Ceci est un magnifique condo dans un immeuble de haute qualité: d'immenses fenêtres avec de superbes vues, planchers de bois
comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable, foyer au gaz, une terrasse fantastique face à la rivière Yampa et
Howelsen Hill et un garage privé chauffé.
Il est joliment meublé avec des canapés et des chaises en cuir confortables et des lits de qualité. L'art unique est
affiché partout. Il y a un jet confortable et un oreiller pour tout le monde, et beaucoup d'endroits pour se blottir avec un
livre. Ou jouez à l'un des nombreux jeux proposés.
La suite principale contient un lit king-size, la deuxième suite contient un lit superposé double et il y a un
canapé-lit queen-size confortable dans le salon.
L'emplacement est imbattable. Profitez de tout ce que Downtown Steamboat a à offrir. C'est une promenade facile vers le
magasins et restaurants. Promenez-vous en bas pour profiter d'une journée au spa, ou arrêtez-vous au magasin de sport et louez votre

Beautiful Condo in Downtown Steamboat!
What a great location! We've now stayed there twice for hockey trips and great location in downtown Steamboat. Walking distance to good restaurants and bars and very close to hockey rink as well which is super convenient. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this condo for any Steamboat vacation!

Wonderful luxury condo in a perfect location!
My wife and I stayed three nights, our first visit to Steamboat Springs. We should have stayed at least a week. The condo itself is just as advertised…. comfortable, clean, quiet and perfectly appointed. The location is also perfect, with the entire town within easy walking distance. Kelly was a great host, answering all of our questions and recommending a few of her favorite hikes. All in all, a wonderful stay at a fantastic property. We will be back!

Fantastic condo in a quiet part of old town. Walkable to everything including great restaurants, shopping, the library, Little Toots park and Howelson Hill. 1 block off main and free bus. Favorite condo in Steamboat
This was our second (maybe third?) stay in this condo, and it’s still our favorite. We love the location in town, parking, view of the Yampa and Howelson Hill in the back, and convenient bus stop to the mountain a block away. The set up is great for a family, and you’ll have everything you need for a great trip!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kiddos ages 11 to 6) had an outstanding trip w/ this condo as our base of operations for a week of skiing. Location is awesome. Walkable to the free mountain shuttle and numerous eateries - Mountain Tap brewery, creek side cafe, and powder day doughnuts to name check a few. If the shuttle isn’t your thing it’s only a 7 minute drive to either of steamboat’s free parking lots. Condo has all the amenities you’ll need - parking, laundry, full kitchen, a small patio w/ views of the Yampa - plus enough space to get a little quiet time as needed. The host is responsive and affable. Really a great find. We’ll hope to be back next season.

Everything you need
My husband and I and our adult son and gf stayed at Little Pony for a 3 night Steamboat ski trip. We wanted to be downtown near restaurants and bus to the hill. This location was perfect. At end of strip, bus stop nearby and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Each room had it's own bathroom. The condo is very roomy and well equipped with everything you need. Private parking spot in private garage. The host was completely reachable with any questions. Would 110% recommend and would stay again. Really lacking nothing.

Very clear instructions and super clean space. It’s very peaceful and has nice amenities which feel like things you would actually buy for yourself instead of just random stuff for a rental. The location is prime and the host was very helpful. I would recommend this listing and would stay again.

Downtown Dream
Loved our family ski getaway! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Loved being downtown located near great shopping and restaurants. We cooked most nights and appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils, plus all the spices left from previous visitors. We had some insignificant things pop up right at the beginning of our stay and the Kelly was quick to respond and so pleasant to work with. We rode the free city bus to and from the mountain. Pickup and drop off was 1/2 block from our doorstep. Loved the heated garage for our car. If you have an oversized vehicle, parking in the garage might not be an option but our GMC Acadia fit perfectly. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking.

Absolutely lovely
Such a fantastic dog-friendly condo in the perfect location and exactly as described! With the Yampa right across the street you can relax and enjoy exploring the many hot springs and the parks on the quiet (but not boring!) end. The location is ideal to walk to almost everything, including downtown Steamboat and all the great restaurants that Kelly recommended, as well as all of the great downtown shops, and the farmers market (check it out!). Everything else is close by, so you don't have to drive far to experience the rest of Steamboat, including Fish Creek Falls (go early!). Highly recommended!

We did a quick weekend in Steamboat prior to school starting there was a great free music concert and an art fair as well as a very large farmers market. The place was great very central to everything close to parks, trails and great food! We brought our dog and she enjoyed it as well!

Great Downtown Steamboat Spot
This is such a great condo in downtown Steamboat. The location is terrific, with the bus stop to the mountain at the corner, stores and restaurants along Lincoln and Yampa in easy walking distance, and the Yampa River out the back patio. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the washer/dryer appear pretty new, and the beds are comfy. Looking forward to our next visit!

We could not have been happier with the area and the condo. It is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and shops. There is a free shuttle that comes every 15 mins or so, one block from the condo. Super easy to use. Also, the best book shop and coffee shop one block over - Off The Beaten Path. We hope to be back, soon.

Can I Live Here??
This place was awesome and Kelly was so friendly. The location is amazing - towards the end of Yampa street so a nice quiet location, but walking distance to everything, and so easy to hop on the bike trail with my pup in the mornings. The view from this one - WOW. You can see the ski hill, the river, and Howelsen Hill. Really neat. The bed in the primary bedroom was sooooo comfy and the space was beautiful. All of the little touches of artwork and the “wine club” were so sweet and made this place feel like home away from home. During this stay, in addition to a wedding, I also went to a friends-giving event at a friend’s ranch just outside of town and had to prepare a dish to share with about 40 people. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items I needed to bake treats to share with friends. Kelly - thank you for a pup-friendly place to stay in town. We had a lovely time.

What a wonderful place in Steamboat - choice location overlooking the Yampa River and right in the middle of downtown district with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo was nicely furnished and well stock with all the essentials and pet friendly. Check in and check out was very simple and we had excellent communication with out host. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
