Blackbird Property offers you their latest home situated in a serene bushland setting in the historic village of Leura. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is located 7 minutes from Leura Mall and is a wonderful base from which to explore the spectacular national parks, bush walking trails, historical places and quaint townships of the Blue Mountains. Alleura House and has ample living space and is centrally heated with an electric fireplace & ducted heating and cooling.
The Space:
Alleura House is a luxury pet friendly** residence with high-end finishes and a commanding view of the surrounding bushland from multiple rooms within the house. The house comfortably accommodates up to ten guests and is the perfect Blue Mountains escape for families or groups of friends travelling together.

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed
Third Bedroom: Bunk Bed (double with single) and single bed
Fourth Bedroom: Queen Bed
Fifth Bedroom: Queen Bed (available for an additional fee)
The house has four bedrooms (three upstairs and two downstairs), two living/dining areas, three full bathrooms, multiple covered outdoor areas and an oversized double car garage.
The downstairs living area contains a large comfortable sofa with plenty of seating for our guests, a 75" Smart TV with free access to Netflix, a dining area and reading nook as well as an electric fireplace.
The living area leads out into a spacious garden with patio chairs, BBQ and large and fully enclosed, beautifully landscaped backyard.
Downstairs you will also find the large fourth bedroom which opens onto the courtyard and backyard, a smaller but good sized second bedroom, a well-designed bathroom and large laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs is considered the heart of the home, and the gourmet kitchen has been designed to the highest of standards including Miele appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you could need should you wish to cook during your stay, including basic pantry items.
There is a large dining table with seating for 10 guests as well as as an informal seating area/reading nook with a 55" Smart TV with free Netflix access. Seamless integration between indoor/outdoor continues with a large covered entertaining deck overlooking the backyard with a bush backdrop, outdoor dining table and outdoor sofa.
The three upstairs bedrooms all have high ceilings, plenty of natural light and quality linen and towels supplied by your host. The master bedroom has direct access to the entertaining deck, a 55" Smart TV with free Netflix access, walk-in robe and impressive bathroom featuring a two-person spa with a stunning treetops outlook.
There is a double garage as well as a paved parking area for use by our guests.

1. By completing this reservation you agree that:
You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID* and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, a hold of $1000 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.
Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
* the requirement for a government issued ID only applies for non-AiBnB guests.
2. If you wish to include the 5th bedroom in your reservation, kindly modify your booking to accommodate twelve guests. This adjustment will incur an additional fee. Even if your party doesn't consist of 12 individuals, please make this modification. We acknowledge it might seem a bit cumbersome, but we recently made the fifth bedroom available for guests, and according to the booking platform, this is the recommended approach. Please be aware that if you don't select 12 guests, the 5th bedroom won't be accessible during your stay.
