Nous sommes en place après Irma! Vous êtes sous les tropiques ... écouter les vagues, reposer, se détendre ou de poisson, kayak et plongée, si vous souhaitez perdre quelques livres. Trois chambres, deux salles de bain maison, avec accès direct à l'océan, parking bateau à la porte arrière. Vue de Sunrise, brises de l'océan. Entièrement meublé, linge de maison, câble / Internet. Cette maison est sur un composé, nous avons aussi plusieurs unités d'une chambre ainsi que 2 chambres. L'endroit idéal pour les mariages, réunions, ou de grands groupes! Bella Luna, Restaurant italien est juste en face de la rue, le restaurant Square Grouper et au bar l'est dans la rue. Navette à Key West à quelques pas de la maison. Venez et restez avec nous, vous êtes sûr d'avoir des vacances merveilleuses.

The location and ambiance of the property is wonderful. The house itself could use some TLC and attention to detail. It was difficult to find because there is no number on the house and Google maps was confused. There are loose and damaged faucets, burnt out light bulbs, missing fan blades, minimal towels, and no hooks in the bathroom to hang your robe or clothes on when you shower. Most repairs could be done quickly and inexpensively and would greatly enhance the stay.

It's all about the view!
This house is on stilts, and the views from the Atlantic-facing side are amazing! You look over the treetops and see the ocean from the kitchen, dining area, one bedroom, and the giant screened-in porch! The view is expansive enough to give you a glimpse of both sunrise and sunset. When we were at the house, we spent much of our time on the porch -- we really didn't want to leave. The pool right behind the house was enjoyable and seemed very clean. The location is great -- only 30 minutes from Key West!

Needs Updating
There was mold around all the windows and doors. Oven did not work but the convection oven did. A lot of lights and fans did not work. Overall living space was clean and worked well for 3 couples. Almost forgot, screen needs secured on the porch. Bugs can get in.

It's a blocker
The bedding was clean, water was warm, pressure in one shower was great, the roof didn't leak. That ends the positives. If you read others comments about the negatives they're all true and more. I find it disappointing that those older comments/house issues arent being addressed. I will not rent this house again.

Was once a great house
While it is a nice, quiet area with stars at night, this property is really run down. A post on the porch is partially gone and this is on a support beam. The ovens don't appear to work and the toaster oven doesn't close. One of the beds squeaks loudly at every movement, so please consider it at 2 bedroom. The other two beds are not comfortable. The bathrooms were clean but floors dirty. I really could only recommend it to sober people in their 20s. Drinking here would be quite dangerous between the stairs and the dock.

Location is key
This house is OK, but has a lot of broken things and a bit run down. As for location it is great. They just do not put in any effort to repair things or upgrade. For the most part we spent our time on the porch or outside going on adventures. This is what the keys are all about. We had a great time and that is what matters most.

We enjoyed the house and the view. I got sick so I spent a lot of time there. I would ask that the owners throw away some of the things that are laying around like broken tables and chairs. Everything else was nice.

The property was nice. My only complaint is that we had zero tv and internet the entire week of our stay. Was in touch with the owner and was told a new tv would be brought in on Wednesday in hopes of being able to use our personal netflix account and that never happened.

Great property, just as advertised. Clean, spacious. Comfortable accommodations. Nice location to access the lower Keys and all that they offer. Nice clean pool. All accommodations are upstairs. The entire house is on pillars. Host is responsive to specific inquiries in a very short time. Very satisfied. We may be back !

AMAZING HOME IN BEAUTIFUL LOCATION
Of all of our VRBO & AIR B&B stays, this home was by far SUPERIOR. We had the best time and the best sleep. The home is well laid out and beachy feeling in a lux way. It was a dream to stay there, and it inspires me to work harder so I can manifest more of this in my life for my family. The host was super responsive, and very kind. She made check-in and check-out super easy and stress free. We highly recommend this place to travelers to the Keys. We were able to explore much of the Keys from this location while having awesome views from our own windows. A+ 5-star experience. Thank you for having us in your home! We enjoyed ourselves immensely!!

Is what it says it is
Nice location, nice but very dated interior. Had challenges locking doors to leave for day, and ovens turn on but not off (set a timer is only way we could). Cleaning was good, but floors were filthy - for the cost of cleaning would think it wb better. Shower heads leave much to be desired. All in all though, great place for the price. Lots of parking, beautiful view and host was very responsive.

it was a great location. Home was somewhat clean inside. no kayaks (advertised there were), dirty and sloppy outside, home was functional but not well appointed, internet and tv did not work. decent for a guys fishing getaway but not for the family. lack of urgency on owners part to make things right.

We really enjoyed our stay. The screened porch made it even nicer. That's where we spent most of our time. The house itself is dated. But we still had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again. The owner and property manager were quick to respond to any questions.

The Big House
We had 6 stay in the house. It was the perfect size with three bedrooms. The large screened in porch (with a gorgeous view of the water) was perfect for our friends staying in the cottages to join us for dinners. The pool was well maintained and the perfect spot to enjoy some sun in our down time.

Great Stay!
First off this is an older house but it was a big hit with the family. Very clean. It is a second story house on columns, so you have to be okay with stairs. The screened in porch was the best part. The dining area and master bedroom open up onto the screen porch. It was cool enough to sit outside at night and in the morning drinking coffee with a view of the ocean. Location was good, no noise and far enough from the highway. It’s located between key west and marathon. Do you can go either direction for things to do or places to eat. We’d stay here again.

Disappointing
Tons of potential but needs work. If you are looking for a place with a functional kitchen, this is not the place for you. Two ovens, one doesn’t work, the other one is dirty and loud! No oven mitts, or aluminum foil, etc, but there is a rolling pin???? Only two coffee mugs, others are kids tea party size, an electrical outlet that doesn’t work, frig doors don’t consistently close. Many lights throughout rental don’t work or are missing bulbs, holes in walls, sloppy repair work, sliding door doesn’t lock, TV has white spots in picture, and 2 of 3 mattresses need replacing. Slept on the couch which was actually comfortable. Gave it 2 stars because of the view, screened in porch and decent living room. A lot of good reviews but the few bad reviews were accurate. Disappointing and left me reconsidering future VRBO rentals.
