- No Smoking in the unit (Minimum of $500 fee if not followed)
- Small dogs are CONSIDERED. There is a maximum of two(2) dogs considered and each must be under 30lb. There is a $200 charge for the first and $300 for two. Please contact us with age, weight and breed for approval. Surfside Beach city ordinance prohibits dogs on the beach between May 1st and Labor Day between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM.
- No grills/open flames allowed on porch or on property (grilling area onsite)
- Must be at least 25 years of age to rent
- No Golf Carts, Trailers, RV's, Boats, or ATV's Allowed in Parking Lot
- Parking Pass must be Displayed at all times (vehicle subject to towing without pass)
- The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental.

Surfside is a great low key area of Myrtle Beach, away from all the crowds but close enough to get to the entertainment areas. Unit was oceanfront with a nice balcony. Well-equipped kitchen. We will book here again.

Great Location
Loved the views of the water and the perfect deck for late evenings by the water. Right by the lifeguard stand which eased our minds with 3 little ones. Would definitely stay here again. Cozy, cute, and clean.

A much needed reprieve
The property was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is the bed legs were much shorter at the head of the bed than the foot of the bed. This gave me a horrible headache the first morning. Fortunately, we were able to put books under the legs to level it out somewhat. Otherwise, the property was nice and right on the beach.

enjoy life while you can
we reserved our condo in Jan 2023 on our 48th wedding anniversary. we usually take a beach trip every year but our children and grandchildren decided they wanted to celebrate with us this year. Dad has dementia but he told me to make a reservation anyway. first time on surfside we loved it. Nice unit, right on the beach, very relaxing. I hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed this unit so much and it was even prettier in person. Very clean upon arrival. Updates were being down on the ground level so we weren’t able to access the pool/hot tub which was no big deal. Perfect size for a small family. We would no doubt stay here again.

We agree with the feedback from Jesus G during there April 2023 stay. We identified the pool amenity was not available shortly after our arrival to the property management company. This pool amenity is still shown as available on the listing. The property manager forwarded our concern to the owners. But we have not heard back as of yet from the condo owners. The weather damage to the building is starting to show. On the balcony all the ceiling nails are rusting and can be easily seen. With other options available on the beach we would not rent this condo again until these exterior repairs are completed.

Stayed a few days for short family vacation. Owner was very quick to respond and check in and check out very easy and quick. Really nice ocean views. Exterior of building needs maintenance (missing siding, pool closed and caution tape blocking use of stairs to beach). The unit itself is ok but also needs updating, especially the bathrooms (worn/dated shower and linoleum floors). Looks like walls throughout were recently painted which was nice. I wouldn’t rent here again though unless major repairs were made.

The condo was very dated. The view was wonderful, the place was clean. Outside there was caution tape all over restricting you from beach access. Which of course is why I rented the condo. We were redirected via a construction site next door. With small children I didn't feel this was safe. Also, there wasn't lighting in the stairwells several nights. This was very unsafe as well. I would not stay here again,

Great location. Terrible lighting in the bathrooms. Outside porch needed cleaned. Ice maker was not fixed during our stay. The outside exterior would look great with a coat of paint. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The condo was very nice , clean ,great location. It gets hot in living area no fan and one of the air vents is not working a tower floor fan would be great. Someone text me to see if any problems and I text back ice maker not working, supposedly maintenance would check it next day and no one showed up ,also there was 2 ice trays in freezer used those not as good as ice make. Would stay there again very peaceful.

Great view. Great location.
We were looking for beachfront views and got them! Thankful for the elevator. Plunge pool/spa came in handy when it rained. The unit was clean, and kitchen stocked but we didnt use much. The icemaker didnt work, but there were 2 cube trays to use. The unit A/C was comfortable for September. We would definitely return in the future.

Great property, great location!
Very nice condo, well decorated and clean. The only thing I would change would be addition of ceiling fans into second bedroom, living room and outside on the balcony. Also, not being able to lower the temperature below 70° was a little problematic at times as it does get super warm during the day into the night. There were also two children’s beanbag/sleep beds in a bedroom closet that definitely need to be thrown away, it did smell like urine when you opened that closet door.
