Over-rated and run down rooms
"Ok, this was during a chineese holiday week-end, but still it can't excuse assigning a smoking room when non-smoking was explicitely requested. The rooms need refurbishing for that price, cleaning was questionable and most of the staff doesn't speak a word of english and are not willing to help. The only notable exception is the buffet staff and managers who introduced us to some local dishes and were keen to assist with any need."

"Très bel hôtel très bien situé dans la ville avec un accès direct (et gratuit) au magnifique parc situé juste derrière avec de sublimes illuminations nocturnes. Pas testé le petit-déjeuner."
