The sofa bed will be made up accordingly. If only 2 people and the sofa bed is required there will be a fee of $50 for the extra linen and make up of sofa bed. Please advise in advance. THE SAFE DOES NOT WORK. Pool towels are NOT SUPPLIED. Absolutely NO PARTIES, NO LOUD NOISE OR DISTURBANCES AND NO SMOKING.

Parking is in front and rear of building plus there is a 4 level undercover carpark - first in best dressed.

Laundries are on all odd numbered levels, so best use level 15 unless in use.

Dispose of garbage in the laundry rooms which is the room in front of the lift and marked with the level number.
