brent even just checked in once or twice during the trip to ensure everything was ok. 5 stars for customer service! We have stayed on STT several times over the years and found this home to be truly special, and that’s before even mentioning the decks with all the views. The down island view of STJ and the BVIs is spectacular! The location in a private gated community about 1 mile from Red Hook and everything there was a huge plus as well. Overall, we lived everything about the villa and would highly recommend it.

Great trip
We spent a week here and had the best time. The house was perfect for our family. Everyone had space and there was enough space for our family of 6 to sit around the table and play cards. We really enjoyed the pool. The views were amazing. Brent was a HUGE help and was quick to answer anytime we had a question about house / St Thomas. He had a HUGE impact on why our trip was so amazing. We will definitely try and come back!

Best week ever
We had the best time in St Thomas and it had everything to do with our first few steps on the island. Brent was texting with us at the airport to give us instructions and directions to the house. He met us at the house and gave us a complete tour and run down on how things work. When we walked into the house you could hear the collective gasp when everyone saw how beautiful it was and our incredible view. This house is spectacular and they have thought of everything. We needed nothing the entire week. Brent was available for questions and recommendations and we can not thank him enough for recommending Chef Angelo. This was the highlight of our dining experience. We can not say enough about our week on the island. All 7 of us have memories that will last a lifetime. The pictures do not do this house justice. Highly recommend this 5 star property. I would rent again in a heart beat.

This house is absolutely stunning - Every comfort at your fingertips, and if you need anything Brent is fantastic! Brent helped us a ton planning ahead of time, all of his recommendations were fabulous!! Loved the pool, the hot tub, the views, the bedrooms and all the cozy nooks. We were there with our adult children, there were 9 of us, and everyone had more space than we needed. The pictures of the house were amazing, but the house in reality was so much more!! Great location, near everything you needed.

Amazing family vacation
The Wildern's beautiful oceanside home is situated on a point of land surrounded on 3 sides with views of nearby cays, St. John, and the British Virgin Islands. The views, and sunrises / sunsets, are absolutely spectacular! The location is close to Red Hook, with numerous restaurants and a ferry to St. John. The home is comfortable and well-designed for large families like ours, especially since we like to cook. It had one of the best-equipped kitchens we've encountered in a rental property. The concierge, Brent, was very helpful in arranging dinner reservations, and in promptly attending to a couple minor mechanical issues that arose. This is certainly a property we would return to.

Let’s start with the views…..the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen and from the infinity pool looking out on the ocean seems like a fairy tale. The property manager,Brent, is amazing and from the time we booked until we checked out, was responsive. He’s also just a really nice person and we enjoyed getting to know him. The house was great for our family of 11. Plenty of space. Everything was well stocked and there were lots of pool toys for all. Our son enjoyed the grand piano…..music, drinks and a sunset. Doesn’t get better than that. We will definitely be back.

This house checked all the boxes and for some of us that have been to hotels and other rentals on St Thomas, this was absolutly the best place we've every stayed! The property manager, Brent, made sure everything was perfect for our stay! We will be back!

I rarely write reviews, but this review needs to be known. Amazing, stunning, gorgeous, exquisite, etc..... This property is everything you see and so much more. The perfect location. Safe, gated, quiet neighborhood. We already booked for next year. We were a family of 12. 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 6-10). Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect layout. Brent (the host) was fantastic! Great recommendations and was on top of anything you needed the entire trip. I can't say one negative thing about this property, host or owner. Pictures do not do it justice. Fabulous Family retreat
We visited March 16-23rd. This home was a great layout for our family ages 18m to 87 yrs. Fully stocked and beautiful layout with stunning views from all areas. Private yet close to dining, beaches galore, shopping. All the comforts of home in paradise. The hosts and property manager were very attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed it so much we are booking again next year.

This property is truly spectacular! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. You have a view of the ocean almost everywhere. The outdoor patio/pool area is large with comfortable furniture and an absolutely breathtaking view. Everything is very well-maintained. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there is a double washer/drier. The location of this property is ideal - it is only a few minutes to restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, etc. Brent, the property manager, is extremely helpful and responsive. Overall we had a terrific stay and highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Great Family Vacation
We had a great week at Villa St. Thomas. Everything in the home was clean and fresh. Perfect for our family of ten. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view is breathtaking. We had a fun time snorkeling out on the reef (on calmer days). The private beach was a great bonus and we even saw a sea turtle there. The location is wonderful. Only 5 minutes from Red Hook with a variety of restaurants and a couple of grocery options. Although the island seems very safe and we never had any issues, the gated property and community added layers of security. We can't wait to come back!

Outstanding family vacation house.
Everyday waking to the incredible view and beautiful house was breath taking. The property manager Brent made our vacation. He was responsive to every need from the first to last day. Spectacular Family Vacation
This home is amazing! 11 of us stayed in this beautiful, very clean home for Thanksgiving week. We all had plenty of space to relax. We especially loved lounging out back and taking in the gorgeous view. Both Kent the owner and Brent the property manager communicated very well and made sure we all had a pleasant stay. They answered all questions that we had. I highly recommend taking a minute to read through the handbook that is provided at check in. Lots of good information for you. Even a map showing you the walking path to a beautiful white sand beach nearby. I would also highly recommend using stockedvi.com to order groceries. They will deliver your groceries to the villa before you arrive and put them away for you. No need to rush out for groceries right when you get there. Red Hook is not far away and they do have a descent grocery/liquor store. We did not rent a car and we would have to call for a taxi each time we wanted to go somewhere. We had no issues getting a taxi with a party of 11. We hated leaving this place we call paradise, but we will be back again someday soon!! Thank you Kent & Coni for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!
