Belle retraite privée isolée de 2 étages en front de mer avec accès à la piscine et au bain à remous communs. Apportez votre bateau et amarrez-vous au quai pour des croisières de pêche ou au coucher du soleil. Profondeur moyenne de l'eau de 4 pieds à quai. Des promenades en bateau faciles vers les restaurants locaux et les villes historiques vous attendent. À 5 minutes en voiture des excellents restaurants et lieux de mariage de Kent Island. Accès pratique à la route 50 et à seulement 15 minutes d’Annapolis. Idéal pour les fêtes de mariage .. Chambres: Suite King Bedroom à l'étage principal. Deux chambres mezzanine Queen Bedroom une autre chambre avec trois (3) lits doubles. Profitez de tout ce que la côte est a à offrir. La maison a un accès par escalier intérieur depuis le garage aux aires de vie des deuxième et troisième étages.

Christmas on Kent Island
Our host Jon was so nice, checked in with us to make sure all was good, and it was. He had the place decorated for Christmas and even had a tree - we appreciated it very much since we were not home for Christmas. Beautiful setting on Cox creek. The guest house was well maintained and fully equipped kitchen. Very Comfortable beds and bedding which we find unique for VRBOs.

Wedding Weekend
We came from Texas and California for a wedding weekend on Kent Island, and we chose this fabulous location. There were four adults for the weekend, and we had more than enough room, beautiful accommodations, and an excellent host. The home was as expected ~ Lovely, large, on the water, and fairly secluded on 22 acres. Peaceful and quiet. We highly and enthusiastically recommend!

Perfect Family Home-base for a wedding weekend
We had 2 families of 4 adults plus Grandma on Kent Island for a wedding weekend. The location was perfect to get to all of the various parties and meet-ups at the Narrows. Beautiful expanse of a property with views of the water and a great 1/2 mile walk or so to the Starbucks down the street. Well appointed kitchen with coffee pods and snacks, comfy couch and great TVs. We didn't get to use the pool or Jacuzzi but wish we had time to!! The backyard is absolutly gorgeous! Our only suggestion to potential customers with mulitple families like ours would be to pay attention to the sleeping layout. There's 1 king bed primary room with a bathroom/shower downstairs (plus another bathroom). The upstairs is more of a loft-feel with 2 queens in an open space (exposed to noise downstairs), then a bedroom with 3 double beds. Everyone upstairs is sharing one bathroom. We made it work, but something to pay attention to if privacy (snoring LOL) is a concern. Huge thanks to John for being flexible and communicative. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Most Memorable Stay!!
My, now, husband and I booked this property over a year ago for our wedding weekend. We were planning everything while living in Australia and to say that this property and John were perfect is an understatement. From the very beginning Johns communication and responsiveness was unbelievable especially with living on the other side of the world. Somehow it got even better. We booked John's place for our wedding party and us to stay for the weekend. He was extremely accommodating and offered up the property as if it was our own. Every question we had was met with a prompt answer. The property alone was so stunning we decided to have our first look and all wedding portraits done on site. Just to share how accommodating John was, he made sure the grass was cut prior to our photos taking place. John has created a memory for us that will never fade. He will always be a part of our wedding story and for that we are forever grateful. We have truly left this property with a forever friend. Anyone who has stayed or is planning to stay with John is incredibly lucky. Thank you for everything! We hope to return one day!

FANTASTIC host, house and location
We have had a yearly trip with family and friends for 34 years and have rented many places in and around Kent Island.. This is the one we will definitely repeat! Between the pool, the dockside, the kayaks, the house and the local amenities - there was always something for every person's taste at the time. The location is easy to get to, close to the boat ramp and has easily navigable water to the dock. The host was very accommodating and helpful to the extreme. He went out of his way to make us feel at home and welcome. Everything was exactly as described and the setup allowed us to bring virtually nothing to support a week of cooking and good times.

This was our best family vacation ever! From the house, to the location on Kent Island, to the pool, to the hot tub, to our host John…we loved everything about our stay! Magnificent Stay
The property was incredible and John was a great host. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and boating from the house’s dock to Kent narrows many dock bars and restaurants as well as St. Michaels. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer, as we enjoyed every minute.

Had a great time staying here with my friends! We had not seen each other in a long time so it was great having such a large space to spread out in. The outdoor spaces were amazing with the pool and hot tub. The fire pit was a major bonus too! We loved having enough space inside to spread out too. We were looking for a great place to stay and definetely found it in this property. The one thing we wish we would have noticed sooner was that we were in the guest house connected to a main house that had the owners in it, but it did not hinder anything about our stay. They were very nice owners and were very courteous, even building a fire for us to roast s'mores. Can not wait to come back again in the future!

Spectacular!
I can’t say enough about how fantastic this property is. Close enough to attractions but tucked away. Went on a girls weekend with a group of ladies ranging from ages 50-75. The living quarters are beautiful, plenty of living, dining and sleeping quarters. The views are amazing, wrap around porch, views of the water, just peaceful. John was a wonderful host, he was kind enough to help us all with our luggage, he was such a gentleman. The home was well stocked, and very clean. We enjoyed it so much we are headed back next year! This house or host won’t disappoint
