This multi-level townhouse is wonderful for large families and groups of friends who are looking to be within walking distance of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort and enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter ski shuttle. Back at the house, you'll be welcomed home from your daily excursions by leather sofas perched in front of an impressive gas fireplace, an open kitchen and dining room for slow-paced homemade meals, and a jetted bathtub - in addition to the private hot tub outdoors - to ease you into a restful night's sleep. Take your pick of five bedrooms when it's time to turn in - two with a king-size bed apiece, one with a queen-size bed, and two with a pair of twin beds each.

This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
